Isaac was polite, prompt and very efficient. He explained everything clearly together with showing us photos. He accommodated our schedule and returned to fix the problem vent. We would highly recommend him and Dryer Wizard for their very professional service.

Isaac was extremely professional, friendly and took his time cleaning the vent. He was also able to switch the placement of my washer and dryer and move the dryer door to the other side. When there was an issue, I called him and he was able to fit me in the same day and fixed the issue. I would highly recommend Isaac and Dryer Vent Wizard.

Easy booking process with a lady called Taylor. She was able to schedule Isaac the same day. He arrived on time. Professional and experienced technician. The staff cleaner was very courteous and friendly. He answered all my questions regarding the dryer vent and keeping it clean. I was very impressed when he took photos to show how clean it was after he finished. I would definitely recommend this company.

Isaac came out and cleaned my old dryer and screens, made sure it was running at its peak performance and explained everything along the way. Very reasonable price and good, professional service. Also there was an ancient 20 dollar bill and a guitar pick discovered during the service. Both returned to me. I would have been none the wiser had the 20 bucks been pocketed by the tech. In this day and age, that demonstrates integrity, in my opinion. Highly recommended.

They were awesome! I am always hesitant when I see 5 star reviews because I’m not sure they are real but this one seems to be! They were great at communicating arrival time, and came within the time window. The technician was very knowledgeable, and up front and took lots of pictures through the whole process. They fixed our issue in a short period of time and it was not too pricey.

Isaac was excellent! He was running ahead of schedule and called to see if he could start earlier. He arrived an hour before my appointment time and got to work immediately. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He even let me tag along with what he was doing taking me step by step through everything he did. Not only did he show me pictures of the before and after of the venting I got to see first hand just how much lint and dog hair was everywhere inside my dryer. He gave me pointers on some upkeep I can do to keep the dryer in best working order. I have a stackable washer and dryer inside a tiny closet, he used machinery to help get the unit out to work on. He was very careful of his surroundings and paid special attention to not bump into or scratch anything. He even went so far as to replace the tape the hose was connected by with a clamp and secured it very well. It even resolved a slight vibration I had while the dryer was running! Overall my experience with The Dryer Vent Wizards was superb. From calling the scheduling services to getting an appointment the following day, to having the tech show early- top notch quality and service!

Easy and fast scheduling online! Great communication and timeliness. They showed up at the beginning of the time window (with advance notice when they were on their way.) Isaac was our technician and was very kind and professional! He explained what he was seeing after looking over everything. He didn't try to upsell or push, which I really appreciate! It's an immediate red flag for me when anyone tries to push you into a purchase/expense. Pricing seemed very fair as well.

Isaac was the tech that showed up today, he was actually early , very courteous, and professional. He inspected everything and took care of a blocked vent area. Cleaned all the outside vent . Showed pictures of everything. I thought the pricing was good for the quality of the service. Very nice young man. Did an excellent job overall. Our technician Isaac did a wonderful job of diagnosing the problem, showing us before and after photos of the vent situation and ensuring that he did everything that was needed for the job. The price was reasonable for the amount of work, Isaac was very friendly and respectful and did an excellent job. This one was one of those home maintenance tasks that I didn't know how to do, and having someone skilled do the job left me with confidence that it was done correctly. He also replaced our dryer vent duct and was able to get it compacted down to a very short run, which is something that I had struggled to do successfully in the past. Great work, Dryer Vent Wizard!

Another company had cleaned the dry vent and told me no disconnects and no clogs, I could tell there was a problem so called Dryer Vent Wizard. They scheduled an appointment next day, checked in with me and arrived early, found a disconnect and a clog, removed the clog and fixed the disconnect. Issac did a great job, very neat where he had to cut the drywall, cleaned up inside and out, polite, explained everything to me. First time customer but highly recommend this company.
