I had my carpets cleaned by Justin from Stanley Steemer, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, he was professional, courteous, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain the process, made sure everything was done to the highest standard, and went above and beyond to make my carpets look brand new again. The attention to detail and care he put into the job really stood out. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work, and Justin truly delivered a five-star experience. I would highly recommend him and Stanley Steemer to anyone looking for outstanding service!

Adarius and Elijah did a fantastic job! They kept us informed throughout the entire process and did an excellent job cleaning up at the end. We would definitely recommend them and Stanley Steemer to anyone interested in having their ducts cleaned.

Nolan was fantastic. We had white grout in our master bath and laundry rooms that stained after three years of normal use. Nolan cleaned and sealed the grout with gray sealant and it now looks like we have new floors. I could not be happier with the end result.

Nick was very professional and friendly. He listened to our needs and even hit an area that needed extra care. We appreciate the company’s efficient service. This was our second time using Stanley Steemer and this time we received cleaning in our living room and hallway. It smells nice and refreshed. Thank you!

We had our vents cleaned and also the dryer vent after 7 years! They did an impeccable job and did an amazing clean up when they were finished. They worked around our dogs and showed us pictures of all the gunk from the vents! Derek and his partner Sergii were totally professional and deserve a raise!

Derek & Sergey were very thorough & very clear with their instructions. They left the home clean & looking good. To know fault of their own, when you pay the app asks for a tip. I didn't appreciate that. Stanley Steemer needs to pay their employees what a fair wage is & get rid of the tip ask. That is why a 4 star & not 5 BUT, that's for the company not the technicians.

Rafael did a phenomenal job! I had 4 rooms, 2 hallways and a set of stairs cleaned and deodorized. Stains came out wonderfully! He also scotch guarded my new couches and rug. And also 3 of the rooms. I will definitely be using Stanley Steamer again and very happy with my results.

The technicians were very professional and did a great job of cleaning up after they were done. They paid close attention to detail so that my house didn't get dirty while they were cleaning my ducts. Will definitely use them again.

Great team! They arrived at 8am as promised and went right to work cleaning our vents. They were reslectful of the newborn baby and dog, yet got finished on schedule. Woyld highly recommend then.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience! After calling several local companies with either no response or poor customer service, I finally reached out to Stanley Steemer and from the very first contact, their customer service was absolutely fantastic.

I was on a tight schedule and needed both rugs and furniture cleaned the same day due to the nature of my work. They immediately understood my situation and went above and beyond to make it happen. They sent over Jackie, who was an absolute angel! She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and provided me with a fantastic price compared to other quotes in the area

Within 30 minutes of Jackie leaving, Nick arrived to get started and he was wonderful! He explained the entire process clearly (without being condescending), offered helpful tips for after the cleaning, and was so polite and professional. On top of all that, he did an amazing job removing so many stains and leaving everything fresh, clean, and deodorized.

100/10 — would recommend to everyone! From customer service to quality of work, Stanley Steemer truly exceeded every expectation.

Paul came over today. Did the whole house and area rug. He worked quick and professionally. We decided to go with Stanley vs a local company we’ve used before here in Parker mainly because of quality of work. We knew what we were going to get vs the local company we’ve used before ( which sounds like beaven’s hest)

Nolan was friendly and very professional! Our carpets look amazing and he went the extra mile by making sure everything outside of the shampooed rooms were swept and cleaned before leaving. Very pleased and will definitely call again.
