Absolutely horrible customer service. Please call anybody but these people.

Said that just got out of the busy season and wouldn't help me out. One of the only places in Denver that doesn't Avantco refrigeration and they can't help me out

Very unprofessional! They don’t care about the customers needs, only money in their pockets. They’re super selfish and rude.

CCB#149200 driver was too busy talking on his phone and he was making a turn. The driver about hit me as I'm making my turn and he did not have the right away. Guy just sat on his phone period guess he had somewhere to be more important than me.

For years they have been coming to my job trying to "fix" the ac , however it definitely does NOT work. The employees have zero communication and continue to blame the "last" guy for wiring wrong. Never have a ever seen customer service like this.

Ripped me off! Did not fix my AC. Problem was dirty filters and the wanted to replace my refrigerant line for a $1000. Charged me $500 for charging the line which they did not do! Had another company come out and said Source One did not charge the lines and all that was need was a filter cleaning. I need my money back! Dishonest Company!!

Charged me for labor on a unit they installed that was defective from day 1. Told me labor and parts were covered.

A year later they sent it to collections without calling me and insist that they never told me labor was covered.

Don't bother. Google "coolsys cash problems" to see what kind of issues the parent company is having. What ended up happening is that because of these cash issues, they sent everyone with open invoices to collections. Including people with warranty claims.

To make matters worse, the company that they bought that actually did the work for me had bought their old accounts back. Meaning the cost of labor associated with my equipment was paid for with that purchase. I.e. they sent me to collections causing a warrant to be issued for me all over an account that had been settled!

Excellent service called to the To the T plumbing and heating to come out to my home in Commerce city. Elvira was very professional and scheduled my A/C issues. I highly recommend

Cam was awesome! He came and inspect our heater for the close of our house. He was right on time, was professional and did a very thorough job. The office staff has been very responsive and communication has been spot on!

Tucker was great with coming over and flushing our hot water heater and inspecting our plumbing. Love To the T and would recommend them to anyone needing any kind of plumbing work!

Max and Barrett were true professionals. Respectful and courteous too. Didn’t leave until they were confident and convinced of

Nate and Kam came out and checked out my A/C unit as it was making a loud noise. They quickly found the problem and went to work right away. They were done within 10min and my A/C unit is whisper quiet again. They were super friendly and professional and even gave me a little education in how an A/C system works 😁 I will definitely be calling these guys first if I ever have any more issues going forward! Two thumbs up!

I had my A/C go out earlier this week and To the T was able to get out and help me the same day. Not only was the customer service friendly and professional, the tech Kameron who came out gave us the red carpet treatment. I will definitely call them again first if I ever have HVAC needs.

To the T came through for my wife and I, saving us thousands of dollars!
We have a rental house that we use a management company to help out with. We get an email from our management company mid-morning on a Friday, just a couple weeks ago, informing us that they had sent out an HVAC technician to investigate a ticket from our tenant, stating that the AC unit was not working. The technician found that the entire AC system would need to be replaced, and that we needed to approve a $10,500 (approx) repair bill... We were stunned and decided we wanted a second opinion. I requested the itemized quote from our property manager and sent it over to To the T. We got a hold of their office manager, Jen, right off the bat. She said that they can absolutely get us taken care of ASAP. She ran the numbers for us, came back at about just shy of $3k under the other quote, like for like! Jen was also super helpful in getting set up to go through their financing as well! To the T went out that afternoon to install a temp AC unit until they could get all the parts rounded up on Monday. Monday morning, Nate and his boys showed up and absolutely slayed this unit replacement. Fighting through an extremely tough install (the furnace is in the attic), misquoted parts from the original tech, all while Jen made sure to stay in communications with the management company and continuing to fill us in as well. They will be my go-to HVAC and plumbing company moving forward. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Kaleb and Barrett were quick, efficient, and professional. They were also polite and took the time to explain what we needed. We received service within a couple of hours from the time we first called. I highly recommend this company and the plumbers they employ.

Kameron and Barrett are amazing! Such friendly, helpful, honest and respectful guys. I prefer to support small and local businesses and I stumbled upon To the T Plumbing & Heating when in need of help with our A/C unit not cooling our house as it should. We were getting cool air but it continuously ran and the house temp would not get lower than 72. Turned out to be an easy fix, Kameron & Barrett were thorough, explained what could potentially be an issue with electrical but are pretty confident we should be good now. They were considerate of the house and wore booties over their shoes, waited to make sure the temps were coming down and were on their way. I feel so fortunate to now have an honest, reliable and local company to call if we have any future issues. So glad they are a plumbing company too…we all always need a good plumber too! Thank you To the T, you’re running a good business.

We had our kitchen sink back up and it wouldn't drain and the smell was gross. Romie showed up within an hour or so of us calling and had the situation handled and fixed very quickly. He was pleasant and informative. Great job, Romie!

Tucker came out to provide a quote for an extra gas line. He went above and beyond making sure that all the specs and calculations were right. He even spent time on the phone with Xcel to double check the right pressure was coming into the house. Very professional. Would definitely recommend.
