Start up was rough, but now the cleaners that come to my home are excellent, efficient and dependable.

The company is run horribly. The management is terrible and unprofessional, and their cleaners do not do a good job.
DO NOT HIRE THEM TO CLEAN YOUR HOUSE.

I hired Colorado sunshine clean a rental property that I have when a tenant trashed the place. They were quick to respond. They showed up on time and did an amazing job.

I received a quote for 275 for a deep house cleaning - official emailed quote over to me. Office manager advised me that I need to put $200 for a down payment. When I questioned why I would put more than half of the price down, the office manager called me and raised the price by 100 dollars. Very frustrating to say the least and poor business move.

Unfortunately my husband had hired this cleaning service while I was in the hospital and trusted the company because a family member had suggested them. Their pricing is outrageous (about double what we pay our current cleaners who are fabulous and detail oriented) and they are very rude. I do not recommend that anyone else use this company their cleaning is subpar and astronomically expensive.

I work behind the scenes at my church and often wondered, “who did we hire to make this place look so good all the time?”

So I asked around, found the person who hired them and shook their hand.

I found out this is the company who provides the professional quality I find hard to come by.

I respect the intangibles of character, diversity, and empowerment that this business brings to the table, and they have always gone the extra mile to help support the mission I love here at the church.

I have had Colorado Sunshine Cleaning coming out to my home for months now. The women they employ do such a terrific job every two weeks. Not leaving me too much to do in-between cleans!! I highly recommend them!!

I had originally hired a different cleaning service and was not happy with that service after the first couple of cleanings. Ceara came over and personally looked at my area, gave me a quote, and I started service with her the next week. The girls are always on time and do a great job! They are very thorough. Payment is thru venmo and very easy. I highly recommend Colorado Sunshine Cleaning!

Colorado sunshine cleaning is fantastic! They clean our house every other week and never disappoint. They are quick yet efficient and are always willing to have me say what spots need to be focused on in the house. On top of all that, they treat our family dog with love and have been willing to accommodate my wife being there while on maternity leave.
