The technician arrived on time, sent a text saying they were on their way, explained what he would do after the inspection. Cleaned, reattached the vent hose correctly and cleaned the rest of vent duct. Cleaned everything up and was polite. I will use them again.

My experience was excellent from beginning to end. Super helpful person got me scheduled for the next day. Isaac, the repair person, arrived exactly on time. He was friendly and skilled and diagnosed and fixed both my house and ADU dryers. He photographed the problems, explained the process, and showed me the work after it had been done (before and after photos). One of the vents had been improperly installed by the contractor and he was able to diagnose and correct the issue. I’m really happy with the cost and time it took to complete the work. Issac is a lovely person and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. I highly recommend these folks.

Our dryer was not drying effectively for a couple of months and we continued to get errors on our dryer that indicated a blockage. I did a quick search and scheduled the appointment very easily online. Isaac performed our service and he showed us pictures throughout and clearly articulated our cost estimate prior to doing any work. I hired SV Clean and couldn't be happier. They were prompt and attentive and really met the need of our 5k office space and business. The pricing is competitive for the service requested. We chose SV Clean over other companies because of the professional curtesy on how they understood our needs for cleaning our location to make it a safe, and a workable place during and after the pandemic. We have had SV Clean for almost three years, and have finally terminated our contract with them. I have years of emails asking them to do the scope of work outlined on our contract. A new crew would be assigned and nothing would change. We have cameras all over the building and we could see them empty the trash and spend about 20 minutes in our building. We have an 11,000 sq. ft. building. After many failed attempts to get them to actually do what we were paying for, we gave them a VERY generous two-week notice. Katie Mortensen agreed to the two-week notice (how great of her), after citing that her "contract" asked for 30 days. Darci Scott was holding the keys to our building hostage (they were given ONE key and returned SIX), pending payment for the two weeks of service and not only snatched the check from me once, but did it twice. Darci made reference to the check being short, snatched the keys from my desk and ran outside to "call her boss". Shortly after her call, she came back in and snatched the check from me again, visibly upset and rude, not to mention, dressed like she just came from the gym. If I could give a ZERO star rating, I would. This company is unprofessional, only cares about the money, and does NOT do what they say they are going to do, after repeated chances to make it right.
