Had a HVAC problem with a rental property I own called express pros from start to finish. This is a top-notch company very reasonable very responsible very professional. This is your go to company thanks again Xpress pros nice knowing there are still honest and reliable companies out there you can count on.

AC that was not performing well, so I called Express Pros to diagnose the issue. Express Pros said replacement of a part would resolve the issue and quoted $1,000 for it. I then got a second quote from a different highly rated HVAC company, who quoted $600, and due to budget, I went with them. It did not resolve the issue. The homeowners insurance then sent Express Pros back out because they could be scheduled quickly. Josh boasted about the company overcharging the homeowners insurance company for repairs, because it wouldn't be contested - upon this, I called the insurance company, said we no longer wanted to use Express Pros, and worked with a different company (who told us the replacement had been completely unnecessary). I would not recommend Express Pros.

Our furnace went out and we had 2 other companies out who couldn’t get the job done and so we called express pros out and the tech found the problem with our furnace and fixed it right away! He was very professional and they have great pricing! Highly recommend express pros!!

The pendent lights over the kitchen countertop were not properly installed by the previous owners. The lights were actually pulling out of the ceiling and one was just dangling. We have very high ceilings, so it wasn't something we wanted to tackle ourselves. Our electrician was Mike and he did a fantastic job! Quick and fair price. We will call him for the next fixer upper we flip. Thanks Express Pros.

Very good experience. Same person delt with me from the first phone call through repairs of my furnace. He explained and demonstrated all needed repairs. He was on time and scheduled appointments for my preferred times. Very efficient, professional, and friendly. Good price as well. Will continue to use them for any HVAC needs.

Replaced our swamp cooler with a AC unit. They originally put in the wrong size coil and tried to give us a smaller condenser, after replacing the coil, we got right condenser installed. Then the unit leaked because they forgot to install the pipe for drainage. Lots of problems and our house won't cool and stays around 80 degrees with the AC and the unit constantly freezes. They wouldn't come back and said for us to put a cheap filter in but unit was still freezing. Now we have another problem, the unit turns on for 10 seconds and shuts off for 10 seconds and repeats that cycle. So we scheduled an appointment online. They never showed up, we called no answer. We have called and left multiple messages and no returned calls. We have spent thousands of dollars for our unit to not work!

Our heat went out and we gave express pros a call and they got us right on the schedule, they came out and fixed the issue with our boiler. My family has been using them for years and now I can see why, they are very professional, knowledgeable and have great pricing. Definitely a 10/10 service. Highly recommend!

Express Pros Heating and Cooling installed a new furnace and air conditioner in my home. They were efficient, on-time, clean and most importantly, their price was far more competitive than any other company I contacted. I highly recommend Express Pros Heating and Cooling.

My air conditioner unit stopped working during a week of record breaking temperatures. I called several HVAC companies that either had appointments days out or didn’t bother to call back. Express Pros came out shortly after I called them for same day service. Mike was able to troubleshoot the problem and get my unit running in no time. He was very friendly and went above and beyond. Express Pros Heating Cooling Electric gives 5 star service which is rare these days.

This company is horrible! They installed a faulty AC/heating unit in my parent's home and refuse to fix it. It took them all summer to get the air conditioner to function, and when winter hit, we found out the heating function didn't work either. After numerous contacts and trying to resolve the issue, the company has completely ghosted my parents and will not respond or fix their faulty work. My elderly parents paid over $23,000 to have Express Pros install this unit, and they were completely scammed and left in the cold, LITERALLY. According to other reviews, they also have a reputation for scamming other people in the same way. These people will take your money and run. They deserve zero stars and a fraud investigation.

Express pros are hands down the best HVAC company I’ve had at my house. Josh came down to take a look at our heater. We had some other companies come down and try to get us to spend all this money to replace it. Josh took the time to properly diagnose it and was able to fix it without trying to upsell me a new unit. It has been working flawlessly ever since. They also responded to us quickly in a pinch which was awesome. I will be recommending them to everyone! Thanks again!

Josh is great. He came out when we had a furnace gas leak. It was winter. The part needed was rare. But he found a place to get the part shipped in overnight; and he was here early the next morning to install, and get the furnace working. So we ended up only being out of heat for one night. He really cared about getting the furnace fixed quickly. I can highly recommend this company.

Josh and Mike saved my house from blowing up due to a gas leak. I called them to come out and clean the furnace because I was listing my house. Josh immediately found that I had a major gas leak. He turned off the gas and explained everything in detail of what part failed. How much it would cost. They worked to get the part at the best price. So very happy with the service I have received from Express Pros Heating and Cooling.
