I had two "misbehaving" toilets, no emergency, and Kahar scheduled a tech right away and both units were fixed to my satisfaction. The tech did a water pressure reading on an outside spigot, and measured very high City-provided water pressure - my neighbor had the same high pressure reading last summer and it blew a valve and flooded his crawl space. The same tech came back the next day, installed a preventive valve and other device, explained everything very clearly. Professional, good communication, I'm pleased and highly recommend Kahar.

First to install a new Hot Water Heater and this time to move plumbing and install a Pedestal Sink. So impressed with their responsiveness and work quality. I would not hire them again because one employee, Shannon, was cheerfully argumentative when he forgot the correct faucet and bought a poor replacement from ACE and Jeff went ballistic when I asked for an itemized bill. Not a good experience due to these issues.

Honest and highly skilled in communication. I had a slight emergency and they worked me into their schedule. The technician was incredibly polite and even took his shoes off to come in the house. These guys are the real deal!!! Will continue to use Kahar and will recommend them to everyone!!!

We had a water leak at our office this morning. We called Kahar and immediately received service at our location. Thank you so much to Emily who fielded our call and especially to Oakley who was the one who came and fixed our issues. I am unsure of the incredibly nice man that came today 6/5/2024, but I wanted to make sure you and your buddies that came to help you with my water heater get a proper Thank You!!! My water heater was leaking and the maintenance guy to my apartments called ya'll at like 11am today. You were at my home a short couple hours later. Yall were so polite and efficient in getting the old one out and new one in and even offered to clean up a little dry wall dust that happened because you properly hung some thingy(you told me. I forgot) that should have been hung before. I dont really leave reviews for places but you deserve one. You my friend deserve a raise!!!!

I recently had a fantastic experience with Kahar and their team! They were able to respond the same day to address a water heater issue at my home, resolving it promptly and with exceptional craftsmanship that surpassed the original installation. Our plumber, Robert, was not only polite and courteous, but he also took the time to explain the necessary repairs in detail, presenting me with various options that made it easy to make an informed decision. The pricing was very reasonable too! Given the quality of service and professionalism I received, I will definitely be relying on Kahar for any future plumbing needs—highly recommend!

Best dang plumbers around! They do a lot for me and my organization assisting with the WAP program and various other programs that are designed for helping the community.
We use them for tankless water heaters, air source heat pump water heaters, power vented water heaters, boilers and water leaks.
They have some of the lowest prices in the area and just outstanding work!
They are my go to reference for anyone needing a plumber.
All of their workers are nice and respectful of our clients and their homes.
I would give a 10/5 if I could!

Jeff came highly recommended from our contractor and he was excellent on the assessment and recommendation for a tankless water heater. Unfortunately not as satisfied with our experience w/ the installers. They bickered with each other during the install, and my wife even overheard a phone call back to the office by one installer complaining. Unprofessional on their part and does not build customer confidence. Also the roof vent pipe should be vertical and it is not. Not enough to ask for a reinstall but still irritating that it was done right. And they left the water meter cover off and left tools on site. Based on the install I could not in good conscious recommend them.

I hired Kahar on the recommendation of a friend who had a great experience with them. They inspected, then installed a new flushing mechanism in our toilet that stopped fully flushing but it made no difference. The recommendation they gave me was to contact the toilet manufacturer. It cost more than replacing the toilet would have and didn’t fix my issue.

I called an HVAC company that did work for me and they recommended these guys, and they were great. I was able to diagnos the issue, but couldn't get parts because my water heater is still under warranty. The fact their techs listened to me (especially as a gal) speaks to quality service and knowledge. Everyone I talked to was super nice and helpful, too.

This company is amazing. I had a water heater replaced through an efficiency program through the City of FC. They were organized, fantastic communicators, efficient and reliable. Can’t say enough about this company. They care about the client experience! Will definitely use in the future with any needs I can’t do on my own. Thank you for living by the Golden Rule!

Called Kahar and a competitor or two one morning in late March 2025 when my builder grade hot water heater suffered an untimely demise, Kahar came back with the most reasonable quote and was able to complete the install same day (6-7 hours from call to completion of install). Passed city inspection no problem, processing payment was easy.

Ran into a minor issue six months later when it was time to change our 25"x20"x4" furnace filter and I realized that the new hot water heater was partially blocking access to the filter assembly - an easy enough mistake to make and should have been caught by the install techs, I'm sure - but hey, it happens. Quick call to Kahar, spoke to some very understanding folks about the issue, within 2.5 hours they had a tech onsite to have the hot water heater drained and moved just enough to eliminate the issue, maybe an hour later they were done, no charge, no hassle.

Timely work, fair pricing, and good after sales support are things I value, and this was it. I will not hesitate to call them again.

Kahar has come through for use twice now, and they do exceptional work for a fair price. They replaced our gas lines earlier this year when another company left us hanging half way through the job. Most recently, Attree/ Atri and his crew did an amazing job replacing all of our old cast iron pipes with PVC. They were professional and respectful, and they didn’t leave a mess in the crawl space- I also enjoyed listening to their banter as they worked.

If you are looking for “your plumber” look no further- this is the company you want.

We had the best experience with Kahar. We had the dinkiest remodel and did not have our ducks in a row but Kahar treated our project like it was their most important. They installed a toilet, bath trim and helped us with a remodeled kitchen (and relocated a dishwasher). They were always on time, their work is very precise, super clean (gah thank you!), always respectful & super patient. We so appreciate Jeff, Tyler, Mitchell & (there might have been a 4th guy whose name I missed (sorry!)) and Emily! We’ve worked with them for years but this time it was our personal remodel and they were easily one of the best subs we dealt with on this project! Thank-you!
