BUSINESS NOT TAKING CARE OF CUSTOMERS, My heating system had problems on new year`s day, my system was installed by this company @ 3 years ago and their phone number is on the wall controls, so we called them, a service tech was "sent" but he never made it to our freezing house. 24 hours latter somebody from their office called my wife and cancel the emergency appointment and said we can call some one else! Just woooooooooow.
We had to call another company to replace the mother board, (cover by the warranty) at our expenses, almost $1000.
Looks like this company do not take care of customers.

    BEWARE!!!!

We used Four Seasons to install a whole home humidifier in November 2019. We were informed that it shouldn't raise our electricity bill by much since the temp in the house would be more comfortable with humidity-- we have a finished basement and they said they wouldn't have to cut through any walls or anything because of the location of our furnace.

Install seemed to go good and everything was working well. House was humidified. We keep the house at 68* with 35% humidity in the winter months and we noticed a HUGE increase to our bill (even in the summer with no humidity usage). Our bills have consistently been $100-120 more per month than they were prior to getting the humidifier installed. We had Xcel come out to check our meter to make sure it was functioning properly (it was). And then had an electrician come out who checked the breaker box... he turned off the furnace breaker and noticed that our furnace did not turn off even after switching the breaker to OFF. It took a ton of investigation but we found out that they improperly and NOT to building code, installed the humidifier off of the furnace breaker and connected our furnace to our downstairs bedroom breaker. They were too LAZY to properly install our humidifier to it's own dedicated breaker. Our home wouldn't even pass code and it was noticed that an imbalanced load was going to the ground causing an excessive loss of electricity (which we are paying for).

After hours of back and fourth phone calls with four seasons they finally came out and agreed to fix things. They tried to push it off as not their fault because they hire an outside company to do the electrical work... WHAT?! A heating/AC company that doesn't even do their own electrical work? It's been a year and a half of EXTREME electricity charges and now Four Seasons will not call us back to try to work things out or compensate us for all of our time and money that we've spent. Absolutely horrible customer service... it's been nothing but a horrible experience and headache and we still haven't had a resolution with them.

Please use a better company and save yourself from a disaster like this.

Worst technicians I have ever met. I have been in the construction industry for 20 years as a licensed master electrician and have never experienced or seen such unqualified technicians.(If you could even call them that). 2 different technicians couldn’t figure out a simple power humidifier installation when finally a third technician came out about a week later it took a while to figure it out and then because I chose to be present while he worked he decided to leave because he couldn’t handle someone watching him work. After all the trouble and horrible techs here I wanted to see what was being done on my system. System still not fixed. I downloaded the wiring diagram from the manufacturer and had the humidifier working in 10 minutes. I also have now found out the furnace is not installed correctly either. Absolutely horrible. Stay away

Our 2 year old furnace had a faulty gas valve. Four seasons were the ones to install it but when our gas company just off our heat on the eve of a temperature drop, they couldn’t be bothered with us. Carlos informed me that he had to take care of customers that were still under warranty and could not make time for us.

I hope he enjoyed sleeping in a nice heated house that night. My kids did not enjoy freezing in their beds…

Had them out last week to install a bypass humidifier. Had them out today to service the furnace and make sure it was ready for the upcoming cold weather.

The guys last week were very friendly and efficient. The tech today (10/8), Brian, was awesome! He called when he was on his way and got here at the very beginning of the scheduled window. He was incredibly thorough and meticulous. I hope he comes out again for all future preventative maintenance visits!

TERRIBLE!! This company installed our HVAC system in our new home this year. The service department is the worst ever. Maybe it’s because it is warranty work. Laurie the service scheduler won’t call you back and is always at very long lunches or unavailable to speak with you. It’s been two weeks of 84 degrees in our bedroom at night. They send a tech after a week and many phone calls who says the HVAC should’ve had more freon and they didn’t clean it coils properly. He said he did both but a week later it’s still 84. I’ve called so many times trying to speak to Laurie it’s crazy. She finally calls me back but I can’t answer. I called her right back but she’s unavailable. They assure me she’ll call me back. 4:30 I call again and they are closed. Recording says press 0 for emergencies or 1 to leave a message. Neither options work. At this point it’s not worth my time and I’ll call another company and pay as this company seems to careless about warranty work and customer service.

This company installed HVAC in our New Build Home. After 10 months our AC broke down still under warranty we called in. The first tech came and misdiagnosed our unit. They dispatched another tech same week. Luckily, Carlos fixed our unit same day. He was patient and gave us valuable tips and advice to keep us cool. Thank you!

