Devin is always professional and thorough, as well as a great guy! He cleaned and serviced my AC, changed the filter and gave me a tutorial on my thermostat, which I can never quite figure out when changing from heating to cooling and vice versa. I highly recommend Appleaire and all the service people there.

I highly recommend this company. They removed an old heating system and installed a new efficient one. They were friendly, efficient and answered my many questions. I will not hesitate to call them.

I can tell you honestly that I talked to every air conditioning company in the Denver area and this is the best company to go with. They really care. They're very thorough. They're not like other companies. From Todd, a honest and wise advisor, Theron who installed it perfectly on my second story condo, it was difficult, and Dennis who did the research to help me find the proper unit, they all were impeccable, polite and high quality technicians!

I've been a client of Apple Aire for many year and each and every service call that I've had with them has been handled professionally and with kindness.
The most recent appointment was today 04-28-2025, and everything was beyond expectations. The tech, Dakota, was the epitome of professionalism. He talked to me throughout the process of servicing/maintaining my furnace, ensuring that I understood what he was doing and why, and how this information related to the maximum efficiency of the furnace.

Dylan and his Brother Shane are some of the nicest people i have met . Dylan helped my wife and I get the system we needed to compliment our solar panels we just had installed . Everyone at Apple Aire has been amazing always going the extra mile to make me happy i am looking forward to having them work and up keep my equipment for a lot of years to come . I would say in a world full of people who make huge promises and don't ever come around with them Apple Aire has seemed to come through with everything they have said clean fast on time . I highly recommend them .So it has been few month since the install in which my tested positive with covid she locked herself away in a room and i brought her food to her . So i think without knowing it our knew air scrubber kept the rest of the family from contracting it i mean we were all in the same house breathing the same air now don't get me wrong i'm no scientist but i think it did its job considering my immune system was compromised by cancer . So again thank so much for you guys did for me and my family . IF YOU NEED HEAT OR AC WORK DONE THESES PEOPLE TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY. ROLL OUT THE RED CARPET AND MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS DONE RIGHT.

We live in an older home and contacted Apple Aire to install a Daiken cooling system. We had initially thought that we’d have to have a large, unsightly, wall unit in our home but they wound doing a retrofit into the ceiling that is not even noticeable. This was NOT an easy install; our home has a flat roof and they had to go through almost of foot of build up roofing. I honestly thought they’d be at our home for at least a couple of days, but they showed up with a full crew and had the entire system installed in under eight hours! Every single installer was professional, friendly, polite, & most importantly, knowledgeable. We LOVE our new cooling system! This is the first summer we haven’t been roasting and the cost was very fair and competitive. I also love that they are a local, family owned business. I know that if I experience any problems in the future I will be dealing with people who live in my community. I honestly just can’t say enough good things about this company. You won’t go wrong by choosing them for your heating and cooling needs! Thank you Apple Aire!

Old utility closet vs new utility closet

Heat when out and they were able to come service the furnace very quickly and efficiently. Great customer service and were able to quickly identify and resolve the problem. Would definitely recommend!

Apple Aire has always provided superb service for us over many years. They go above and beyond and without complaint. Reliable, friendly, professional and knowledgeable with reasonable fees, what more could you ask for?

So I called Apple Aire to set-up an appointment for a duct cleaning and air conditioning cleaning. The young gentlemen on the phone gave me a price. When the tech got here and did his routine he gave me completely different price. He also stated the AC wasn't running when he turned it on and it was just the fan but it was on. The tech left the AC running when he left. The tech tried to collect $30 dollars from me and it was the worse bait and switch ever. I refused to pay the $30. Be careful with this company in the future. I am in the contracting business and realize the importance of relationships. This is not a relationship I want to have.

Not only did we utilize the recorded conversation to prove what the customer service agent told me was the cost. Also the tech left dust all over the laundry closet and will be posting pictures.

I also called and email to request for someone in management to call. I have not.

Decent pricing, good recommendations for unit, but the install was not done as good as it could have been. We called them but they haven’t come out to address and of course we already paid so they have no incentive to fix it. Everything works fine. It is where they installed the PVC pipes that needs to be shifted over because it is too low and interferes with the walkway (see pics).UPDATE: Shortly after the comment the company reached out to us and stopped by to look at the PVC, they said it would be fixed but they never followed through on their commitment to correct.

I had the pleasure of having Bryan, technician with Apple Aire visit my home today for heater maintenance. He was very nice, knowledgeable, professional and answered all my questions.

TyReece did a great job servicing our hvac system. He communicated with us during the entire process, and explained everything that he was doing to service our system.

Dakota did what he came to do and more. I contacted multiple "air duct" companies by me. And by far the best experience. From the estimate to the work done the following appointment with Dakota. Not only did he clean the vents, but he got some access under the floor boards. Having a new born this is a blessing. Thanks Dakota. And Thanks Apple Aire.

Kindly agreed to honor our 2 month expired maintenance agreement. Thank you! However, they quoted us $4600 for a new blower and wheel. And, they wanted us to do new vent work. After we consulted another company, they said no vent work needed - just a mother board for $1000. That fixed the problem. Do your due diligence friends!!

Dakota was awesome! Very knowledgeable and let me know everything that was wrong with my system. He was very honest about the age of the system and why certain components were bad. He also offered to do minimal work to hold off from getting a quote for a newer system but advised that in the long run it would be better to have it replaced. He knew I just got this house and I didn't know the potential risks and hazards of my system. He was very respectful of my home and seemed very excited on taking on this project.

Dakota Burke and Bryan Tucker did an incredible good job cleaning our ducts. Dakota was training Bryan. Both young men were professional, polite and extremely hard working and we will recommend them specifically to anyone. They were here from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm. They only took 45 min for lunch. These are 2 young men that any company would want as employees. They deserve a RAISE or at least a BONUS!! We are over the top pleased with the work they did and will recommend Apple Aire.

Apple aire replaced my furnace. The installers were polite, friendly and efficient. They put down plastic to minimize tracking in dirt. They made sure the furnace was working well before leaving.

Brand new out of the box dryer. Error code, yikes! On a weekend, leaving town and need clean clothes. Called Apple Aire. Amazing response time and office worked hard to accommodate my schedule. Cleaned our clogged dryer vent line. Fast, friendly, efficient and worth every penny. Clean as new!

Excellent service and a fast response time, even on a Saturday. They were able to diagnose and find a solution to my problem very quickly. I will definitely call them again if I need a plumber. Highly recommend.
