WOW! What amazing service! Jay and his tree removal crew are the BEST!

5-star reviews (especially for emergency tree service) are coveted online, I know, so I don't give them lightly, but Jay and his team earned it (and then some).

During a recent windstorm, we had a 40+ft pine in our backyard crack at the base and fall onto our nearby locust tree (thankfully it held and only brushed the house). Unfortunately, since the locust tree also split, we had to get both removed. Mind you, this was early afternoon and we had strong winds projected the rest of the day, threatening to push them both over even further, into the house or the neighbor's yard. Within an hour of calling around to various emergency tree service companies (and being badgered by HomeAdvisor), Jay picked up the phone, confirmed he could be out immediately, and was out to survey the issue in no time. He gave a fair estimate, planned the project for the next day (due to the winds still we had to push it to the next day for safety), and had the quote in our email inbox within 2 hours.

Better yet, him and his crew were in our backyard on time (7 AM the next morning) and prepared for a full day to not only take down both trees, but take them AWAY for us too. They were all super respectful of our yard, pleasant to chat with, and cleaned up every bit of tree scrap that came down.

Jay is an insured and certified arborist, an honest and respectful guy, and his crew was on time and 100% prepared. We will totally use them for all future tree service. #client4life

We had a great experience having Isaac come out to help clear a few dryer vent issues. Super quick to book - we got a next day appt. I had tried to clean the vents myself and had gotten the brush stuck. He got it free and showed us that the vents were in fact clean (didn’t push for cleaning that we didn’t need). Gave some helpful tips for how to do it ourselves next time without getting the brush stuck.

Had a fantastic experience with Dryer Vent Wizard of North Denver. Isaac was extremely friendly and professional and the company was able to clean out my nearly clogged dryer vent the following day after being contacted late on a Sunday. They are not the cheapest service in town, but their experience, professionalism, and timeliness make them worth it.

Shortly after moving in, I discovered that our dryer was venting directly into the walls. I called a couple different places with good reviews, and Dryer Vent Wizard was able to come the fastest, so I had them come over.
The technicians were very friendly and efficient, and they were able to resolve the issue, completely repairing the ducting and exterior vent, all without damaging drywall (thank goodness!)
Unfortunately, I found out a year later when I replaced my washer and dryer that part of this repair had come loose, and lint was venting into the walls again. Obviously this shouldn’t have happened, but Dryer Vent Wizard sent out a tech at no cost to examine and repair. Sure, it’s a bit inconvenient that it wasn’t fully resolved the first time around, but I really appreciate a company that stands behind their work, and for that I will definitely be using them again and would recommend them to anyone!

I managed to figure out my issue and cancelled the appointment but signals got crossed and Issac still showed up. In spite of the inconvenience to Isaac, he was incredibly professional and pleasant, and even offered me a few tips to keep my issue from reoccurring. I now know why they are rated 5 stars out of 5. These guys are awesome! We bought a home last year that had been a rental for 6 years. Needless to say, a few things were neglected. We called Dryer Vent Wizard as we were concerned about lint build up and potential fire hazards.

I highly recommend this company for dryer vent cleaning. The technician, Manuel, was doing another house in the neighborhood and I asked if he had time to look at mine. He identified at extreme fire hazard, made the necessary repairs, and then was able continue with the vent cleaning service. Manuel was very professional and thorough.

We are very pleased with the Dryer Vent Wizard’s service. The serviceman was professional, thorough and clean (wearing the shoe coverings). He took pictures of the before and after. We will definitely call on them for future vent cleaning.

Isaac was knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and nice. He was patient answering all of my questions. He was careful inside and outside the house. I couldn’t recommend him higher.
My only disappointment was the cost (not his doing). It was expensive compared with other places, but he did a very good job, so probably worth it.
