I've used other carpet cleaners in the past but Heaven's Best is truly the BEST! His methods work great, he's ALWAYS on time and consistently does what he says he's going to do. As a Realtor, I rely on him to get my houses ready for for sale and I count on him.

My first impression was great! Was able to come to the house within 2 days.
The policy is to call with the estimate before work was started.
Upon his (company owner) inspection, he called with an outrageous quote; when my husband heard the quote, he said he wanted to get another bid. However, the owner, became very upset and preceded to yell at my husband, using profanity and was very vulgar on the phone. Unprofessional to say the least; he hung up the phone.

We were able to find another bid and saved $250.

Steve is just the best and we never use any other service. He puts maximum effort every time into giving us the cleaning possible carpet. We had some pretty ugly, black marks and pink Jello stains this time - all gone! And there are no more reasonable prices anywhere. Can't recommend highly enough!

During a long weekend in Parker, my daughter knocked over a table with a plant and a glass of metahops. Of course the stain was untreatable by myself and I was concerned since it was a rental. We called Heaven's best and after explaining my situation, they made adjusted their schedule and came out in just under two hours. In no time at all they stain was gone. Steve has proven that you do not have to wear tights and a cape to be my hero! As an Army veteran, it was nice to know that Steve was a veteran as well. Call Heaven's Best, you wont regret it.

I was sceptical about the claim that my capet would be dry in 1 hour. The previous company I used offered a $99 whole house special. They were here only 30 min. and my floors were wet for days.
Heaven's Best showed up on time and charged me the quoted price. I was also pleased they didn't try to up selling me a bunch ofstuff! It's also refreshing to be dealing directly with the business owner. The job took them both about 2 hour, most of the house was dry before they were gone! Unbelievable! I know who I will call next time .

I bought my house and was doing lots of renovations in it. I called for a carpet cleaning once I finished the downstairs. Service did one cleaning of my house. When I called for another cleaning, they didn't call back. When I called again, they said they wouldn't come back. Apparently drywall dust 'broke' their machine their first time out. If drywall dust damages their machine, carpet cleaning isn't their gig. You would think that they would vacuum first or at least ask me to vacuum first.

I asked for area rug cleaning. The largest was 5X7’. The largest rug had spots from a pet cleaning solution. They came and cleaned the rugs charging more than I thought it should be, but I needed them done. The large rug’s spots came back. I called and asked for a return visit to try the spots again. They said they would come and never did. Poor customer service.

Heaven's best service was incredible. We have two dogs and carpets through the house and there were no stains and the house smelled awesome. The customer service was great as we'll. I highly recommend them for carpet cleaning.

I have had Heaven's Best Parker clean my carpets twice now and both times have been a great experience! My carpets are clean, even the tough spots I didn't think would come clean and it smells dare I say it "Heavenly" when you come home.

The staff at Heaven's Best were awesome. Arrived on time and did an amazing job with our carpet. The carpet looked like is we brand new and was dry with in an hour. Thank you Steve for the get job.

Didn't even show up for the scheduled appointment! I have been pleased with the Heaven's Best company in Pueblo that I have used for several years so I was expecting the same quality of service. Instead I was shocked at the unprofessionalism I experienced. Steve not only doesn't answer his phone often but he also doesn't return phone calls in a timely manner. To top it off, when we scheduled an appointment, he not only didn't show up but also never return my phone call. He knew I was driving up from Pueblo but he still didn't have the courtesy to show up, call me to tell me he wasn't going to make it, or return my phone call after I left him a message. I have no idea the quality of his carpet cleaning, because he never showed up to do the job. Don't waste your time, call someone else!

Steven cleaned our carpets and they look wonderful. He arrived at exactly the time he stated, he was very professional, and stood by his quote. I am so pleased I have finally found a carpet cleaning business I can depend upon.

Called and spoke with Steve about getting our carpets cleaned in our townhome prior to move in. Added the sanitizer option since the previous owners had messy pets. Cleaner was early which was great, but he was finished less than one hour later and asked me to pay about $100 higher than Steve had quoted me. Told him what I was quoted and that’s what I ended up paying. Thank goodness I didn’t pay more! I should have walked through the house before paying because it was a VERY poor job. All the stains I was hoping to be removed were still there, including the pet stains. Emailed Steve hoping he would offer to come back since I read such great reviews on customer service. Never heard back. POOR quality and customer service.

Heaven’s Best did an amazing job of not only cleaning an expansive tile showroom, but the customer service was above and beyond. We have already set up our next appointment and have complete trust in Steve and the work he does. Highly recommend.

Amazing! We moved and Steve did our carpet, it looked fantastic!! Looked good as new and great price for what he had to clean... we have 2 toddlers and a black lab so our carpet was not in great shape but he made it look amazing! So happy with the outcome!

I have used Heaven's Best for over a year now at my residence as well as my business. Each and every time I've contacted them for service they have worked around my schedule and have been prompt and professional. In respect to the quality of work, it has been unmatched. The rates are ultra competitive as well. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family and cannot imagine using any other cleaning service ever again.

Very polite staff. They have been nothing short of fantastic every time they have cleaned the carpet in my house. My house isn't the easiest house to cover yet, they never cut any corners. The has always called to follow up after service was finished. I've never had a carpet clueing service do this before! I'll be using Heaven's Best from here on out. I never write reviews but, I felt this one was merited! Use with confidence.

I hired Steve to clean the tile floors on the first level of my house. I was concerned because the grout had darkened so much, and I didn't think they'd ever be as clean as they were when the floors were new. Steve was in and out in less than 90 minutes, and my floors look amazing! I am so happy to have found Heaven's Best.
