I had outstanding service on an issue I had with circuit breakers tripping in our finished basement. The gentlemen took the time to thoroughly test what was causing the issue, explaining what he was looking for and seeing. He fixed the issue quickly in the best way I could hope for. He was very professional and the service fee was very reasonable. Excellent electrician!

Vandre has been to multiple of my homes over the year's and fixed my heating and air as well as installed new units at one of my houses I have used them for all my electrical needs over the years too. They have been responsive and on time every time as well as if there is a problem or a situation they let me know. Always being honest and reliable for the parts and service. I trust them fully and have had them to my business now as well. I recommend them 100% no what situation you have with electrical or HVAC.

Vandre Electric worked on my house repairs over the past 2 years. Anytime there has been an issue, they have always been very responsive and quick to action. Going above and beyond the request to make sure that everything works well. I also really appreciate the friendly staff and explaining issues simply to where I have a good understanding of what is happening. I would recommend them, and work with them again for future electrical needs.

If their driving and anger issues are anything to go by, I would never let them in my home. Weaving from lane to lane, then lost their temper when they got flashed and raced down the street doubling the posted speed in a residential area. Disgusting behavior.

Whoever this contractor is, has been made aware, as reviews have come in, in a large quantity due to someone posting a video, that one of their drivers- in truck w license number 222QNW- is racist. He yelled at a Hispanic looking individual that Mexicans should all be taken. Just so everyone knows who they are contracting with. And to add to this, instead of acknowledging the issue, they have been taking down reviews. Someone in the comments stated “I posted the video” and it was deleted. Now, if this were slander, that is one thing. But this went unaddressed, and seemingly covered up. THIS is who you are letting in to your facility, your homes to help. Stay safe out there. Actions speak louder than words. A damn shame.

Do not use them. Go elsewhere. Plenty of better options.

I credit the Holy Spirit for my google search and a call to The Heat Pump Store. Max came to Berthoud and went over the unit and the process. Abraham, Juan and Jacob completed the install with knowledge and professionalism. Every detail was carefully explained and taken care of. And. . I’m not sure, but I believe it was Abraham singing while he worked. . 😉 I love the system and plan a mini split sometime in the future.

I recently had these guys install a mini split in my tiny home and they were very knowledgeable about how to best align it and how much power it should have. The install is beautifully done and it works great keeping my house the right temperature. Very nice folks, highly recommend a mini split from them.

Brandon and Richard installed two heat pump compressors and seven minisplit heads throughout our house. Throughout the project they were very conscientious about the impact on our living. They were very careful about making sure that the installation addressed our aesthetic practical needs. They did a great job.

Max installed a mitsubishi ducted heat pump at my Denver townhome. It is super quiet and efficient. I was very happy with both the installation service and the help navigating the complicated Denver rebate process. Definitely recommend this company!

I had a great experience with The Heat Pump Store. I wanted to install my own system and still get a warranty. I talked with various companies and most didn’t want me to do any work. The Heat Pump Store worked with me to design a system to meet my needs. It’s been about 6 months since my system was fully installed and I’m still super happy with it. I did have an issue that turned out to be unrelated to the install and they came out the next day and figured out the issue.

Securing a new heat pump from the Heat Pump Store was a fantastic experience, from start to finish. Max came in with his iPad and did an excellent job of measuring all of the necessary criteria for' right-sizing' my unit. The initial assessment was on time & efficient, the installation, shortly thereafter was also well done.
An added bonus, it is a women owned company.
AND, even more importantly, I'm not contributing to the degradation of our climate for my community; I'm enhancing the value of my home when it's time to sell; and last, but not least, I have taken advantage of the tax benefits - while they still exist!!!!
