I needed some move in cleaning services to be done and with the little time I had they were quick to respond to my call and showed up on time with a great attitude and ready to work ! it was beyond my expectation of cleanliness the price was fair for the amount of work there was to be done and there was alot ! I hired Freshly Finished Cleaning Service for a clean out on a rental. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and level of cleaning. Everything I expected to be cleaned was spotless and many areas I wasn't expecting were also taken care of. I highly recommend their services.

The historical house this company cleaned was in really bad shape to include dead rodents. They not only cleaned all the dead rodents were removed. They did a terrific job for a great price!

Merry Maids did an average job - good dusting and bathroom cleaning. When it came to actually clean things that needed it like the wood floors and stove it was not done to our satisfaction.

As the team was leaving, I had to call them back to finish cleaning the shower and to clean the laundry room which they had not done. That was a bit disappointing. I have since had to clean a few other areas in the house that were not done very well. I will say the house was cleaner after they were done than before, but I expected it to be cleaner than it was so I was a bit disappointed.

The two ladies that came were amazing! They were professional, communicative and quick. I would definitely recommend them for anyone; especially if you are moving out of an apartment.

I’m very happy with Merry Maids! I’ve used other cleaning services before and none are as good as Merry Maids. The team is quick but very thorough. I appreciate that they use effective cleaning products and that everything actually gets CLEAN & not just wiped down.

Terrible company. We used Merry Maids for years. We used them because they are insured and bonded. Their house cleaner broke one of our sculptures. When I called David about the damage he was highly antagonistic and told me if we filed a claim we would no longer be able to have them as our cleaning service. We filed a claim it out there insurer and received a denial notice before I had a chance to file the claim. The Hartford used Merry Maids comments to deny our claim. Totally fraudulent and indicative as to how bad the ownership is. Look else where if you are needing an insured and bonded company.

This company I'd Ok. It's not great, but not bad. I do think the first time and one other time out of the 8 monthes I've been with them were great. But only those 2 times. all the other times were ok. I use to clean homes... maybe its I'm particular? or I am more detailed? IDK. It's the small things to me that add up.

I called the office to schedule a house cleaning. Everything sounded great except the price. But I had relatives coming into town and knew I would not have the time. So I bit the bullet, gave them my credit card information and figured that at least I could check this off the list. So what happened? Nothing! No one showed up! I called the office and no one answered. When someone finally answered the phone, they barely understood English. Stay away from this outfit.

She cleaned the things I didn't want to. When we bought this house it came with a 15 year old toilets that were colored brown, she turn it into white like new. I will be calling again. Was quick at the tasks I asked for and she asked if she could add more. I told her about the birthday party I was throwing myself. She even added the glass door on her way out. It was so nice to have the help.

John and his staff provides excellent service and the very best customer service experience.!! They are detail oriented and they go above and beyond to make sure our home is clean! Thanks again Merry Maids Team!!

I have been very happy with MM. I typically request a specific team (Monica and Alexis), and am usually able to have them scheduled. They are very polite and professional and listen to requests. I appreciate them!

Your team did a great job cleaning our home. I noticed the details in their cleaning .... things that needed wiping down that I don't seem to get to. I liked the little touches with the folding of the hand towels in bathroom. I am impressed.
