We called for a cleaning and ended up having the whole thing brought up to code! Our serviceman, Tod Masters, was efficient and explained the work needed well! Would have this company out again!

Lane did an amazing job replacing the vent on the roof for our dryer. It had the wrong kind of vent and we previously had our vent cleaned but they basically just blew the lint to the vent and made things worse. He had to come back since there was snow on the roof the first time. He was awesome at keeping me informed of everything and the cost. I highly recommend them, true wizards

The service was more expensive than other options in the area by quite a bit, and that's my only hangup. If you don't mind paying more in exchange for a sure-thing good job, this company should be at the top of your list.

Lane serviced my dryer vent today, and noticed that the vent pipe had been completely dislodged. Not only did he replace it, he vacuumed and cleaned all the lint that had escaped into the laundry closet. This was not an easy job, but he did it with efficiency and cheer. I could not be more pleased. Dryer Vent Wizard is a top-notch company. I will definitely use them again!

Issac with Dryer Vent Wizard came out to our home the same day we called. He was prompt, kind, professional, extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Issac inspected our dryer, took before pictures, explained to us, and showed us what he had found. Then he gave us a very good price to throughly clean our dryer, and to make sure everything was working properly. Afterwards he showed us after pictures. Issac did a Wonderful Job! These guys are amazing - Tod identified all our problem areas within minutes and got everything cleaned out that morning. Our dryer finally works like new again and I'm relieved to know all the lint (and there was a ton of it) has been safely cleared out of the vents. And I was pleasantly surprised at the price!

Todd with Dryer Vent Wizard was so professional, kind and friendly! I was shocked at how much lint was built up not only in the dryer hose in the house, (which i would vacuum annually) but even all the way out to the Vent air escape on the outside wall of the house! He placed a new cover on the outside of the house that is magnetic and keeps mice from entering into the line in cold weather (cleaning the dryer one time we found a small dead mouse that had met his demise from entering the outside Vent. The photos Todd showed me before and after we're almost unbelievable, and now the run is so clean! With the 8%+ increase in our electric rate with mountain view electric, having a clean dryer vent will stop us from having to run the dryer multiple times to get the towels and other clothes dry! Dryer Vent Wizard of Castle Rock is an absolute lifesaver! My dryer was taking 3–4 cycles to get a load dry, and we had no idea what was going on. He came out promptly, was incredibly kind and courteous, and did a thorough inspection of the entire system.

He found that a screen had been left in the vent pipe on the roof, completely blocking the airflow — our dryer wasn’t venting at all! Once he removed it and cleaned everything out, it was like night and day. Everything is working perfectly now.

I called Dryer Vent Wizard after I had an estimate to get my carpets cleaned. The carpet cleaner recommended I get my air ducts cleaned out before the carpets were cleaned and that I should get my dryer vent cleaned as it’s a fire risk. I was actually aware of the fire risk and I was never happy with the dryer vent that existed in my home so I was a worry I had had for years. I called Dryer Vent Wizard and they were able to fit me in the very next week. Lane came out and took one look at my dryer vent and informed me that it wasn’t to code. I asked Lane to just replace it and he was able to do the work within the original time frame allotted. I am relieved to not have this worry about my home anymore. I also asked him to replace the dryer vent outside as the one I had posed a risk for critters to climb in. Thank you Lane!

Submitted an inquiry late on a Wednesday night and heard from the company before 8am that next morning. They weren’t originally able to fit us in until Tuesday but got a call midmorning from Tod, the GM, and he was able to fit me in that same day (Thursday PM). He was kind to my friendly kiddos who asked a million questions, and got the job done within an hour. Removed the builder-grade vent on our roof, cleaned the dryer vent (all 15ft), and installed a new and better quality vent on the roof. Thank you Tod & Dryer Vent Wizard of Castle Rock!
