This is the third time I've had them clean for me within the past few years. The first two times were pretty darn good! That was a team of three people, they cleaned my house within 2 hours. Today was a bit different. Two people, but I felt one person did most of the work. It was a deep clean, lots of dust and dog hair but some of the basics were skipped. They are normally pretty good, but I expected a bit more for the price and for what was considered a "deep clean".

We have two cats and one dog. We live on a Dusty Road, and I do woodworking for a living. Having Merry Maids come and get all the floors clean do all the dusting. Helps us tremendously. They do a great job on the bathrooms and kitchen as well.

I felt like I definitely got my monies worth! It is, however very awkward and hard for me to ask the cleaning people to please come mop the floors upstairs because they didn't look mopped at all. They were happy to mop them. Then, I had asked if they dusted my daughter's shelves...she said that people don't usually like their stuff moved so she did not dust, but would if I wanted her to. So I said, please do. I started helping her remove items and thought she was going to dust, but she wiped one spot, left everything on the bed and never came back upstairs to finish dusting and put the stuff back. I ended up having to do it myself after they left. I also thought they would remove the stuff from my son's small book case, dust it, and put the stuff back straightening everything and make it look nice and tidy.

My kid's rooms are virtually bare. I am a minimilist and they don't have a ton of stuff so it's not like the 3 bedrooms they had to clean were a ton of work at all. They literally had minimal dusting, sweep/mop, tidy, and make beds. Even in our master bedroom where there was no bathroom for them to have to clean since we're in the middle of renovating it was very minimal work. I thought they could have cleaned my oven (the glass door on the inside) better...it's only 4 months old and was not very dirty at all, but there was still stuff on the glass door. I also paid to have my fridge cleaned...which I did notice a difference somewhat...I was expecting them to put stuff back in a tidy fashion, but they just wiped it down and put everything back in a messy fashion. They didn't clean the freezer section which I assumed was included in the $25 price...I just don't like to pay for a service and then end up having to go in and do the very thing I paid for. Lol

All in all I would definitely use them again as I was 95% satisfied and it took a serious load off of me. Not only that, but I called another company and they wanted $800 for what Merry Maids charged me $350 for a one time deep clean with fridge/oven and basement added for an extra $100. I also tipped 10% cash to each lady ($45 each so $90 total) making my grand total of $540. Worth every penny.

After dealing with another cleaning company in the area we decided to switch to Merry Maids and the only complaint we have is that we didn’t do it sooner. From talking with Dave and Brenda on the initial call to the quality of service we received with our clean, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their company. They knocked it out of the park on the first try. Their attention to detail and the level of service we received from the two gals that came into our home was above and beyond what we have been getting for months.

I used this cleaning service to deep clean my 1800 sq ft house in preparation for selling.I told the person I booked with on the phone AND the person who called the day before why I needed the cleaning and that we had professional photos for selling our home the day after the house cleaning. I was given a time of arrival of between 1-3pm. They arrived at 3:30pm then at 5pm announced they had to go and couldn’t finish cleaning in time despite the fact that I was told they could deep clean everything I requested. They said they could finish up the next day. But they couldn’t come back the next day to finish BECAUSE I HAD PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS FOR SELLING MY HOME. I spent 3 hrs after they left going back over areas they very clearly missed and completing the work they didn’t get to. Had to pay the full fee of course. Will never use Merry Maids in Parker again.

Great job with a few things that I’m confused. Will use them again … just need to follow up on my expectations. It was to be an initial deep clean but feel they missed some spots. Wasn’t major but it seemed like a standard cleaning for only 1 hour and 30 minutes x2 people and I paid for an initial “deep clean” per the rep that I set appt with.

Alejandra did an AMAZING job! It was wonderful to come home to a home that is clean & fresh. That's saying a lot because we have 5 dogs!

I cannot say enough good things about Monica and Robert! They were so professional and efficient and my house has never looked better! I am thrilled with their work and amazed at all that they did. They cleaned everything, even things I was not sure would be included, and they did it faster and better than anyone else could have. My home was literally gleaming when they left. I can’t wait to have them come again and I am so happy that I signed up for monthly cleanings!

I started service with Merry Maids Parker because I tore my ACL and knew I'd need help. John came out and did a walk through and was great. They are flexible in how often they come, super responsive, and call the day before to confirm the time. They have been ontime in their service. The cleaning team is fantastic, even leaving flowers made of Kleenex in the tissue box. The team is really nice and extremely thorough. I highly recommend!

We are quite pleased with the Merry Maids cleaning team, and the responsiveness and flexibility of the office staff. Hector and crew arrive on time and, in an efficient/practiced manner, do an effective cleaning job in a relatively short time. Also, the management and office staff have been extremely flexible in responding to our often changing needs and scheduling conflicts in these challenging times. A very good and responsible operation!

We have been using Merry Maids in Parker for 3 years this Christmas. This is one outstanding company. We have cleaning done weekly and we tried two other companies before using Merry Maids.
They are extremely courteous, very detailed, and we have zero complaints. The owner Johnny is very nice to deal with and always listens to our needs.

Merry Maids did a fantastic job of cleaning our home! The were incredibly thorough, professional and pleasant to work with. To top it off they were able to reschedule with short notice when our moving company gave us an 11th hour curveball! Clearly they're as focused on customer experience as they are on delivering an amazing service. Highly recommended!

I always ask for the same 2 people to come and do my house because they do such an excellent job. They are friendly courteous and just generally nice people. I've had different people come on occasion but I always make sure to ask for the same cleaners because they are the best I really appreciate the excellent job they do. Thank you for your service I am Disabled I cannot Clean for myself so I definitely appreciate this team.

Communication has been awesome. Cleaners are always on time. Fantastic job cleaning. My house has never looked so good. I could go on and on with great comments. My only one minor complaint is that the cleaner put some items in the dishwasher that are not dishwasher safe and turned it on steam wash. I lost a cast iron pan that was quite expensive and some other items that were destroyed. Had to throw them away.

I have been ill for over a year and my kitchen had bad grease built up. Merry Maids did an amazing job of cleaning it. The person they sent worked hard and was very nice. I am so pleased that it is nice and clean. Wish I had taken before and after pics.

The team that comes to my house is so amazing. They assure to get e dry nook and cranny. My house sparkles and smells so wonderful when they are done each time. I was able to ask for the same team every time and just love them! I highly recommend using Merry Maids!

We used Merry Maids to deep clean our new house.
They sent out a crew of 3 people and they stayed in the house for 2.5 hours. Did a good job, but would have liked them to stay a bit longer to really touch every surface but overall, I felt like they did a great job.
