House Cleaning reviews in Parker, Colorado

Had to reschedule appointment for morning and they forgot to tell the window cleaners, BailOut window cleaning, who did a great job, that they had rescheduled my appointment and he showed up in afternoon which really messed with my schedule. Also the Maids did not finish the basic cleaning of wiping out/down all drawers, counters and cabinets and missed a closet while vacuuming. I ended up cleaning house while window cleaners were there. The reason they are getting 2 stars instead of one is because they did adjust the price due to the poor cleaning. I appreciated that.

Venessa is absolutely amazing! She is proactive in making sure to know what are my priorities for a timed clean and always gets through even more than I expect each time. She is personable and professional so I can always feel comfortable with her in my home even if I am not there. I highly recommend Maid to Shine especially if you are lucky enough to get Venessa!

Amber, Brittnee and Michelle have been a wonderful cleaning team for my home. They come right on time, and are consistently thorough at making my home look spotless. Their cleaning is methodical and meticulous, but most of all, they seem to care about doing a great job.

Rebekah, Kenzie and Vadreya were our cleaning techs this afternoon. They did an amazing job and were very personable. Our home is so clean and their attention to detail is beyond anything I could imagine. Thank you ladies for taking care of our home and being so kind to our dogs. 100% recommend for any of your cleaning needs. Will definitely have them back!

Amber has been cleaning for us for over a year during which she has always been punctual, efficient, and friendly. She’s so wonderful that even our dog looks forward to her ‘visits’!

The staff has been easy to contact and makes a genuine effort to accommodate us when we occasionally need to change our cleaning day.

We have Vadreya come every two weeks and she does a great job! She keeps my home clean and most importantly she puts everything back exactly where it was when she is done! Some of the other cleaning services haven’t done that and it makes me think they aren’t paying attention to the details like vadreya.

I scheduled an appointment for a “First Time General Cleaning” to get my house ready to be put on the market and for a showing the upcoming weekend. I called on a Tuesday and they were able get me in on Friday! I received a prompt response after requesting a quote and reminders for my appointment leading up to the scheduled day. Brittnee, Desiree, and Vadreya were right on time on Friday and came fully prepared with everything needed. They did an AMAZING job with every room in the house and we’re very friendly. I would definitely recommend Maid to Shine to others and will be calling them in the future. Thank you!!

We have been using Maid to Shine since August of last year. Our Cleaning Tech has been Kenzie. We absolutely could not be more pleased. Kenzie consistently does a superb job in her cleaning. She is thorough and professional. Her consistently sunny disposition makes her a joy to have around. I could not recommend both Maid to Shine and Kenzie more highly.

Maid to Shine has always been professional and courteous. Not only do they care about their clients but they care about their team members. Every one has a good attitude about what they are doing and their quality is out of this world. They have such a methodical approach to what they do; It's interesting to watch their approach. First time Deluxe cleaning today. The ladies (Cece, Christina, Laura, and Marissa) exceeded expectations. They arrived right on-time, were very professional, and most importantly did a great job. I booked a general cleaning and the next day they sent 4 people who worked on my 1800 sqft house for five hours. They were incredibly thorough and close to the end they sent a manager to review everything done. I really appreciated the manager’s fine eye and meticulousness. All of the ladies sent to my house were kind and professional and great. This service cost more than a Home Cleaning from Amazon (and this service was available when Amazon was not!) but they did a way, way better job and it was a far better value. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

I switched to these guys after a less-than-satisfying previous company. Maid to Shine did a fantastic job with their General Cleaning. The dispatched 4 cleaners: Marissa, Brittnee, Dana, and Grace. Each was courteous, professional, and detail oriented. They split up and tackled different parts of the house, wasting no time in getting our house sparkling clean! I was surprised at the detail that they go into for even a general cleaning, scrubbing everything from large surfaces, small crevices, light switch covers, even the grout lines on our tile floor! Our glass shower door looks amazing--something neither I, nor the previous cleaners could accomplish even after spending 15 minutes scrubbing with a CLR toilet bowl cleaner! All floor were vacuumed and surfaces dusted with great results. Maid to Shine even sent a 3-person auditing team to our house to assure the quality of their service! I followed them around and was very impressed with the specifics that the auditors thought of, just to discover that one of the girls had already been there and cleaned. Fantastic job girls! They utilize a cleaning regimen that's supposed to be non-toxic and scent free. My only small critique would be to add some sort of deodorizer to the carpet after vacuuming or clean scent to the regimen to leave a lasting fresh smell in the house. The benefit however to their process is that it's much more kid and pet friendly to avoid a bunch of potentially caustic chemicals, so I guess it's a "wash." Thanks again for a job well done!

Maid to Shine is NOT just for people who work!
It turns out being retired doesn't mean I have all day free to do as I please. I still have to shop, cook, do laundry, pay bills, and keep house and it takes more energy than it used to. The delightful people at Maid to Shine can do it faster, easier, lower to the floor, and with a better attitude than I can. I am so happy I found this excellent service.

Katie, Marisa, Devon, Vadreya, Laura, Dana and Raven did a terrific job cleaning our home! Every time Maid to Shine comes to clean our house, it’s always the greatest feeling afterward. They’re very sweet and work great as a team!

We love our maid to shine cleaner, Vadreya! She does an amazing job with clawaning and also puts things back exactly as she found them, which is so amazing. She also is very kind to our pups, which is just icing on the cake! We had another cleaner through this organization who moved out of state and she was also wonderful! Maid to shine has been great!

I cannot recommend Maid to Shine highly enough. I had the Deluxe Cleaning because our home needed extra attention. I am embarrassed to say, but it was extremely dirty. An army of ladies showed up with all of their own supplies and right on time . They were very kind, professional and really seemed to enjoy their work and working along side one another. They worked very hard and stayed overtime to get the job done right. My home has never been so clean; shiny things shine, the dust build up is gone and the house even smells clean. Maid to Shine has brought me joy and peace. I like my home again. And will now have them coming on a regular basis for maintenance cleaning. Please do try them.

We've been using Maid to Shine for many months now and they do a great job! Randi is our latest housekeeper and does excellent work. We have a bathtub that was used to house our cat's litter box and then for washing out paint supplies so it was looking pretty grubby... I didn't think it was possible to get it as clean as she did!

I'm making sure to add to their 5 stars reviews. Until finding Maid to Shine, it had been hard to find a reliable company. They clean as I would've cleaned it, without having to do the work myself. Come home and relax? Yes.

These guys are great! They're just moving to Denver, after being a top company in the Springs. I saw them posting on social media about hiring, and it looks like they really take care of their employee too. Was really happy to find out that they send the same cleaner to your house each time. It's nice to get to know who is going to be coming to your house.

This is our first time using a cleaning service, and boy are we IMPRESSED! Marissa, Amber, and Cece showed up right on time, and spent several hours making our house look spectacular. They really paid attention to all those hard to get spots that we never even think about cleaning. They were all very professional, pleasant, and great at what they do.
