A little background, about 12 years ago we replaced the sewer line that runs from the front of our house to the sidewalk due to a cracked pipe. About five years later the line between the sidewalk and center of the street broke and was also replaced but with an epoxy sleeve. Throughout this time and especially recently we have had sewer backups from time-to-time in the basement. I wasn’t sure if it was yet another pipe somewhere under the house or if the work previously done was acting up again. I’ve had a lot of plumbing companies come out to look it over, but they would clear the lines or suggest replacing more pipes under the house but with some crazy pricing (over $500/ft). It just didn’t seem like they were sure it would permanently fix the problem.
We then called Pure Water Solutions and met Patrick who not only listened to all the past and present issues, but he also understood there was an existing problem with the underground plumbing that still needs to be sorted out and resolved. He brought in his expert on underground plumbing who ran a camera to isolate the backups to an area under our basement laundry room. There was no price by foot, they gave me a good and fair price for the entire job. Patrick also ran a new PVC pipe from our kitchen upstairs as well as correcting a pipe venting problem in the basement. Professionalism and attention to detail are the things that stand out with this company. I have and will recommend them to anyone experiencing these sorts of problems.

We got a water softener from American plumbing and sewer. A part broke and American refused to fix the problem even tho it was under warranty. Pure water came out and promptly fixed the issue. They were polite, knowledgeable and friendly and really worked with us! Pure water is the company to go to for issues. They are awesome!

The crew arrived on time. Work was started and they asked to see the relevant connection in the crawl space. Digging down 5 ft to get to the base of the meter connection. Put plywood down to load dirt on to. Installed new copper (!) to replace leaking plastic. Covered all and even replaced shrubs! Excellent work.

Our hot water heater went out recently. It was 12 years old, so we knew we needed a new one. It took quite a bit of research to find a reputable company that didn’t have exorbitant prices. Other businesses told us things like: we needed all new pipes. (We didn’t.) A new hot water heater would be $3,000 to $5,000 plus labor on the of that. ( way overpriced), etc. Finally, we found an excellent smaller local company. We went with Pure Water Services in Loveland. They’re honest, reasonably priced, and absolute pros. They were able to get us scheduled for a new hot water heater within days . Their master plumber Patrick was courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough. Patrick is an impressive and experienced plumber. Alexander keeps in touch daily with every step of your project repair. I was impressed with how kind, and professional he is to customers. We are so thankful to have hot water again. They stand by their work. My husband and I highly recommend them!

We were really impressed with their service and knowledge. They had the best pricing for a boiler. After it was installed it had a defective part, but Patrick brought us space heaters to keep us comfortable while they took a day to fix it. It's been running smooth ever since. Highly recommend!

This organization is unprofessional. I reached out and got an initial response which led to them sending techs without scheduling a specific time frame.

After their techs assessed the issue I never received an estimate of the work. To this day I have yet to get any type of follow up from this company.

Had a problem loosening a kitchen garbage disposal that had been in place at least 19 years ago (when we bought this house). Got it loose, but could not mount it correctly. Finally gave up . Kahar was here quicker than we could imagine, and he finished the job, tested everything. We know job was done right because Kahar has done other work.

They removed my water heater from its closet, rebuilt the sagging floor, put it back in and did a beautiful job. Now it's working! Thanks Kahar.

Kahar has become our go to plumbers. After a lot of vetting and quoting several companies in NC, we hired them to do the plumbing for a basement remodel. Jeff Gallagher consulted us on our options and when they installed they did a fantastic job.
Since then they helped us with a leak on a pipe inside a wall when we drove a nail through it, were able to get there first thing the next morning and take care of it in 45 mins.
What I like about them the most is that they know what they are doing, they are able to explain and spell out our options with the purpose of optimizing. They shoot straight instead of giving you false expectations.
The are reasonably priced and they have not come up with a surprise increased final bill. Quotes are based on worst case scenario and whatever can be saved is passed to us directly.

We called many popular plummers about our radiant heat boilers that are a little old and needed repair. Some just looked at them and backed slowly away except Kaher. Their guy came out found a very dangerous issues with our ventilation and repaired them then he repaired the igniter in one. Pleased to report a 5 star job. NO MORE PROBLEMS! They know what they are doing and the Tech is very respectful and trust worthy. They are now our go to company.
