Had them install a ducted attic evaporative cooler system. Great family owned local company. Communication about the project was great and the installation went smoothly and looks clean. Best yet, the vent placement recommendations keep the whole house cold. Everything was done as expected.
The owner was on site for much of the project and you can tell there is mutual respect between the workers and owner, ensuring a job well done.

My furnace stopped working. Tradewinds responded quickly. Ricky and Eric came out and fixed the issue. They were professional and timely. Would recommend them if you want quality service.

Outstanding experience. We have a specialized high-velocity system in our attic which wasn't working. The scheduling team was responsive and communicative. Michael the technician walked me through each step of his process and was able to diagnose and resolve the issue on the spot. I would highly recommend them!

Tony with Tradewinds was awesome! Very professional and thorough. He came out for a furnace tune up and diagnosed some safety concerns and repairs needed. He was quick to communicate and show me the issues. Helped me get a work order put in for repair/replacement. He definitely explained everything well. I would use Tradewinds
again for any heating or cooling issue!

Pre-winter inspection for two furnaces. All good to go. Michael and Eric were fast and effective with their time and effort. Very helpful advice as well. Really appreciated the company's responsiveness and knowledgeable style. Will call Tradewinds for their services again in the future.

Update 12/2024: Suddenly had a cracked water heater. Called Tradewinds and they sent a crew right over that day. They were able to obtain the comparable water heater and get it installed the next day. Once again a great experience with Tradewinds. Total cost of replacement was $2500. From what I've read online - this is a fair price and not at all bad. Will continue to use Tradewinds for all my Heating and AC needs!

2023: I had a freon leak in my upstairs A/C unit (that was installed in 2007). Michael took the time to identify exactly where the leak was - showed it to me - and let me know that a replacement coil is a possible fix. I went that route and saved thousands over having to replace the whole unit. Whole experience was great. Would recommend and will use Tradewinds when it is time to replace both my A/C units in the coming years.

Eric at Tradewinds arrived this morning with an amazing positive attitude. He went right to work and assessed the issues with our swamp cooler immediately, solving all issues (there were several...) Eric also explained the issues and corrective action needed with pictures. Today is supposed to be 95 degrees so rather than come as scheduled tomorrow, Nick made sure to get Eric here this morning. I am now working in a comfortable space. Fantastic customer service. Definitely experts with great customer focus.

Tradewinds has become my go-to company because of the quality of their work, professionalism, and reasonable prices. They've installed a new furnace, AC unit, and water heater at my house, as well as a service call to fix an issue with my breaker box. Eric and Tony did a great job installing a new water heater recently: arrived on time, did the work in less time than expected, cleaned up after their work was done, were friendly, and were respectful of my home. Thanks again for another great job!

Eric and Ricky did a phenomenal job cleaning our furnace. We had a leak for our dryer that caused our entire washer and dryer room to fill with lint and required an intense clean. They were done within 2 hours and made sure everything was good to go! Couldn't recommend them more. Thank you guys.

Tradewinds is a solid company. Their salesman-dispatcher, Nick, delivers 5-star service via communication, discernment, great listening, knowledge. he patiently answered every question. His well-trained, capable set of installers arrive when they say, work clean and smart, and are all-business, positive, and polite. Tony is the best. He evaluated problems with my furnace, Nick worked all the details with my warranty company, and Tony returned with Eric to replace my furnace. This is a trustworthy, high-value company.

I was very happy with the service from Tradewinds on our HVAC system. Eric and Ricky were very professional, quickly identified problems and resolved them. They were also really nice guys who seemed to enjoy their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on Trade Winds for all our HVAC needs. Nick, the manager was also great to work with and very responsive.

Tradewinds came out and flushed our hot water tank and gave us an appropriate quote to install a tankless hot water system. They were professional, courteous, and respected our home (and wore shoe covers!). We will most likely employ them to install our tankless system in the next few months.

Overpriced for one thing. But what’s more egregious is that they will not bother looking for an existing supply line. Instead, they will take advantage of your ignorance and charge you $200 to install new fittings and a new line.

When I asked for them to switch the old supply line that we’ve been using for years, they give me the go around about how they always recommend to have the supply lines outside, basically finding every excuse in the book to not take ownership of a mistake. Not sure what happened to quality customer service but this provider definitely doesn’t get it.

I’ll give two stars because the system “kind of” works, but I am no where near satisfied.

We've had Mike and Eric from Tradewinds to help service and maintain our heating and cooling system several times since moving in to our current. They're friendly, do great work and leave everything better than they found it. Tradewinds has been consistent in scheduling and customer service. I would gladly recommend Tradewinds for HVAC service to anyone I know.

After 2 months of dealing with other AC companies, Tradewinds was a breath of fresh air. The company is responsive and professional. Our technician Tony was very nice and thorough with his job. He showed us all the problems and made sure the issues were worked on immediately. Definitely recommend them.

We just had a new furnace or in. The installation team were very professional and knowledgeable and kind. My only complaint is the scheduling communication.

I had a nightmare of a time finding a company that was knowledgeable in the type of heating and cooling system at my condo. I explained to Tara that I needed to get this fixed ASAP as I am selling the place. She was super friendly and was able to prioritize and schedule me the next day. Michael was assigned to the service call - he did an absolute fantastic job with the help of Ricky. Michael worked diligently to get the job done right! I cannot express how thankful I am. Nick was a huge help and was very thorough while we were getting estimates for a new AC install in our home. We decided on Tradewinds and the installation team did an amazing job and we are very happy with the results.
