Arrived 10 minutes early, walked through the house and assessed the issues, spoke with me and got to work. Very professional, friendly and eager to help in any way he could. My house has never felt cleaner and well cared for, I will definitely use again. Highly recommended.

We hired Roan to do a move out clean for us. He did an amazing job but not only did he clean he ended up managing our entire move for us from beginning to end. Our plans changed and we had to leave town to move across the country before our movers could move us. He met with the movers and made sure they loaded everything we needed, he got rid of furniture we didn’t want, cleared the house out and hauled away junk, cleaned again so the place looked like new, and then met with the property manager to turn in our keys. No only is he reliable, competent and a great project manager, he’s also so personable and happy to help that it feels like he’s family. He also overnighted some of my jewelry and personal items I accidentally left behind. I would hire him again for any project!

I contacted value cleaning services for my move out cleaning. Initially the date of the service was different. At the very last moment folks from the leasing office informed me about an updated move out date which was never brought into my attention earlier. As I was transferring to one apartment from another within the same community i only got two days to remove all my stuff. I contacted the value cleaning services about this sudden change and they were happy to reschedule. The guy from Value Cleaning Services came on the Mother's day which was also a Sunday to clean my apartment. He spent around four to five hours and did a fantastic job. Cleaned the glass top oven and made it almost like a brand new when we could not remove the stains out of it. The kitchen area was beautifully cleaned and he was able to remove the stains which was there for many months. If you are looking for a headache free service you do not have to look anywhere else.

I called asking for a last minute, one time request for our large house. Value Cleaning Services was so personable, professional, reliable and on time. Roan did a move-out deep clean for us and when he finished the house was a lot cleaner than when we moved in. I left a check with my son to pay Roan, but wanted to send him another check with a gratuity, but Roan wouldn’t accept it. A true professional and awesome company. I called on at the two days before arriving to my new home to have a deep clean and sterilization done. Roan was very professional and informative and took my request and gave me a great price. The historical house this company cleaned was in really bad shape to include dead rodents. They not only cleaned all the dead rodents were removed. They did a terrific job for a great price!

Merry Maids did an average job - good dusting and bathroom cleaning. When it came to actually clean things that needed it like the wood floors and stove it was not done to our satisfaction.

As the team was leaving, I had to call them back to finish cleaning the shower and to clean the laundry room which they had not done. That was a bit disappointing. I have since had to clean a few other areas in the house that were not done very well. I will say the house was cleaner after they were done than before, but I expected it to be cleaner than it was so I was a bit disappointed.

The two ladies that came were amazing! They were professional, communicative and quick. I would definitely recommend them for anyone; especially if you are moving out of an apartment.
