My maid is Flavia, and she did a stellar job. We talked first about the priority areas and my own concerns, and she followed through on everything we said. Did a great job cleaning everything top to bottom, and even let me know what items needed maintenance/replacing. Very detail oriented. She was also very nice about everything. Highly recommend.

After being in the market recently for a cleaning company i came across your advertising. Filled out a website questionnaire and got a price quote. I was called after a few days by the local office who informed me the website was new, pricing was wrong, and the website provided bad information in general. I was given a new price which was presented as 80/hour for an initial cleaning which would last roughly 3 hours.

Two cleaners came out, did a great job and left in two hours flat. I received a bill for $320. When i called i was told it was 80 per person per hour. When i challenged that this wasn’t accurately represented to me i was told they’d discount 50% off and i would have any future cleanings cancelled. I was then told i was wrong and hung up on.

When i called back the supervisor told me since they work in a small office i definitely miss understood because they ALWAYS say 80 per person per hour. Sounds like they work closely together and the supervisor approves of telling people they’re wrong and hanging up on them during any sort of pricing misunderstanding.

Awful customer service and i will not be returning as a customer which is a shame since the actual cleaners who do the hard work did such a great job

I've been using Maid Pro every two weeks for over 8 years now. In all those years, only once did they clean my place to my dissatisfaction. Later that same day, they send out three cleaners to clean it again in no time. I highly recommend them.

This latest cleaning was done by Catherine. She performed the best cleaning I've ever had. I'm so glad that Catherine came to my home!

I've used MaidPro for around 5 years now and they're friendly, consistent, and efficient. They will work with you to get the level of clean you want for a reasonable price -- if you want a more thorough clean, you can buy a longer time (they cleaned under/behind my washer and dryer!) and if you want it to be more affordable they will do a priority clean where they handle the most important areas first. It's very flexible and reasonable and they are very willing to work with you and I'm super happy with the results.

This was are first house cleaning in our new home. Their team, Aurielle and Maiza arrived on-time and did an absolutely fabulous job. It was a major effort considering that we had been in the house for 6-weeks. We had movers, various other work, numerous deliveries of new furniture, etc. So, lots of foot traffic. Our new home sparkles! Great by both of them!!

Maidpro is awesome! Andrea cleans our place. She does a fantastic job. It is so wonderful to come home to a beautifully and completely cleaned house! I was listening to a radio show yesterday where they were complaining about house cleaners and how it’s always great for the first month and then goes downhill… not with Andrea.