This place has thee best technicians like Tom, Howard, and others. But the absolute worst admin (s) who answer the phones/call customers back, are the first contact that unfortunate clients have with the company, and who schedule all appointments. The tech guys have decades in the biz fixing all manner of AC and heating equipment. They're smart, flexible, imaginative, and have great interpersonal skills too. They are all truly a pleasure to work with. Yet the appointment scheduling process is a draconian, inefficient two -- sometimes three plus -- part authentication procedure. This process consists of multiple calls that the customer often must continue making to the company over the course of the day or days. Additionally, the customer must also wait around all day (s) just to receive a call back to finally schedule. It's crazy to alienate customers of many years like us because simply making it possible for the client to actually schedule an appointment with the employee who answers the phone the *first* time -- just like how every other company on earth logically handles it -- should be an easy thing to resolve. However, when this salient point, and the customer frustration that accompanies such a difficult scheduling process is brought to the attention of the admin who's apparently in charge of the company's entire calendar -- she is strikingly verbally rude, deeply unprofessional, disconcertingly defensive, and violates the cardinal rule of good customer service when she insists that any scheduling difficulties are the customers' fault for not answering their phone: don't make it "my" problem is the number one rule of excellent (or in this company's case, poor) customer service. The customer take-away is that the owner of this company really needs to get involved here relative to hiring additional help for the seemingly troubled, unhappy admins, and by providing them with some desperately needed formal customer service skills coaching and development training. Despite Tom, Howard, and their equally stellar tech colleagues, sadly, we can no longer support this business due to the key management failure item of an admin so hostile towards their customers, her behavior borders on what most small, medium, or large business owners would perceive as professional insubordination.

Beyond miserable. I have a David Weekley Home and Four Seasons is their installer. Lennox Furnace died after 5 years and it turns out they never even registered it, so the parts warranty is void. When I called Four Seasons they refused to even consider coming out to make a repair diagnosis or estimate for two weeks despite the fact that temp last night was 30 degrees. Estimate from another contractor is $3,800; now all on me because they did not register the furnace with Lennox. Responder at Four Seasons did not have any feeling of responsibility and could not have cared less how their refusal to even check my furnace might reflect on David Weekley's choice of contractors. Absolutely horrible, horrible attitude and absolutely stunning lack of any sense that if you are the original contractor, perhaps you owe the homeowner some degree of consideration. Deal with this company at your own risk. And pray you never have a problem. THEY DO NOT CARE.

We used this company for years and used to get good customer service and good quality work at a fair price. Their customer service is now the worst I have ever seen. Their "dispatcher" refuses to call back for 5 hours after an early morning request for service and then finally, after you repeatedly beg to speak to her, tells you that she has had dozens of other calls and no appointments available. Tell me that 4 hours ago, lady. My heat has been out all night. There are other companies out there I could have called. Now they are all unavailable. Utterly incompetent. We will never call them again.

There is a long story that goes along with issue, but the long and short of it is that I have used this company before and every time I've used them there has been delay after delay. This year, to try to head off the busy time of year, I checked my AC the first time the weather got warm. Sure enough the freon had leaked out again and it wasn't cooling. I contacted Four Seasons to come and fix my AC unit again, and after a few days they were able to come look at it. The problem is they didn't have a "special fitting" to recharge my system. The technician requested a trip charge, and I asked why I was paying him a trip charge when he didn't do anything yet. He said it was the way their company works. I said, I was in a service industry and never had my company collected on any payment until the job was completed. Either way, I begrudgingly gave him my credit card. He started to leave after charging me, and I said "so that's it"? When are you coming back?". He said he didn't deal with the scheduling and I would need to call the office. I tried to call the office and they were closed for the day. I called the office the next day and spoke to "Lori". She was rude, curt, and clearly didn't care the issue wasn't fixed. She said she didn't see a warm day in the future so I need to call back when I see there is a day that is warm and they'll get me on the schedule. Of course I knew this was going to be a problem, so I said, can I not just be automatically scheduled the next time there is a warm day? Her response was "No, you need to call back in when you see a warm day and we'll put you on the schedule." Of course, I wondered how this would go and explained that I highly doubt that if I saw a warm day a few days in advance that they'd e able to accommodate. She assured me that they'd find a way to get me onto the schedule if I gave them a few days notice.

A few weeks later, I called them on a Monday to let them know it was going to be warm on Friday. Lori was busy, so the receptionist took down my information and said she'll have Lori call me back today. I received no phone call.

