Our tech Jorge was knowledgeable, explained his findings clearly, and took his time making sure I knew what he was checking and why. He was on time and very helpful. We have always had such a great experience with the techs at B&B.

Update: during B&B’s last visit our a/c unit turned on with no issue as soon as they arrived. Jorge did a great job trouble shooting and gave us a few recommendations. As luck would have it a day or so ago our a/c issue began again. We reached out to B&B and they were able to schedule us next day first thing in the morning. Bo was our technician this time, and was able to reference the work Jorge had completed to so he wouldn’t have to duplicate work and efficiently dig into things further. Bo was able to locate the issue and showed me how to complete a check myself if needed. He was efficient, well informed, and personable. He was able to walk me through the problem in a way I that was easy for me to understand.

My air conditioning went out completely during the summer heat, and Rod was able to come take a look and get it working again. He was very professional and extremely helpful. Jesse was so great and thorough. He spent a good amount of time making sure our furnace was working as expected and then explained exactly what he had fixed. Would highly recommend Jesse to anyone.

When our Nest thermostat was originally installed, the previous company we worked with installed a controller to manage the 2 stage function of the new furnace instead of installing a new wire. Part of that controller system failed last night (or sometime before that) and the furnace and thermostat could no longer communicate reliably. So the furnace finally stopped running at all and our basic troubleshooting was unable to resolve it. Luke from B&B suspected the controller after seeing the controller brain by the furnace, and wanted to run a new set of wires. Once he pulled out the connector part hidden in the wall, it was clear to see that it had failed in a spectacular way. Now we have clean wiring and our 2 stage furnace is now operating as we intended with high stage running first and low stage maintaining temp afterwards. So, if your Nest thermostat always seems to register the temperature a few degrees hotter than another sensor or thermometer right next to it, it might be because one of these controllers or that the wiring needs to be checked. Thank you, for getting our furnace back up so quickly today.
