Though there was a scheduling mishap at the very beginning, Neko handled it with grace, and Mighty Pine was quick to apologize and own up to their communication error. They resolved the issue fast.

Neko came out twice to assist. Both visits he was incredibly personable, took the time to explain everything in layman’s terms, and made sure I understood the cause and solution clearly. We had Mighty Pine install a Heat Pump system at our home, replacing an aged furnace and air conditioner. They did a fantastic job. Clean, prompt, knowledgeable, and very courteous. We've had the system running now for 2 weeks and we love it. Keeping the house an even temperature is simple and the unit is exceptionally quiet. Very satisfied.

We had Mighty Pine out to service and clean AC and Furnace. The tech that came was good, and had what sounded like good ideas to improve the system. Upon calling about recommended fixes a month and a half later they told me they could not honor any quotes over 30 days old and would have to come service again to provide a new assessment. I don't need them to clean the system every month. Disappointing company process and procedure.

Mighty Pine responded the next morning after my furnace quit working. Neko arrived and was able to quickly diagnose and communicate the issue.

Had a great experience with Taylor at Mighty Pine. I needed to find a new company to maintain a property I no longer reside at. The last experience, the unnamed HVAC company tried to take advantage of the fact I was out of town. I found Mighty Pine on my local Park Hill page and all of the comments were positive about their honesty and I had the same experience. I had one furnace cleaned and one diagnosed. They did not charge me an added "crawl space fee" as I have found with other companies. Taylor was very honest, thorough, and provided pictures of his work (I only posted a couple). He was able to accurately troubleshoot my old furnace and provided multiple options with no "used car salesman" pressure. Taylor was very professional, texted in advance including a picture of himself. I thought this was a nice touch with all the scams now days.

I had Mighty Pine (Jake Sherman technician) come diagnose and service my plumbing issue and experienced exceptional service. I really appreciated their communication, timeliness and expertise about pinpointing the issue. I will certainly be contacting them for future needs.

Jeremiah and his crew were hired to figure out what was going on with our sewer system at Vesper Lounge, a bar & restaurant in Denver. They were able to camera the line, excavate the problem area and make appropriate suggestions to fix the ongoing problem. Our scope of work changed midway through the job and we were not charged additional fees. The repair was extremely affordable and the crew was efficient and professional. We will be calling Mighty Pines for all our future work at our 6 area locations and our employees were so impressed, we will rely on them for all future residential needs as well. Amazing crew. So grateful!

Jeremiah was awesome! Super professional, respectful, and great at his job! Fixed my clogged drain in like 20 minutes. I would definitely call Mighty Pine again.

Sean did a great job fixing our furnace! He was very nice and good with our dog as well who doesn't always like strangers working in our house. He went above and beyond to show us how the igniter had broke, and showed us how to clean the flame sensor since that was also dirty. 10/10 service

Just got into a new to us house. Mighty pine sent Jake out to help us with water pressure issue. He also showed me where key plumbing things were at in the house. Later Sean came out to show us how the humidifier worked and we had a few repairs to get it going. Great friendly service. A real pleasure

The Good: we called them out to fix the hot water in our bathtub. When the tech ran into problems during the repair, the company quickly sent out other people to assist. Everyone was very nice and professional. We now have hot water.
The Bad: it took way longer and cost way more than originally anticipated/quoted.
The Weird: one of the people from the company took our bath towel with them and now we have to buy new bath towels. After multiple phone calls and text messages, they have been unable to tell us why they took it and have not offered to return it or reimburse us for buying new ones.

Follow-up: after my initial review, I was contacted by the company to buy us a new towel, which I sincerely appreciate.

My heat went out around 5 PM (in December) and I am so glad that they were able to come help me quickly the next morning! I like how they texted me the name and photo of the technician that they dispatched to my house so I knew who to look for and let in when they arrived. Neko was super helpful and made me feel really comfortable as he repaired my furnace. Thank you!!!

Mighty Pine did an excellent job with the installation of a dual fuel HVAC system in my home. The team answered all of my family's questions and helped us feel confident in our decision to electrify this key part of our home. They also worked our install into their calendar very quickly, which we really appreciated given that our old gas furnace had failed and AC season was coming fast! Nick and Neko handled the physical install and were both efficient and diligent about troubleshooting the new system and making sure we understood the new user interface. We especially appreciated them coming back multiple times to address a software glitch that popped up unexpectedly - they didn't quit until the system was running 100% perfectly! Last, they were able to offer top tier brands (plus the great service) at the most competitive price we were quoted while exploring other bids. We highly recommend Mighty Pine.
