I recently had a Furnace, Air Conditioner and Hot Water Heater installed by Tri Peaks Air. Justin, the Salesman, was very professional when explaining the system. The gentlemen who installed the equipment were very professional, polite, knowledgeable and respectful of my home. I highly recommend Tri Peaks Air to anyone looking to replace their furnace, AC or Hot Water Heater.

We had an amazing experience working with Tri Peaks Air! Not only did they have the best quote amongst the companies we approached, the team (Will, Todd, Jaylene, Dylan) was also professional and super friendly. We had an issue with noises from the boiler a day after the installation and they came back immediately and fixed the issue. Really good customer service that showed how they cared about their work. Highly recommend them!

Tech’s Peter and Adrian were on time, ready to work and jumped right in. They answered my questions, explained how the furnace worked, throughly inspected and wiped off years of dust. Furnace is happy and so am I.

Tri Peaks Air was great to work with. Donavan gave a timely quote and explained any available discounts. Then Patrick, Miguel, Taydon and Adrian came in the morning following emailed arrival times and removed my old furnace and installed a new furnace, air conditioner, heat pump and accessories in one day. They were meticulously clean and careful explaining what they did as they worked. They were also friendly and informative.
Tri Care offered to answer any questions I may have in the future - a given since I won’t remember every detail when it is time to start the furnace months from now.
I recommend Tri Care without reservation.

We had great service with Justin and Tri Peaks Air with Electrify Colorado. We had a heat pump HVAC and heat pump water heater installed. After all the estimates and designs, they showed up with a gang of of nice guys and got everything done in one day. The workers did ding up some of our walls and door trim that we need to touch up. They even have a tracking app that shows where the truck is when coming to your place so you can be ready when they arrive.

Service was part of the quarterly maintenance program for furnace (and A/C). Technician Collen was professional and friendly; and showed me to-date images of the furnace interior. (much appreciated). I recommend Tri-Peaks.

The teamwork demonstrated by this small, family-owned co is impressive, from start to finish (front desk to installation to follow-up)! They recently installed a heat pump for me that was checked & tested today by Patrick Ornelas. Patrick is very knowledgeable and was easily able to answer & educate me about my "leftover" questions in a way that I could understand and remember. The whole team works in a professional manner that instills confidence!

Our experience with Tri Peaks Air was great from initial contact to skilled project completion. Cassandra was friendly and efficient, scheduling first a free estimate, which we greatly appreciated and then a quick turnaround to complete the project. Adrian and Donovan came out to replace our furnace motor and the exhaust ducting for our furnace and water heater, which had been installed incorrectly and had rusted out. The price was reasonable and their work high quality. Highly recommend.

Adrian arrived promptly and professionally. He diagnosed the issue effectively and with a sound foundation of knowledge. He communicated effectively and made the problem and resolution easy to understand. He also took thoughtful time in explaining my quote and additional preventive service options. He was absolutely fantastic just like his colleague Donovan who had previously serviced my furnace. I am happy to have found Tri Peaks Air and their amazing team!

Simply excellent across the board. Replaced AC with Cold Climate Heat Pump and 80% Nat Gas furnace with high efficiency condensing Nat Gas furnace as backup. Donovan gave quote with multiple options, taking into account all Utility and State rebates for equipment installed before end of year expirations. All employees coming over were picture and background identified in email and text. Communication was excellent. Day of install four installers showed up and efficiently installed the equipment running through many tests. HVAC equipment is so advanced at this point it takes a lot of skill and knowledge to get it right. No matter which of the crew I asked a question of they all had full knowledge of the parts, the function, and why it was important. Everyone was always moving the install forward. End of the day everything was running. All packing debris and old equipment removed. Final plus was they got their electrician to upgrade my 40 year old electrical panel. Couldn't be more pleased with this effort. Thanks to Miguel, Salvador, Taydon and Daniel. A follow up with Donovan and Collen completed the effort. Rebates continue till Dec 31. Put these guys on your bid list. Great company!
