Not sure how this company is still in business. I was given an ETA of 7am to 11am. I called at 10:30 to make sure we were still on and that no wires had gotten crossed. The technision showed up a few minuts later at 10:35 said he didn't have the part to fix the furnace and that he would be back in an hour. OK no harm no foul right. I thought no problem... After waiting 2 1/2 hours I called and was treated very rudley on the phone by whom ever answers the phone, being blamed for calling 5 times and saying the technision never showed up, not the case at all, a complete lie. I had only called once to find out if he was still coming. The technision then showed up 3 minuts later at 1pm stepped in my home and started yelling at me that, "I TOLD YOU I WOULD BE BACK" then he walked out the door got in his truck and drove off. No work done on my furnace, was treated extremely rude and wasted most of my Saturday waiting for nothing. I called the office and the lady that answerd said I was hostal towards the technision and to find someone else. I am a 5' tall woman and this technision was a 6' male who came in my home yelling at me and blaming me as if I did something wrong. If you don't want to work on a Sat. just be strait up. I could have set up services with another company. The absolute worst service company I have ever incountered. I hope no one else wastes there time being treated this poorley and having to remain with out heat while starting the process all over again. So unnessesary and extremely unprofessional.

terrible - had an issue with them with an A/C went with out A/C for six weeks. No call not following up - tried to be understanding and called them again for a heating issue ... that was nearly three months ago. Epic Epic Fail. When I called and spoke with them the lady (owner) was terrible and tried to say it was my fault!

Corky, one of the co-owners, recently came out to our house to check some flickering lights that Xcel claimed was a problem in our house wiring, even though I suspected it was an incoming power delivery issue. Corky, as always, was very friendly, professional, and thorough. He check our wiring and confirmed that it was an Xcel issue. He coached me on what I needed to tell/show Xcel so they would address the problem at their end rather than pointing the finger at my house. It worked, and Xcel corrected their problem.
