Doesn’t back up his work

Yes all the negative reviews are true this guy Del will take your money and do an install and sell you a warranty. When something does happen you will get a hold of him once he will say ok I will call you back and then continue to block your number. We will be taking legal action against this company after multiple text messages and emails and voicemails I gave you a chance to do what’s right but now I’m sorry we will be taking you to court. Hope the 5k was worth it.

I talked to about 7 different contractors to install a new AC unit onto an existing central heating system, and Del and Ben came head & shoulders above the rest. Del the owner gave a reasonable quote over the phone and made the process very simple and straight-forward. Ben came out and planned the AC unit to function atheistically for the house, rather than all the other technicians trying the easy route to install. Even then the final price was almost 50-100% less than the other guys.

Of course Del is going to give himself a good review. Don't use this company. Bunch of hacks. I've been trying to get ahold of them 20Jun2020 left multiple voice messages. Now it'll ring once and go to voice-mail. They installed an AC unit last year. Horrendous installation job. Burnt our carpet. Didn't take any claim to that. Now the AC unit works when it wants to. I switch the breaker and it still wouldn't work, it wants to. I would nudge the unit and it would work. So I'm thinking lose wire. How hard of a fix is that. It would be nice if you would return my calls.
