Ilija Kostadinov is a five star master plumber! He located two separate problem areas under the kitchen sink that had caused water leaking in the basement. I appreciate how he explained what was causing the water leaks to me and showing me the defective parts. On top of being an excellent plumber, he is also very personable and conscientious of cleaning up his work area.
I highly recommend him!

Very courteous and good at listening. He had a radiant floor manifold in place in reasonable time and the pressure test of 750’ of PEX with many connections at the manifold was immediately successful. Good technical skills.

I had a rough start with them-my attic flooded a year after installation because the system wasn't up to spec. But they owned up to it, revamped their team, and sent folks out to fix everything in one day flat. Added overflow pans with water switches for all my units. Super thorough, no shortcuts. Now I can remodel my bathroom without sweating a repeat flood. If you had issues before, their changes are real-worth giving them another shot. Great company, solid warranties, and Joel especially? Total pro.

Very expensive. Electrician forgot to wire lights so had to come back to fix. They left the hose out of my washer, so when I started wash the water got all over my floor.
