Was told they could come out tomorrow morning and then when I told him my zip he said Oh, we don't cover your area. They are literally right down the street from me! What the heck? When I said that to him, He said it was due to COVID. Very, very strange.

Paid them $60 to have them tell me it was going to cost $950 for a new compressor. He didn't even turn it on or check anything else. He told me that they have been replacing a lot of these LG compressors due to them failing. Gave me one option to fix the issue. He failed to mention that these LG compressors were involved in a class action lawsuit and that I was entitled to a new compressor and the labor involved to replacing it since they were manufactured incorrectly. Save yourself the $60 and if you are having cooling issues check to see if it is a LG compressor if it is. Call LG. They will send out a technician and replace it for free if you have bought it within the last 5 years. These guys are profiting off the fact that LG makes bad parts and conning people into spending absurd amount of money to replace a part that should be free to you. At the very least they could have told me that LG would replace the part for free and they could install for me. Nope. Beware.
