Once again, Action Plumbing completed another perfect project! As always, Ari was precise, courteous, and left things clean. Action Plumbing is the best!

I called with a plumbing emergency on Monday morning (I had to shut the water off to my house due to leaking valves), but they didn't have anyone available until Friday. So I had to find someone else. Not sure how good they are since I didn't get the chance to use them.

This company has been the absolute worst. I waited 2 hours in front of my front door, no one showed up. I rescheduled, waited over an hour, called to see why no one showed up again, and had the receptionist hang up on me. If I had any choice for service for the apartment complex I live in, I would have gone elsewhere after the first experience.

My hot water heater unexpectedly went out on us, while my landlord is out of town. I was so worried because we have 3 kids in the apartment, what were we going to do? They came the next morning to change our water heater, even without having much time to do so, I’m so happy with the service from here

Extremely professional with more than adequate resources to address any plumbing project or problem. Fair, competent, and reliable. I wouldn't consider calling another plumbing contractor for my future needs!

Thanks to the Action Pluming guys for coming right out and fixing our frozen gate valve ( due to the recent cold spell ) that would have flooded the basement of our building. Great job!!! Thanks again.

Action Plumbing is a wonderful local company that is fast, honest and has outstanding technicians who are proud to do any job right and care about the quality of their work. Oh and Laurie the office gal is super as well.

I had the best experience and Joseph was the best plumber I have ever had. I saved hundreds of dollars and he got the work done quick and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Action Plumbing and especially Joseph.

If you want unnecessary holes in your drywall come here, otherwise steer clear. They started banging holes in my wall only to find out after looking at the tub (which they should've checked first) that it wasn't a pipe issue at all. Realizing this the tech apologized and said he wished he would've checked there first. Even with that being said they refuse to own up to this error and find reasons to justify why it needed to be done and why they don't have to patch these 6 holes in my wall!!! Never again!

This company is HORRIBLE!!! The first plumber they sent literally yelled at me and threw documents at me when I asked for copies of the documents I was signing, and he did absolutely nothing as he stormed off in a fury complaining about our warranty company. The second plumber decided it was ok to leave a hole in the wall with exposed wiring, and he remived the banister on my staircase. I am disabled, cannot get upstairs without a rail and have a service dog. When I called the office to find a resolution, the receptionist hung up on me as well. I ended up having another company fix the Action Plumbing incompetence. AVOID THIS COMPANY. There are a lot of good plumbers in Loveland...choose wisely!!

I hired these guys to fix my water heater. I basically wasted a day of work while their plumber putted around and was unable to fix the problem. On top of that they abandoned the job. Ended up hiring Kahar Heating and Plumbing who took care of the job in very short order. My advice, stay away from Inaction Plumbing and Heating.

Probably a great place, but I called there 2 weeks ago to see about service on a residential boiler in Estes Park. I was told the owner would need to call me, since it was outside the normal service area. They had installed the system in the house around 15 years ago, however the company ownership has, I believe, changed since then. In any event, I've never heard back from the owner. I don't know whether that's a normal practice, or if mine was an outliner. Nonetheless, one star because of that.

we own a rental property in fort Collins. I called action plumbing, Meagan was very courteous on the phone, called me back with costs to replace the water heater, and job was done at price quoted. and fixed other plumbing issues. very satisfied

The guy who came out to our house said we needed a new boiler. He looked at it and said he will not fix it and left us without heat for 2 1/2 days. He was horrible and awful. He just left and would not even fix the boiler. We were truly disappointed and unhappy. Your business is awful. We were promised to have heat by tomorrow. I am extremely unhappy and disappointed. We will never use you again. Horrible.

We recently bought a new house. The previous owner had installed a new Rheem water heater using Action Plumbing & Heating right before selling the home. The water heater has a 6-year warranty. We’ve been having a minor problem with it, so I called Action. The owner of Action said their warranty is only valid for the original home owner and wouldn’t confirm whether that was their policy or Rheem’s. Either way, seems very shady and not customer-friendly. The least they could have done was arranged to come look at it and see what the issue is. I now have 4+ years left on a warranty that is worthless.

Action Plumbing and Heating installed a water heater for us yesterday. The agent was very friendly and courteous. Prices were very reasonable, and the work was completed quickly and professionally. Thanks for the great job!

So if you are looking for a company to take advantage of you then go with Action plumbing and Heating. I asked them to come out and look at my facet to see what need to be done to replace it. keep in mind i am a one income family with 4 kids i don't have extra money just laying around. I was NOT told their would be a service charge for them to come out and see what the problem was. When Earl came out he told me and my sister that we would be better off looking it up on you tube then having them replace it. he also gave us suggestions on what brands we should buy. Dose not sound to me like somebody who wanted to make money or wanted to help 2 girls out with this broken facet. Then I get a letter in the mail asking for $104.00...for what? Because you came out and made me change my mind? I don't think a service charge should be $100! sounds like this company is out to take advantage of people! I then called the company and stated that i was not told about this trip charge they are now charging me $104 for coming out and doing NO work! The guy said he would cut it in half. How about you keep customers and do whats right? I begin to tell him that it is his word against mine, no way am i going to pay a company $104 when they didn't even disclosed that to me when we set up the appointment that their would be a trip charge. If i was told that i would have not even made the appointment! This is a small town and i don't appreciate being taken advantage of! I have lived in Berthoud for a long time and have a lot of family and friends who live here and i will make it known how this company takes advantage of people! Please fellow friends and family i don't wanna see another mom getting taken advantage of.

I called to have my non functioning tankless water heater looked over. Initially no one was available but he said he would see what he could do. I got a call back in minutes to tell me that someone would be out in 45 minutes. it took him just minutes to find the problems and about an hour to fix them. He wore a mask, was courteous and respectful. I am very satisfied with the experience and highly recommend Action !

I writing this before I get my bill, but I called Action Plumbing at 4:54 pm on a Monday - I had was trying to remove the cartridge from my main shower and twisted the connectors causing a leak inside the wall. Luckily Daniel was available and was here within 45 minutes of my call !! He quickly assessed the situation and set to fix it. He completed removing the previous valve within the wall and replacing it and the cartridge and allowing the water to be turned on!! All within an time period of about 1 1/2 hours from time I called.. that's 45 minutes here time inside the house. I know I am paying more for the after hour charge and for the parts- but the peace of mind it was completed and done right. Daniel was nice, informative and professional.

We had excellent service from Action Plumbing. They came when they said they would, and Kudret and Steven were both accommodating and professional, and both our plumbing problems were taken care of efficiently.

Honest and fair as here is what my experience was....We had another company come out on short notice because our sewer line backed up. I won't name the company but they are not honest like one of our founding fathers was (Franklin). Those plumbers tried a hard sale on me to fix the problem as it would only cost $11,500. I called Ben for a second opinion and really all my line needed was to be cleaned cost me $300. Ben and his company saved me over $11,000 as they are honest and do a great job unlike the criminals at _____ Franklin Plumbing.
