If I could give negative stars, I would. I will NEVER, EVER use this company again.

I have used Million Air for several years and have found them to be professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them.

They bailed on the scheduled appointment at the last minute and said they "don't have the manpower to help." After a day of reaching out I finally spoke with someone again and all they said is that they "just don't have the manpower to help."

My last small repair took 5 months w/ this company and instead of MAM fixing it themselves they hired out a new company to take over my job who fixed it in days and they then billed me full price. Go elsewhere.

Issues started with the scheduled service being delayed then ultimately rescheduled because your tech was stuck on a different job. When the tech arrived on the new scheduled date, he proceeded to complete his checks of the first system and informed me that it was overcharged with refrigerant and that he would need to recover some. He went to his van to get the recovery unit and, after messing with it for more than an hour, informed me that it was not working. He said he’d run to the shop and pick up another one and come back. He was gone for nearly 2 hours. When he returned, he was still unable to make it (same unit? different one?) work. He said he’d try to come back that evening at 5 or 6 and try again. I sent the business owner a text and then had several phone conversations with the shop manager, ultimately agreeing that the tech would come back the next morning at 10am after purchasing a new recovery unit.

When the tech did return, he claimed that now the unit was UNDERcharged with refrigerant! After more than another hour passed with him seemingly randomly adjusting his measurement equipment, he stated that the system was operating abnormally, with materially fluctuating subcooling. He then went to the other AC unit and claimed that it had the same issue. He attributed the operating behavior to a contaminant (likely air) in the refrigerant systems and recommended that he needed to evacuate both systems and recharge them with fresh refrigerant. At this point I was not about to proceed without a detailed cost estimate and proposal in writing. The tech told me that he would go ahead and write up the system check results and then send me a written proposal for the repair that night via email. He wanted to close-out the system check invoice and have me pay. I reminded him that he had not yet cleaned the condenser coils, so he did that, then wrote everything up and left. He never did send me a proposal or cost estimate for the work he recommended.

Since I had a very high level of discomfort with the tech's apparent lack of expertise, I hired another company to check the systems and give me a second opinion, specifically about the refrigerant levels and operating behavior. They found both systems to be operating completely normally. No adjustments to the refrigerant levels were needed.

Obviously, I was extremely disappointed with the poor service provided by Million Air Mechanical. I don’t know if it is just the one tech or if there is a more systematic problem with the competency of their technicians, but at this point it does not matter as I have found a different company that sent two COMPETENT technicians to come check out the systems.

I communicated my dissatisfaction with the business managers and to their credit they did respond. They refused to reduce the service charges even though I was not satisfied with the work performed.

The guys at Million Air Mechanical are wonderful. I got up Wednesday morning and my house was freezing. The temp was 53 degrees. I called them at 8:30 and they had a service tech (John) at my house by 10:30. He proceeded to check out my furnance and everything seemed to be good. He ran up and down the stairs turning it on at the thermostat and off at the furnace. He finally figured out that the problem was definitely at the thermostat. He first thought I might need a new one but noticed a wire that seemed very frayed. He then striped the wire, put it back in it’s place and it worked like new. I guess the wire was telling the furnace to shut off. I had prepared myself to purchase a new furnace but was so happy when that wasn’t the case. Thank you so much Million Air Mechanical!!!!!!!

Million Air Mechanical, where do I start?

They sent the bookkeeper on their first visit to repair my AC. He spent a few minutes looking at it before telling me he didn’t know what was wrong. He wrote me an invoice for a labor charge for his time to tell me what I already knew – it wasn’t working. We were talking about it while he was writing it out and he suggested that I replace my thermostat to see if that was the issue. Since he was already charging me for his time, I asked him to install a new thermostat to at least get myself something out of the transaction. Which he did, I will give him that. Granted, he left several large, very obvious holes in my wall in the process… turns out the thermostat wasn’t the issue.

I got back in touch with MAM to tell them it wasn’t still working. They told me they would not waste their time coming back until I had my ducts cleaned. So, I did that through another company. As well as having my furnace and AC deep-cleaned….And none of that turned out to be the issue.

Long story short, I had three techs from their company out here on three different trips. After sending me on what ended up being basically exploratory surgery on my HVAC system that has set me back a total of just shy of $1,000, completely bailing on their fourth appointment, and SO MUCH wasted time with these people, I ended up hiring another local company who diagnosed the problem in about 20 mins.
I asked for a refund of $100 from MAM and they told me no because I don’t live close enough to their office.

TL;DR – these people are shady AF and have no business being in business. AVOID!

On June 23, 2023 my wife and I purchased a new combination heating and air conditioning system from Express Pros located at 5015 Ward Road in Wheat Ridge, Colorado 80033. The sales representative, Josh, was very polite and explained everything quite well. The system we purchased is an Amana Heating and air conditioning system that cost us $23,659 and was suppose to be a very good unit with a ten year warranty and is the right size for our house. The Express Pros team came to our house and spent several days installing this new system. The system we were supposed to receive was not available so they installed a system that is the next size larger. They did a beautiful job of installing the system, but agreed to come out in a few months and add a couple more vents to accommodate this larger system. However, the air conditioning did not work properly so they had to stay a few days longer to trouble shoot the system. This developed into a couple of months of trouble shooting the problems trying to find out why the system would only work a short time and then fail. They replaced almost every one of the major components of the system before they got the A/C to work. When it was time to use the heating system, it failed to put out any heat. That was two months ago. My wife texted the installer on November 27, 2023 to find out when the tech would come check the system. He came here on November 30 and checked the system. That was when he determined they had installed the wrong thermostat and said he would order the right one. On December 22 we had not heard from him so my wife messaged him about the thermostat. He agreed to call the company to find out about the delay. She messaged him again on December 23 and he replied saying the Amana distributor claimed they sent the correct thermostat directly to our house. We never received anything in the mail from the Amana distribution company. Now they blame each other for the problem while we have been left sitting here for over 230 days with a $23,659 product that does not work.
My wife and I are both senior citizens with partial disabilities and living on a fixed income. We saved our money for a long time to get this system and are very disgusted with the poor quality system and the company that sold it to us. We need help. We feel cheated. We would like to have a heating air conditioning system that works instead of this $23,569 headache.

They installed the furnace at my place and have been great about the warranty coverage. They give tips on DIY stuff to avoid having to call them, and were very easy to work with and friendly.

As a small business owner myself, this is a great company to work with after a water heater nightmare! I recently noticed a pocket in the paint on a wall in my home, then quickly discovered it was water piling up within walls from a leaking pipe. (Water heater line!) Express Pros even from Arvada came to me, late at night, to Castle Rock (along with restoration company) and got my hot water repaired in no time so my family didn’t have to suffer which I am extremely grateful. The price was much less than I had expected and the compassion I felt from the technician, as my Husband was still himself out working a job, was incredible. Thank you Express Pros! I will refer you to any and everyone!
