My general contractor created a nightmare by making poor decisions on my behalf. It was not a smooth project by any means and Compass mechanical was put in a difficult situation when trying to rework old ducting and upgrading my units. I am giving 5 stars because even though I was initially unhappy with the work (due to my GC not due to compass) but Nathan at compass mechanical stepped up and did the right thing and made things right for me. I am sure they lost some money in the process but he put his ethics and morals first and made sure I was taken care of. Not everything in life goes smoothly all of the time, but you can tell a lot about a persons character by how they address issues when they arise. I respect Nathans professionalism and reliability and would recommend this business. Unfortunately you don’t find alot of ethics in business these days.

Nathan and his crew really helped us out with setting up our heat pump system. They were responsive to my calls and texts and always professional at our home. They did a great job and we highly recommend them!

Had a water heater go out and the Compass Mechanical team provided timely, professional, quality service at a fair price. On top of that, I asked about redoing piping for my hot water heat and added that job on top off it due to pricing and service. Would recommend them for any project you may need.

Compass Mechanical is my go to whenever I need HVAC or plumbing services. Most recently they replaced my central air conditioning system. Nathan was wonderful in explaining the pros and cons of heat pumps versus central air conditioning and my furnace. In the end I decided to go with central air. Bob did the installation and was very professional. He explained every step of the process and showed exceptional attention to detail. He even replaced my thermostat for me. Even though the replacement required a couple extra parts that weren't anticipated (including the thermostat), they charged me exactly what they had originally quoted for the job. The cost was less than I expected, and the service was more than I could have hoped for. In the past I've had Compass Mechanical replace a toilet and find and fix a leak from my shower that was leaking into my basement. Both of those jobs were handled professionally at fair prices. Compass Mechanical is simply the best!

Compass is by far the best HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical contracting company I have ever worked with. Aside from being the most fairly priced they are by far the most ethical contractors I've found and stand behind their work 100%. I have referred Compass to friends, family, and clients in my real estate practice for the past 10 years and never have never had anything but glowing reviews. Unlike many contracting companies, they NEVER upsell on anything and would rather repair a system than replace it, as long as it makes more economical sense. It's a real challenge finding mechanical contractors who will shoot you straight and Compass is that kind of Company. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

We are so fortunate that we came across Nathan and Compass Mechanical. We will use them again and recommend them highly. Having used a wide variety of plumbers and electricians over the years, we've struggled to find a company here in Denver that we'd recommend or use again. But we found one in Compass Mechanical! We are remodeling our laundry room and needed electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work. The owner, Nathan, came by to take a look and get us an estimate. He was professional, courteous, and friendly.

Like Nathan, the guys who did the work were also professional, courteous, and friendly. They let us explain what we needed, were efficient, and completed everything we needed in a single day. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure to keep us updated on their progress, etc. Nathan even reached back out to us afterward to ensure we were happy with the work. Compass Mechanical Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electric absolutely deserves five stars! They handled both electrical and plumbing work in my home and went above and beyond to accommodate my tight schedule. Every person I spoke with was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Their responsiveness and care truly restored my faith in the service industry. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and genuinely good people to work with!

Would highly recommend this company. Will definitely use this company again when needed. Nate the owner was great to deal with. Jacob and Eric showed up and completed the installation of the furnace and a/c unit. Overall A+, only thing that could have made it even better if they would have cleaned up the job a little better before they left.

Would like to give a shout-out to Compass Mechanical! Nathan the owner is awesome and very thorough with their work. We have hired them for multiple projects over the years and we would not use anyone else for HVAC. The techs are awesome as well, his guy Jake will put in the work whenever necessary, great quality in a tech! Will continue to use them for all HVAC related projects in the future!

I must give a huge shout out to Carlos at Four Seasons. He went above and beyond to replace our faulty ducts and get our system humming. His knowledge and work ethic are bar none!

I was driving on I-25 and witnessed a truck for this company (truck #31) driving extremely dangerously, tailgating and swerving. The truck had only one brake light and it was dim. It should not have been on the road at all. A company that treats safety this way has no business being in peoples' homes.

Four Seasons technician Jeff diagnosed and completed a great service repair of our furnace. Jeff is a superb customer service representative of your company, speaking highly of the company, owners and employees.

I made multiple calls for a service request on a device that was installed by this company. Months later, no traction whatsoever and nothing but excuses. It is probably best to take your business somewhere else.
