Steve did a great job. He quoted a price and came in under that price after he measured. He was courteous and his work was thorough. He offered to come back and take care of any spots after it dried. I would recommend Heaven's Best Parker to anyone that is looking for a good, honest experience.

Steve at Heavens Best was awesome! We were putting our house on the market and through the mist of all the details to do before the open house, I had forgotten to get the carpets cleaned. I called on a Saturday, and he was able to come the next day...and be done before we had to leave for a Bronco's game! Carpets were dry really quick, and the house didn't smell weird when we got home! Awesome job!

We had Steve out to our house as we were moving out and were worried about losing our deposit having kids and dogs, he did a beautiful job and there were no complaints from the owner the carpet felt and looked like new after 2 years of hard use. Thank you Steve and I will and Have referred Heavens Best of Parker to friends, clients and family. We will be in our own home this spring and will be calling at the end of this lease.

I wanted to thank you for doing such a wonderful job cleaning and sanitizing the vent system in our home. I researched the different companies over the past 3 months to find the company that would do the BEST job for the best price. After much research, Heaven’s Best had the best record for customer satisfaction and gave me the most accurate price quote of all 7 companies. They were the only company that could give me a clear price on what it would cost. According to neighbors I spoke with, other companies quoted them a low price so they could get into their home and then increased the price in the middle of the cleaning project, and once the cleaning has started you don’t really have any option, but to pay the difference. We really appreciate your honesty and integrity. All that said, the true testament came after the project was completed. I am able to tell a noticeable difference in the air quality in my home. The headaches that I got due to allergies are now gone. Glass tables that got dusty after a few days of being cleaned now take weeks to get dusty. Most importantly I have saved just under 10% on my energy bill, now that my furnace and vents are clean and dust free. We will definitely be referring our friends and neighbors to Heaven’s Best.

Our area rugs were in bad shape- I called Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning and the came out there next day! Rugs were cleaned within an hour and smell/look fantastic.

We used Heaven's Best after purchasing a home and needed wood, tile and carpet cleaned. Steve set up an appointment that worked for our schedule. They completed the work in the time frame expected. I thought the work was a little pricey but the house looked pretty good when done. They did come back and redid the living room at my request, when some of the traffic areas did not come as clean as I hoped. The gentleman who worked with Steve was very pleasant and worked efficiently.

Amazing service and they did an excellent job. We had a cat that decided to start peeing on our couch, because you know cats kinda suck. We thought we were soaking and cleaning it well enough, but the smell remained. We called and the guy came out and told us it was the worst pet stain damage he had seen but he would try his best. Honestly we had modest expectations. Not only did he exceed our expectations the couch is completely smell and stain free. The pee had sunk into the lower section where the springs were and they had crystallized.
He did an amazing job and was very respectful of our space and our needs.
We would highly recommend Heaven’s Best for any crazy furniture stains. After ours, it would probably be a nice break for them. Lol

Very poor customer service on Steve’s part.

My wife and I both talked to Steve this evening. Told us the minimum charge which was no problem at all. We have never hired any carpet cleaner before. Here are the text messages. Sounds like you should hire another company that cares about customer service!

UPDATE AFTER OWNERS REPLY:
How were we trying to get something free? Makes no sense to myself as we spoke to him never asked him to work for free. Not sure where he gets that from. Just had some questions as you can see the screenshots of the messages. If he didn’t want to do the work on a Sunday then he should have said that in the beginning. He offered to come out on Sunday as well.

How are my messages a scam? Not sure where he gets this from. His company phone number is on top of the text message. Again never wanted any work for free, wife was asking questions and even sent him picture of the work we wanted done. He is the one that has ZERO CUSTOMERS SERVICE SKILLS. Again if you are looking for a carpet cleaning use someone else. We found someone else so I am not worried about his FAKE REVEIW to other vendors to not service my address.

Still unsure of how my screen shots are fake when his company number is on the text message. What does him having to pay $120 for a lead with google for work when his customer service skills are lacking. Tried to give a local company business, however you can see yourself this company has no morals and has to lie because he received a bad review. Calls people “FAKE” and has to change his response 3 different times due to his poor customer service.

Needless to say look for another company that has good customer service and that is willing to answer any questions for a customer. After talking to different carpet cleaners, they are a dime a dozen.

I am not a competitor, I am not in the carpet cleaning industry nor do I own my own carpet cleaning business. This company can not seem to tell the truth. I encourage you to read the screen shots of his poor customer service skills, look at how many times he has changed his story, called his potential customers names for his uncalled professionalism.

What does the 10 out of 24 one star reviews have to do with how this company acted, as you can even see for yourself in posted screen shots of the conversation we had, have to do with anything? If you do deserve 1 star, you get 1 star. If you get deserve 5 stars you get 5 stars. Funny that you point that out. Wonder how many more POOR EXCUSES HE WILL COME UP WITH NEXT?

You are very correct my wife and I both reached out to you in regards to our dog getting sick on the carpet however, never did we try to scam you for a price. You told her a price, look in the screen shots. She asked questions, you are the one that stated it would be over $300 for a company to come out on a Sunday. Point blank you have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Thank you for your service to this country however I will not use a company that has zero customer service skills. By looking at it, you own a franchise and the other franchises around you have great reviews, not so much your franchise. Go ahead and turn it into to google, that doesn’t bother me. My opinion on your business is 1 star. If I could give you less I most definitely would!

HEAVENS Best did a great job with my carpets. Very clean and they smelled great. Best of all they were dry in 60-90 minutes vs last time when I used steam cleaners which left my carpets wet for 24-36 hrs. Definitely will have them back!

I strongly recommend Vent Wizard of Castle Rock. We purchased a new washer and dryer; realized our vent/air flow was very poor. We tried cleaning it ourselves. That was a mistake. Tod at Vent Wizard was a total professional - and could diagnose several issues immediately. One serious issue is the total clog at the very top of the pipe at the roof. He had the insight, skill and tools to do all the repair work. Made me realize, many house fires are direct result of dryer vent clogs and related issues. Now we will have Vent Wizard on a regular 18- month schedule to do a professional clean. It is very important and a major safety decision. We strongly recommend these great business. Wonderful people. Professional and reliable service. Absolutely 5 Stars!

Very friendly office staff. Very knowledgeable technician. We were able to get an appointment quickly, they kept us updated on when they would arrive. Provided pictures of vent before and after. I highly recommend Denver Vent Wizard!
Nolan came over and was very professional and courteous. I felt extremely comfortable having him in my home and he was very thorough with his 10 point inspection.
He showed me photos of my vent and how much lint has built up.
He explained the process, which actually turned out to be even more detailed than I thought.
He spent a considerable amount of time cleaning the vent that comes out my roof and my dryer runs beautifully.
I signed up for the ongoing service, and I'm not one who typically does this, but I know they will continue to do a great job!!

Tod was very professional, honest and friendly! He replaced my dryer vent with a metal pole because all I had was an aluminum foil hose that was definitely a fire hazard. Had vent cleaned twice in 18 mins by other companies. Just stopped drying again. Nolan was wonderful, thorough, got on my roof and found piece of steel, lots of debris and part of a compressor cable, adaptor still attached in my exhaust! What a great experience!
