We have used other cleaning services, but we have never had such great results as we have had since we started with Maid to Shine. Marissa is the absolute best! She pays attention to the little details and she has patience with my little dogs who constantly steal her cleaning cloths. lol I try to get the house looking good when we have sudden visitors, but it never compares to the perfection that I come home to after Marissa has been there. The wood floors are beautiful, the appliances sparkle and the pillows and blinds look like a show home ready for visitors. This company treats its employees like family and they, in turn, treat my home like it was their own. We are moving soon and the first thing that we made sure of was whether or not we could still have Marissa with us at the new place!

Michelle is so amazing! Started having “Maid to Shine” clean our home...when I had a up coming surgery! Even when I am able to up keep our home again...We have decided to continue with “Maid to Shine!” Michelle consistently has our home looking like a model home! She is 100% trust worthy and really makes our home SHINE!!! Love having her!!!

Simply the best! I have been using Maid to Shine for the past year. Initially for a one off "deep clean" and and for the past 4 months- regular monthly 3hr/2Tech cleaning. The team is consistent, professional, punctual (within the window), and thorough! What I love is they work off your list of tasks not a preset menu.

Our Clean Tech, Brittnee, has been with us for almost 2 years and she has consistently cleaned our house in a very professional manner. She always has a smile and is willing to work us. It's amazing how she can make the house feel clean and ready for the next two weeks. I appreciate how the office communicates with us. They are very timely and helpful. When Brittnee has been on vacation, the ladies who come in are just as professional and thorough. I would highly recommend Made to Shine.

Wow! Marissa, Kelly, Desiree, Devon, Raven CeCe and Laura completed the most SPECTACULAR clean at our house today! I wanted to do something special for the wife's birthday (this is her husband typing on her/family account). Researched a few top rated cleaning services and decided to reach out to Maid to Shine. They responded quickly, answered all my questions and got us on the schedule surprisingly fast, within 2 days. They even honored a discount they were running that had expired the week before our cleaning. We ordered the deluxe package and it is well worth it. It should be noted, and this is coming from someone who has never utilized a cleaning service before, that there is a bit of a sticker shock when you get the estimate, but trust me the results are amazing and you need to consider the effort they put in. There were 7 cleaners in our house for at least 8 hours. Our house has never been this clean; we have 3 kids and 2 full size dogs. Baseboards were spotless, walls were hand washed (no more sticky finger prints from the kids) and bathrooms were sparkling. They were able to clean Items that we had tried, unsuccessfully, to scrub and clean in the past, like the refrigerator and tile in the master bath. The wife and I ended up getting home when the cleaning crew was still there; they were so pleasant and professional and answered any questions we had. I'd highly recommend Maid to Shine to anyone looking for a super deep clean.

We recently started using Maid to Shine services and are very impressed with their cleaning services and their commitment to customer service. Brittnee was here today, she was on time, arrived with everything she needed (and more!), and she was extremely detail oriented in making sure every surface was spotless. She has a very cheerful attitude, is an extremely hard worker, and I can say this is by far the best cleaning experience we have ever had. She really set the standard for cleaning excellence- we highly recommend the company and Brittnee!

Maid to Shine treats their employees really well and it shows! They expect hard workers and train everyone well. They are all very kind and do a great job. I always have the same girl, Michelle, and she's incredibly sweet and good at what she does. My house always feels so clean and it doesn't smell like chemicals. I've been using them for about 2 years now after having been through multiple different cleaning services.

A team from Maid to Shine did a deep clean on a home we recently purchased. They were pleasant, energetic and professional. They did an excellent job in a reasonable period of time and made the house much more livable. We have also used Maid to Shine for regular cleanings in our previous home and they were always on time, pleasant and did an excellent job. We highly recommend them.

I recently had major back surgery. 7 Maid to shine ladies came into our home for a Deluxe cleaning & made our entire day!
For the past 8 weeks we all have been dealing with a lot due to my surgery but Katie, Marissa, Devon, Vadreya, Laura, Dana and Raven came into our home with their great personalities & took a huge burden off of my family.
I really appreciate you guys so much! My home is shiny, beautiful and gives us peace especially at this time.

Maid to Shine is one of the best decisions that I have ever made. They are consistently top quality cleanings. We needed them to help us out during a recent move and they were very accommodating. They communicate clearly about times and expectations. Yet they are very personable and friendly. This company does it right! Marissa is our favorite person to have at our house every other week.

Adelina was my cleaner and she did a phenomenal job on cleaning up the bathroom and kitchen area. Definitely will use this service again and probably request for her.

I had a great experience. The technician that i had was Joe. He explained everything to me. He was very polite. I was happy with Joe. And I was happy the way my carpet was done. It's still drying as of 12::15 am. He said that if i have any ..question feel free to reach out

We recently called Stanley Steemer to clean our tile floor and come and give a bid to clean two of our bathroom shower tiles. When I scheduled I made it known that I had a steamer at home but that I was unable to complete the showers myself and found it best to call and have them do it. I explained that I am injured and am having surgery and cleaning them was just too painful for me.The lady on the phone was polite and agreeable about my decision. I felt that this is the best way to get this done quickly and less painfully before my surgery. Our tech arrived. I showed him the showers and the floors. I let him know about my steamer and how well it worked but that I could not complete the cleaning myself. He quoted me $75 per shower and an additional $50 to do the tub and floor. Totaling $200 not including the tile kitchen floor. I agreed. After he QUICKLY cleaned the showers I told him that they did not look much cleaner. He explained that I need to replace the caulking and the grout. That he can not clean it. I explained that my hand held steamer WAS cleaning it. He told me that Stanley does not in fact use high temperatures or steam. Power wash and vacuum basically. Some chemicals as well. The showers did not have a noticeable improvement. Some areas even had make up from my daughter and Ajax on them that was still there after he "cleaned them" (I have photos) He then moved to the floors. I also did not see a difference in the floors and asked him if he truly believed these were clean. He swore that they were and pulled out a white cloth to "prove" it to me. The cloth did not come back white after he rubbed it on the floor. He redid them and left. Once my husband arrived home we went up to the showers with the steamer and almost instantly the grout that "needed replaced" was clean with a good once over. The caulking as well except for a few spots. I was so upset at the money I spent with such horrible results. I called back to speak to someone. They told me that the pictures that the tech took DO show a difference. They put me in contact with Caitlyn who also told me that she agrees that there is a difference. She was willing to have them come back and clean again however as I said my husband (after working 13 hours that day) did it with our steamer. I also have pictures of when they left and what my husband did. We did not have to replace grout or caulking. Yes he could have done this himself but works so many hours for our hard earned money that we thought it best to have it done professionally. Caitlyn then had her supervisor Rod call me and leave a message that they will come back and do it over....AGAIN it is already done. BY US! I needed them cleaned before I had surgery. They refuse any kind of refund. I was not told before hand that he would not be able to get them clean or that they do not use steam or high heat. I was only told after the fact. I spoke of this when I scheduled and did point it out to our tech. I feel like I should have been told that their services do would not give me the same results as I was receiving with my steam cleaner. This fraud. I would absolutely not recommend this company in anyway to anyone ever.
