Avoid. Waited all day. Never showed up. Never called. Just didn't show up. I made the appointment at 9 in the morning, and they said they would have someone at my house between 11 and 2. They close at 10 p.m., so I would have called somebody else had I known they were overbooking their appointments by at least eight hours. If anyone misleads you when they're trying to get your business, they'll mislead you when they hand you the bill, guaranteed. Also, run some of their positive reviews through an app called FakeSpot.

Everyone showed up on time and were experienced professionals. They did a great job installing the units and keeping everything clean. Big thank you to Ridge Line Heating & Cooling Repair.

Quick, efficient, caring...this company took a not-so-fun experience (replacing a furnace) and made it go smoothly! They reassured me, kept me calm, helped me obtain financing and in less than a week I had a brand new furnace that I could afford! THANK YOU so much! They were wonderful to work with and I highly recommend!

One HVAC system broke down, and the tech was great in diagnosing the issue and was even ready with a next day repair. However, the same system broke down not even 30 days later, and I can not get anyone to call me back or send a tech out. I have been on the phone with them for 3 days with no resolution to this issue. They also have a policy that the manager's phone number will not be given out at any time. At one point the scheduling center even called me and claimed that the tech could not get in contact with me on the number provided- that they were calling me on at that moment! I have given plenty of opportunity for them to correct this issue and make it right. They obviously do not want more business.

Duncan came out and did a great repair job at a good price and took the time to thoroughly explain what he was doing and how to prevent future problems. They have done a second repair since then and we have signed up for the maintenance program.

This company is so easy to work with. We have had our fireplace for only one year but didn't use it all summer. When we had an issue this fall they came and cleaned it and diagnosed the issue and gave me a complete walkthrough. Super helpful, thanks Mark!

Tony was great! I live in Littleton and I had used my fireplace early the morning he was to come, not realizing I shouldn’t do so. He was prompt to begin with, couldn’t inspect my fireplace because it had been in use, but went the extra mile to come back later in the day from Larkspur, so I could have my fireplace inspected prior to the holidays.

Kristen at the office was also very responsive and helpful. Communication took place every step of the way and I highly recommend this company.

I am beyond pleased with the service I received from Chimney Sweeps of America. Mark was timely (even a little early), professional and friendly. My fireplace had not really been used in a number of years, was pretty dirty and the glass was super fogged up so that you could hardly see into the unit. When he was done with his cleaning it looked basically like new! He showed me how to use and disassemble/reassemble my unit if needed, recommended cleaning products and made himself available for questions after our appointment if needed. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

Chimney Sweeps of America came out today to clean and service our gas fireplace. The technician they sent was polite and professional. He also did an excellent job, and the area was spotless when he left. Our home inspector recommended Chimney Sweeps of America, and now I know why he did. They do a fantastic job at a very reasonable price!

We called the guy out just to sweep our chimney because our home inspector recommended it. The guy from Chimney Sweeps came out when my wife was home and looked at it for 5 minutes and told her we needed a to get it replaced because it had been "overfired" and the side panel was warped. He said the only fix would be a $12,000 replacement. He refused to clean the chimney because of this, so we spent $170 for 5 minutes of "looking" and no cleaning/sweep. In shock and disbelief, we reached out to our realtor who recommended getting a second opinion. Thank goodness we did, because the 2nd opinion was that we did NOT need a replacement (not even close). He believed that this company tried to use fear tactics on my wife to get us to pay for something we didn't need. Shame on Chimney Sweeps of America for trying to take advantage of my vulnerable wife, and for charging us for poor service. We not only wasted our money on a crappy inspection, but then had to spend more money on getting the second opinion and chimney sweep that we wanted in the first place! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SCAM OF A BUSINESS.

I know this sounds so simplistic but we had Chimney Sweeps come out to our home in Erie Colorado and the gentleman who diagnosed / deep cleaned both our gas powered fire places did it so well. He really cared / spent time explaining the product to us. For my wife and I customer service and quality of work is everything. We’re willing to pay a little more for something to be done right and that’s exactly what they did. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Exceptional service experience with Chimney Sweeps of America. Received great customer service with the administration team with regards to scheduling, communication, and service information. Had our chimney cleaned and inspected upon recently moving into a new home. Nate was our technician and he did an amazing job with the cleaning, provided a comprehensive cleaning and inspection report, and thorough information on suggested repairs. I would highly recommend using this company and working with Nate.

Mark was kind, quick, and very thorough! He explained everything that needed to be fixed and even called 10 minutes before arriving. Everything was fixed in a short period of time! The price was also very reasonable as other companies were initially charging $100-200 more for just a consultation. We will definitely be using this company for general maintenance and any issues with our gas fireplace in the future. 100% recommend!

From first meeting, to ordering, to install Chimney Sweeps of America were absolutely amazing. We had originally scheduled an appointment with them to check for CO2 before having a repair done, but what they found was much worse.

The original installation of a gas insert into a preexisting wood burning fireplace had not been up to code. The facade that was built around this insert was not made of the required fireproof materials and was beginning to char. It was not a matter of if, but rather when a fire was going to ignite.

Their rep showed me all of the damage, discussed options, and we came up with a sound plan to replace the insert. The office staff were very helpful and got us scheduled for the replacement ASAP. Our installer Pat was great. He worked hard to complete the install in just one day, was friendly, professional, kind, and left the area where he had worked absolutely spotless.

On the whole, our experience was exceptional. We won’t be calling anyone but Chimney Sweeps in the future for our service and maintenance needs. I love that they are a locally owned business and am happy to support fellow Coloradans. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
