Timely, knowledgeable, quick and clean. He did a great job cleaning the vent in the house we just bought. The vent was completely full of compacted lint and cat hair from the previous owners.

Lane came to clean out our dryer vent. We had other companies come out and they were horrible! Didn’t clean out the vent and put some nasty stuff in the vent to “dissolve” the lint. Lane worked so hard and had to do more than I even thought could be done! He got the vents cleaned out cleaned up after. He was very friendly and professional. While I was very satisfied with his service, I believe they could have been more transparent as to the costs involved before I scheduled an inspection. Once I discovered that my vent went through the roof, necessitating their technician to climb up with his equipment - the cost went right up with him. This additional cost for a roof vent was not really made clear to me before scheduling. The technician was very professional and he was able to measure a 60% increase in airflow after the cleaning. The detailed final report and photos are very important for my checklist in preparing to sell my house, as it will provide confidence to any buyer that my house is well-care for and eliminate any concerns of hidden problems. I understand many may find the cost as a deterrence, but the highly skilled technician (who was very good in communicating every step/procedure), precise airflow measurements, digital photos, and detailed report made this service a valuable investment.

AWESOME SERVICE! We are grateful that Dryer Vent Wizard not only cleaned out our vents but discovered other critical items of safety that needed to be repaired IMMEDIATELY! (1) Cleaned out the lint trap of our Samsung dryer and discovered we had over a quart size bag full of lint and debris trapped in the vent! (2) Our amazing technician Todd also discovered that our transition venting hose was not up to fire code which was installed by a national appliance repair company when we purchased the dryer 3 years ago (which we would never had known but Todd found it during his thorough inspection), and he replaced it and now we are up to code. (3) Our exterior vent cover was full of lint and was stuck open which could invite critters to nest inside causing danger for them and us so Todd replaced our cover with a metal pest resistant cover which is magnetic and keeps closed when not running. Overall first class service, we highly recommend them. Todd did a great job, we took his picture! ;)

Lane was prompt friendly and diligent in getting my vent unclogged. I had an Amazon dryer brush snap off in the duct. Another company tried and couldn’t get out. My appliance repair guy said to call vent wizard. They were able to get the job done.
