Communication with the company was perfect. Sarah was friendly, the technician was on time, and Sarah made contact at each phase. Best customer service I have had in a long time.

Why 2 stars? Price.

Two outside faucets, leak when turned on, and only when turned on. Quote took 5 mins to perform (cost 59 dollars just to get a quote, which, is fine but should be noted).

$1055 dollars for the repair. I nearly laughed out loud.

If the repair took at an hour (quoted by the plumber) to perform, you would be valuing that plumber at $1.9 million a year in salary at that price. On top of that, there is only a 1 year warranty for parts provided. If the 1 hour of work costs this much, I expect lifetime guarantees, maybe 10 years minimum.

Now, there's no way they pay him that much. Im going to be generous and assume $130K, yearly for his labor. Add in 300 for parts. I should be looking somewhere around $350 dollars. I would have paid up to 400. After all, profit is the goal, I get that.

$1055 is insane.

We had a blockage in our dryer vent and we run the dryer at least eight times a day. We can’t wait to get things fixed! Once I approved the estimate they were out the next business day and got it cleared out! Excellent customer service and I love that it is family/woman owned. So thrilled I plan on using them for my home as well!

We had plumbing issues on the weekend that needed immediate attention and we called To the T Plumbing and they sent Bruce Kwiatkowski out to help us. His workmanship was excellent, timely and he was very kind and respectful and we will use him again. He fixed the problem that we had called about and then we had other issues that he fixed as well. Very happy with the service we received !

Mike and Lyndsey did an amazing job today. They replaced my furnace & ac..very fast, professional and super friendly!

Our HVAC system is very outdated, but Jason was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to inspect everything carefully and clearly explained several options for moving forward. He even went above and beyond by replacing our filter. We really appreciated his professionalism and expertise!

Had a billing issue over some disputed charges. I just talked to Mike at To the T, who promptly resolved our issue, and patiently explained what happened. So appreciative that they run a business with integrity and trust. Will be using them for any hvac issues going forward! They truly run their business like how businesses USED to be ran. Hooray for customer service!
Also: an extra 5 stars for our technician, Hector, who was amazing.

I'm so thankful that To the T Plumbing was able to make a same-day visit to my house to look at my water heater and showed up promptly the next morning to start work. I know the work done was solid and done professionally. Shout out to Hector who is an amazing staff person and really made sure we were taken care of!

I had a plumbing emergency last week – a burst pipe that was flooding my bathroom! I called around and chose To the T and I'm so glad I did. They arrived quickly, even on a Sunday, and the plumber, and a woman named Karen, were super professional. He quickly assessed the situation, explained the repair clearly, and got to work. The repair was done efficiently, and even gave me some tips to prevent future issues. The price was fair, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend To the T for any plumbing needs! Lots of love to the tech and customer service !

My water heater died on a Saturday, and To the T was able to send a plumber out within an hour. We were able to figure out that it wasn’t my water heater, but my breaker that had died. Hector went above and beyond and googled what the breaker code meant so I could tell an electrician exactly what was going on. 10/10 recommend To the T!

Start to finish a very positive experience. Made a beautiful shower out of nothing. Fair estimate, great customer service and scheduling was incredibly quick. Very friendly and professional employees and sub-contractors. Would highly recommend.

The fee was a bit high for a quick and simple 1-hour job. I did not ask about a minimum charge, nor was the $489 fee shared with me when I was informed about the service call fee. But Hector was courteous and efficient and he completed the work to my satisfaction, even offering to look at any other needs I have while he was here. Great service but a bit pricey. Had I known the minimum charge, I would have looked elsewhere.

To the T Plumbing are wonderful. They have been my long time local go to for any plumbing needs I've had. They have always been quick, reliable and most of all honest.

They replaced a failed kitchen sink disposal for me today and my opinion of them stands. 🙂

My air conditioner quit working at 4:00 pm on a Friday when it was 102 degrees outside. The weekend forecast said +100 degree days for Saturday and Sunday. Other companies couldn't get us in until the following Monday. Essa was able to see us within an hour after we called. He arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. He went above and beyond normal expectations.

Had new furance installed by this company. They were very professional and reasonable with there pricing. Recommend them if you your having HVAC issues.

Used Roost Heating/cooling to install a new supplemental air conditioner (Mitsubishi mini-split system). He was prompt, thorough and did an excellent job with installation. He took great care to get everything right, and checked back with us to make sure everything was working well. This unit really improved the AC in our 2nd floor bedroom.

It was a pleasure working with Roost heating , had my furnace go out and the tech did a fast trouble shot and found that I had a bad heat exchanger and recommend replacement. Went with the replacement and could be happier. I will for sure be using this company again.

I was super pleased with Roost. Having an A/C system that has plagued me for years but I'm not at a point to replace the whole thing. The time was taken to really understand a fact based root cause and several options were presented. I felt very informed and not pressured at all. I know I can count on Roost for years to come servicing both my home and rental properties.
Update:
Well it happened... Hot Dog Day's of summer and the old unit could not keep up. In a way my hand was forced. Roost freshened up some ideas on cost and possible options and I went with full A/C and Furnace replacement. Very through and totally the right decision. While it really didn't matter considering a full system replacement, it was great to see the level of detail, interest, and dedication why the old unit had a phantom leak.
So having experienced pre, during, and post service and installation. I am very pleased with the result.
