Major Heating and Cooling have helped us for both of our older houses that we purchased. They have installed new water heaters, new gas boilers, and new thermostats. We recently had a house fire, and they were very quick and responsive in restoring and maintaining our equipment so that we could go back home. They provided options for moving heaters in our kitchen for a renovation, and always go the extra mile to make sure the work is completed to the customer's satisfaction. Their prices can't be beat, and we always recommended Major Heating and Cooling 11/10 for HVAC needs!

Jack did a great job diagnosing our steam boiler and figuring out the cleaning method.. he also provided great tips to maintain it as home owner's.

I use major for a both residential and larger chiller, cooling tower, and boiler projects. They recently completed a large cooling tower coil replacement for me in downtown Denver. Travis was fantastic with communication, the entire process. He even followed up weeks after completion to make sure everything was running good. I highly recommend major for any project.

I called Major Heating-Residential service for an emergency HVAC repair. The response time was quick and the technician who was sent out was very friendly. However, it didn’t seem like there was a great understanding of how to repair my HVAC. The technician spent the entire time on the phone with someone else to help him figure it out what was going on. There was no solution found. Then at the end of the service, they tried to upcharge me on things that I had not agreed to. If I’m calling in an emergency repair and paying a premium, I would expect someone who knows that they were doing.

We recently had our radiant heat serviced and the technician, Jack, was polite, professional and worked hard to make sure he understood and solved all of our issues. We’ve worked with Major H+C for years and it’s always a positive experience. Highly recommend!

Jacob B. & Shane K. just removed the old & installed a new water heater for me on 10/06/25. They were very professional and completed the job in only 3 hours! We will only ever use Major...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

TYE was really good, he explained everything to us keeping in mind were the end user. Showed us the in and outs and how the Inducer and pipes had water backed up, he drained it very rapidly, ensured the temperature was to our liking. Great Customer Service.

Jack identifies my geothermal heating issue and got the system running again-very important in the cold weather! Very polite and professional. Scheduling through the office was also easy.

Jack was great to work with on our heat pump problem - he identified the issue and recommended a course of action. He was on time (actually early), very professional, good with communication and cleaned everything up after the project. The price was fair and it was very easy to deal with the Office regarding getting an estimate and scheduling the job.

Just had an absolutely terrific experience with Jack at Major. After having a few other companies service our vintage steam boiler and radiator system over the years, we finally have found the one we'll be using long term. He was friendly, clean, professional, and took the time to answer a million of my questions. The price was totally fair for the work performed, and he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Very impressed by his attention to detail and thoroughness in running through my system. As a custom homebuilder, I am extremely particular about who I allow to work on my personal home, but would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone who is in need!
