I'm not sure if its because this is a small town and customer service expectations are different, however, I could not believe the experience I had with Bershinky's Plumbing. Our kitchen plumbing completely fell apart and our property management company called upon them to fix it. They told us that they were supposed to be here within the time frame of 12pm-2pm, which was fine with us. However, they did not get out here in that time and we ended up having to contact THEM because they apparently cannot perform the function of inputting a phone number correctly to let the expectant customer know the status. I then called and asked for the service manager, Deb, who instead of listening to my concerns decided to tell me how most everything was out of her control and the whole world was against her on that day. She then decided to argue with me about what her options were to remedy the situation, instead of understanding that me, as a customer, cannot access her kitchen and is stressed out- no her day and her needs were put above any concern for a customer. I'm not sure how this type of customer service allows a business to exist for 30 years, but I'm going to chalk it up to Fort Collins being a small town that doesn't know any better.

Placed a call about a leaking shower head and when the plumber showed up he only had a wrench with him. The shower needed a new cartridge and he didn’t have any of the replacement parts on him. He came back 30 minutes with one and fixed the shower. However, this plumber didn’t have any caulking with him. He told us that we will have to do the caulking ourself despite our house being under warranty. How does a plumber show up to a fix without any of the proper tools?

Bershinsky's always calls me back when I need to make an appointment and they have great follow up. They genuinely care about taking care of our plumbing issues when we have them. Prices are fair too.

I needed to have a residential sprinkler system modified to finish our basement. Most companies didn't want to do it because the system is part of the water supply for the house, not dedicated to just fire suppression. When I called Deb she checked to make sure they could do it, set up the appointment and got all my info. The only snafu was that I had to call 2 times asking for my quote, it took a few weeks to get. The price was fair and when I signed off the work Deb again did a great job. The installer came out, double checked with me about the work to be performed and got it done quickly and correctly. Thanks again for the good work.

I've had Bershinsky out a few times to take care of a few plumbing projects. They are always on-time, courteous, helpful and do a great job getting the project done. They care too, making sure the project is not just done, but doing the little things to do the project right.

We have used Bershinsky Plumbing for around 10 years and had always experienced good service until recently. I had a hose bib that was causing a leak under my house and called to schedule a repair. I ended up leaving a message when no one answered and waited several days with no return call before calling back. This time I was able to schedule the repair. When the plumber came out, he said that the repair would take longer than they had allotted and that he would get back to me with an estimate and to reschedule. After not hearing anything for a week, I called back and asked for the estimate. The person who took my call said that she would get back to me, but never did. I suspect the plumber didn't want to perform the work as it required working in a crawlspace, but the professional thing to do would have been to say he didn't want the job or couldn't perform that type of work and to refer me to another company.

We continue to be very satisfied with Bershinsky Plumbing. They have come to our aid on several occasions over the last 10 years. We recently called on them this fall for a remodel of all 3 of our bathrooms as well as a repair of a kitchen sink leak. They came when they said they would, gave suggestions to reduce the cost, & then did the job professionally. We'll use them again!! Friendly staff and reasonable charges; what more could you ask for?!?!

I have used Bershinsky Plumbing for everything from my remodel to leaking pipes. They are extremely professional, easy to work with, and their integrity is exemplary. When I had an emergency service that they were not available to handle I had another plumbing company take care of it. They ended up breaking a pipe and told me it would involve cutting out drywall and costing an additional $1,200 to repair. I called Bershinsky and they repaired the pipe the other plumber broke for a cost of $150. No drywall involved! I will only use Bershinsky!

These guys are great! We’ve used them three times on various repairs on a new property. They are super reasonably priced, reliable and know exactly what they are doing! We had some quirky issues with our new house and they were spot on with their repairs every time. Can’t recommend highly enough!

He was fast but was only here from 810 AM to 920 AM. I don’t under understand how that ads up to 1.75 hours. He was friendly, courteous, fast and good and will call again next year.

Tyler was AMAZING last week. My apartment was leaking water into the apartment downstairs. He came over Tuesday late afternoon (emergency call) found the problem in my shower. He returned on Wednesday morning fixed the issue and answered all of my questions. Very professional and polite! This is why I always call Bershinskys! Wonderful work Tyler 👏

My bill shows a technology fee for repairing a leak. What technology was used to make the repair? I called the company twice and that was the only tech I used. What technology was used for this service? Why not just include your office overhead in your hourly rate? This seems like something quite weird. I am paying the bill but will not be back.

These guys are the best! Very accommodating with their schedule, showed up on time, very pleasant and professional, fixed my problem, and charged me very fairly. I highly recommend the Bershinski team!

Thanks for sending Tyler to fix the kitchen faucet in our home and the water pipe connection to the washing machine in our guest house next door. He worked efficiently and effectively and was very personable. All in all, I'd give him an A-plus!
