The service person were sent into a situation where i didnt know much. Butni certainly lesrned a lot. Sadly, this company doesn't use their own people but out source with contractors. So you will never truly know who you are getting. They may not even know who they are sending. And set the workers up for people who are not prepared.
Second... their deal is no deal. They do not take the time to explain that there is more to it. They just want to get the person to you house and sell you things that can't be afforded in that moment. And if you refuse, then it's a 40.00 charge just for showing up. They don't mention that.
User beware. Ask questions. Do research first. Otherwise you will lose out on what money you are spending. Either way, you have been had.

I’ve dealt with a lot of contractors over the years… some good, some that make you question everything… and these guys stood out right away. From the first call, they actually communicated like normal people. No run around, no vague answers. Just straight up honesty about what was going on with my system and what it was going to take to fix it.

What I appreciated most is they didnt try to upsell me into something I didnt need. They walked me through the issue, showed me what was happening, and gave me a couple options. You can tell when someone’s trying to squeeze you vs when they actually care about fixing the problem… and this felt like the second one.

The repair itself was clean, quick, and done right the first time. No mess left behind, no shortcuts… just solid work. My system’s been running better then it has in a long time.
