Alex was great! Responsive and knowledgeable. I was able to get a different licensed plumber to perform the water heater replacement to current codes for half the cost and cancelled my membership. $4000 for a 50 gallon water heater? Come on

First off, on short notice Benjamin Franklin was able to stop by, inspect our problem, come up with several solutions. Ilia was courteous, professional in his interactions. What he had observed 8 months ago and commented on came to fruition.
He is straight forward with answers and offering solutions. He does great job!

John did a great job. He’s a true professional! He provided a lot info, advice and options for possible future issues.

Andrew was fast and efficient. He came an hour early and was done in an hour! We thought it was just a minor leak to be fixed with a wrench. He fixed the leak in less than 15 minutes but found that the drain was very slow and had pieces of hair in it. So after getting approval to snake it for the special rate of $79, the rest of his time after snaking it was spent listening to us tell stories and laughing about drain gunk!
He said it was the best way to end the day early and before going on vacation! Thanks Andrew and BFP!

No one's perfect, plus my issue was not taken care of. So I didn't give five stars. However Andrew and Benjamin
Franklin did a wonderful job of checking all the various places under the kitchen sink, the plumbing. Incluing down in the crawl space. Discussed the options with me.Did not try scare tactics or forcing any issues / work to be done. Explained various options available. Very much appreciate them, good job!

John, Jhonathan and Joel are helpful, honest and get to the root cause of the problem. They coordinated with their company and restoration services to have a major issue resolved in our home within 24 hours with a fair price. They are quick, efficient and tidy!

We had a slow-draining shower drain in one bathroom and a failed studor vent in another. John did an outstanding job of identifying the studor vent issue and was able to skillfully replace it. Would absolutely call upon Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again if an issue arises.

Andrew D. went the extra mile to help diagnose the situation in the crawl space of our mobile home. He was very honest and basically showed that we don't need servicing yet. Which was relieving. I would trust him to service our homes plumbing when needed.

I am always surprised calling in to Ben Franklin Plumbing because the last couple time I had called I have been able to get same day if not very quick appointment turn around. They are always patient and sympathetic to the needs of faulty household wears and cover a wide range of options to best support the issue that is occurring. I’ve had John over twice in the last month and he always checks every option that could be causing an issue before making a determination. Then finds the best course of action to help save me money but ensure the problem won’t reoccur for years to come. Thanks team for helping in my time of need!

John was very knowledgeable and helpful with our recurring plumbing issues. He replaced a toilet so that everything is flowing well. He's also very nice and personable.

Jhonatan Trejo was the technician sent out to fix a cut pipe from a previous tankless water heater installation. It turned out the reason for the capping was a leak in the crawl space of my 120 year-old house. Then it was like knocking over a row of dominos and eventually Jhonatan found seven leaks. He was excellent about keeping me apprised of every new leak he found. What was supposed to be a quick job turned into an all-day affair. One of the leaks was from a relatvely new faucet which I asked him to replace. He found the exact same faucett for me! When we were wrapping everything up I asked Jhonatan what the cause of the leaks might have been. He suspected a spike in the water pressure from the city. He's now going to install a device to regulate the water psi. I can't express how wonderful Jhonatan was throughout everything. He went so far beyond my expectations that I will specifically ask for him in the future!

Jhonatan was very friendly and professional. He answered my questions, solved a minor problem I had, replaced the pressure gauge, and left the room as he found it. I am very happy with his work and professionalism.

Jonathan was such a blessing in a difficult situation when we discovered the water heater was leaking, and the furnace room floor was wet! Jonathan worked to do everything possible to solve the problem and install a new water heater before being able to head home to a late supper! Such professionalism is to be applauded as he worked tirelessly to be sure everything was installed correctly down to the smallest detail.Jonathan went above and beyond with a cheerful and positive attitude.
