I had a sewer line break when I had new concrete installed. Action came out as soon as I called, Ben gave me a "guesstimate" on the price and timeframe. The work was done right on time and the price actually came in a little under what he thought it would be. Earl came out and did the work, he was so careful with my floors and he explained everything he did before he left and asked if I had any questions. I have to say it was a great experience to have such a bad situation turn out so well. I recommend working with them.

Unfortunately, my sewer lines backed up this evening and I walked down to my basement to find a huge mess. I called around to a few plumbers to see what they would charge. Unfortunately, it was just before seven at night and afterhour rates were kicking in or people were closed. One company could send someone but they wanted $600. I contacted Roger at Action plumbing and he was on his way to another call. He was very friendly and helpful and offered me a few places to try if I didnt want to wait. His rates and estimate seemed much more reasonable than the first quote and the other calls didnt pan out. He showed up quicker than I expected, was courteous and professional, wore a mask the entire time, answered all my questions, and got down to work. He cleaned my lines and was thorough in testing before he left. I am definitely happy with the job he did and the fact that my sewer isnt backing up anymore. Hello, hot shower! Unfortunately, they send a bill so I have no idea what they will charge but if it's around what he estimated I will definitely be calling them for more projects and would definitely recommend Roger and Action Plumbing and Heating. I will update this post upon billing to let you know how it goes.UPDATE: the price was very close to the estimate given. Very reasonable! I would definitely recommend Action plumbing and heating. I've used Action Plumbing & Heating for a variety of needs over the years: tub drains, toilets, sump pump motor install, a full hot water heater install and garbage disposal install. The technicians that come out are consistently highly skilled, very professional and courteous. I especially like it when I am provided helpful info on maintenance. For example, today Daniel installed a garbage disposal. He showed me how to use the tool that came with the new unit to loosen debris, as well as what the red reset button was for. He then went on to show me how to do a monthly cleanout using ice cubes, some citrus and some bleach. Love the chance to learn how to maintain my equipment and keep it working longer & better throughout the years. You guys are great! I've recommended Action Plumbing to others and they've been pleased too. Thank you for the good work that you do!

I have been a customer of Action Plumbing since 2001 when they replaced a home water heater the same day that I called and told me they consider water heater problems/failures to be an emergency. That same water heater is in use today over 17 years later!

Over the years since the water heater first contact I have used them for all of my infrequent plumbing needs - snake a drain, dripping faucets, leaking shower flange, and relocation of shut off valves to my ice maker from the impractical crawl space to a handy location under my kitchen sink always with prompt, polite, competent service technicians to take care of my problems.

Today, my requirement for their assistance was the replacement of my 3 toilets, circa 1972 with water efficient models. Daniel arrived early at 9:45 and was in his truck ready to depart by 11:30 with installations completed, new water supply lines and shut off valves, training on operations and helpful advice on how to keep them in top notch working order. I especially appreciated his suggestions of replacing valves to prevent a future "accident waiting to happen".Daniel did a fantastic job start to finish including lifting the heavy toilet bases from the entry to the bathroom sites, removing old plumbing fixtures and hauling them away! As a bona fide 'senior citizen' now it was a wonderful and appreciated extra service to assure a plumbing job excellently completed... with a smile!

I have yet to receive the bill from this morning's installation, but always in the past pricing has been competitive and service wonderful, including Laurie in the office to book appointments and coordinate service! Action Plumbing is a delight to work with and instill the maximum confidence in their work! Definitely a company to retain in my phone address book for the next unexpected "surprise".

Great service! We had an under-sink leak with a possible basement pipe leak. Their soonest available appointment was in a few weeks but I got a call back right after hanging up that a technician was out early and would drop by the house right away. Very courteous, professional, and thorough. Took only a few minutes to find the problem and we got the disposal replaced right then and there. Love supporting local businesses whenever possible, and Action is going to be my first call for any future issues.

Our 17 year old RHEEM Water Heater was shutting off intermittent. Contacted Action Plumbing & Heating on Saturday after Thanksgiving, spoke to Margie. Requested inspection/Price Quote set for Monday. Monday my wife saw smoke in the garage from the water heater. Advised Brock (the technician) upon arrival. They took action immediately and within hours a new replacement water heater was installed. Many Thanks to Brock and Margie for a fine job. I HIGHLY recommend Action Plumbing and Heating. Best Service ever! Thank you.

We are very happy with Action Plumbing! We had 2 leaky toilets. They sent Isaac the same day I called. (They called me twice before he came, to update me on the exact time of his arrival.) Isaac did an excellent job! He only replaced the parts needed to replace. Nothing extra. He was very honest. He checked his work many times before he left, to make sure everything was done right. He even promised to do research on a new part, to make our old toilet more water-efficient?! That was "above and beyond". Thank you Isaac and Action! We'll be seeing you again!

I've needed Action on several occasions including having a sewer line replaced. After their first project I have never called anyone else. Great people to work with!

Tristan performed my annual HVAC and safety diagnosis testing today. He was knowledgeable, worked professionally and was respectful as he answered all my questions. We called Action Plumbing after our water heater stopped working and started leaking from the tank. The customer service was phenomenal and they were able to get a quote for a new water heater over to me within 24 hours. The pricing was reasonable, and the quality of the work was exceptional. One star is 5 too many when rating a company that openly supports (through their employees) violent harassment of high school students who don't agree with their point of view. A private business like this should mind their own political business and stick to plumbing and heating. I wouldn't take any of my northern CO business to them.