I called back on Tuesday, and the receptionist said she saw the note for Lori to call in the computer, but for some reason she never called me. She said she'll transfer me to Lori, but she's on the other line currently so I'd need to hold. Eventually, she picks up and immediately came defensive when I said I tried to call yesterday to schedule a return visit on Friday. Noticeably agitated, she stated that she wouldn't be able to come out for two weeks or so. Of course we got into an argument as I reminded her of her word she gave me the last time we spoke, and she said that is why she didn't call me back because she knew I would be upset when she told me she wasn't going to honor our agreement. She gave every excuse in the book including technicians being out due to COVID19 and such. Understandable, but I too am annoyed and said "Look lady, I have a 6 month old baby that can't sleep when it's hot in my house", and she didn't want to hear it. She started yelling at me and hung up the phone.

Of course I requested a refund long before the arguments go heated in which she refused. So my credit card company was contacted, and Four Seasons can deal with them.

Four Seasons initially installed the Heating and air in our new home 8 years ago. Their field personnel have always been great. Be prepared for a 180% mark up on any parts required for repair. We called for service yesterday morning and never got a return call. We called three hours later and set up for their first available this morning. We also requested the price of the part needing replacement which is a $211 motor. The repairman arrived and installed the motor in about 5 minutes and asked how we will be paying? I asked how much for the part and he replied "$586". I will pay reasonable but not get ripped. His office told him to pull the part, not negotiable. I bought the part local for $289 and installed it in less than 5 minutes. So much for future calls to Four Seasons

Adam from four seasons came out to check on an airflow issue submitted as a warranty claim on our new build home. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and helpful. He went above and beyond to check every aspect of our hvac and furnace system. Laurie was hard to get a hold of so we just exchanged messages. But ultimately scheduled a time that worked for me. I was very impressed with them and would recommend.

The driver in truck #83 on 3/10/25 drives genuinely super dangerously! Left lane camper and went 100mph to prevent other cars from passing, and even followed the driver that got by them- recklessly swerving lanes to do so. Looks like I'm not the only review either these guys seem to have a track record AND crappy business.

My experience with Four Seasons Heating is good. Four Seasons installed the furnace/HVAC for my new home at Downtown superior. When I turned on the AC for the first time this year, there is no cool air at my 3rd floor. I contacted the warranty and Four Seasons at the same time. They both got back to me and Four Seasons scheduled a group of their crews to stop by at the same day. The issue was there was a wire not connected and a wire mis-connected. They fixed it pretty quick and run the AC, wait a little bit to check everything is good.

Just moved into a BRAND NEW $1.3M home 3 months ago, brand new furnaces (2). On the coldest day of the year BOTH furnaces stopped working. No proactive response from Four Seasons from the multiple calls and sales reps I spoke with. Can't get a tech scheduled. And the best part is having a different tech/company out voids the warranty. Currently reviewing our contract and exploring liability issues.

The even better part is the rep/manager who called me to inform me of this voiding the warranty, was extremely rude and condescending on the phone.

I certainly will never do business with them again.

Four seasons were able to reach out today and send a tech that happened to be in the area, very appreciative

Luis the tech worked super fast and was able to efficiently diagnose our issue and even took time to explain how our unit works. I was initially worried because the AC stopped working in a relatively new house, but it seems the issue was more related to the electrician than the unit itself. I really appreciated four seasons helping us in a timely manner

Four Seasons was great when handling our warranty issue. It took a while to get the initial diagnosis appointment scheduled due to the heat wave. But once Tom diagnosed the issue and got the part ordered, the appointments were prompt to get our AC fixed once parts arrived. Both Tom and Ty were very professional and did a fantastic job fixing our unit.

Four Seasons came out to do repair work on both a Mini-Split and a standard HVAC system in my house. They were on-time, courteous and very knowledgeable of my 2015 and 1999 HVAC units. Four Seasons did a great job.

Terrible service. New home builder used them. They are reviewing their contract because they are terrible. Active leak in our home from their system for almost two months unresolved. Temperatures upstairs exceed 85 degrees and downstairs are at 70. Very unorganized tech didn’t hand in paperwork for a week+. Phone rep - when you can reach them was VERY rude and condescending saying everyone has AC problems. We’ve been waiting for TWO MONTHS UNABLE TO LIVE UPSTAIRS IN OUR HOME ALL OUR ROOMS ARE UPSTAIRS - Do not recommend!

Very poor customer service. I’ve been waiting for “warranty work” from this company for weeks (if not months). DR Horton went out of their way to look for the cheapest vendor. Photos are proof of their shoddy work.
