I called Express Pros due to word of mouth advertising which I prefer, and I'm glad I did! My AC went out the night before the hottest day this year!!! (Of course it did). Josh and Mike showed up the next afternoon and not only fixed my AC but explained so much to me regarding the system. (I do not have a clue) They also checked my furnace for me to make sure it was operating correctly which I am highly grateful for. The pricing was cheaper than I expected which is amazing but what really stood out was their professionalism and assistance which happened in a timely matter especially considering it was 97° at the time. Many kudos to this company and I highly recommend them.

I just had Express Pros thoroughly clean my 50-year-old blower system. They scraped off rust, installed a new fan motor, chemically cleaned the pipes, and replaced two (hot and cold) zone valves and relocated them so they can be accessed easily in future. Mike and his son Josh did a beautiful job and we are now getting really good air flow. They are truly knowledgeable and professional and left everything very clean. Definitely five star worthy company.

Express Pros installed our tankless water heater a few months ago and we’ve really enjoyed the transition! Not only do we have no problems with our home office never losing warm water but we also gained a closet inside! They nicely placed the unit into the lower level “crawl space.”
We reached out with concern once of a new sound heard and they came out next day to look over the unit, replaced a pump that was functioning correctly at no charge to us, and we were quietly back in action.

I’ve worked with these guys a lot through my real estate business, so when my own AC finally gave out, I knew exactly who to call. They replaced the air conditioner, coils, and furnace—all in one day. The new system is really efficient and does a great job keeping the house comfortable, no more hot or cold spots. It’s been especially nice during this spring weather when we’re switching between heat and AC. These gentlemen have taken incredible care of both my HVAC and electrical needs for years now. They provided an extremely prompt & competitive quote for a commercial building I needed to have some Split Mini systems installed in. They came up with ingenious ways to save me money on materials & labor when I needed a car charger installed in my garage. I had a really bad experience with Compass mechanical and would recommend you use a different company for your HVAC needs. They are unresponsive, do poor quality work, and are combative about resolving problems they've created. Steer clear.

My apartment complex's incompetence and lack of compassion left my family without heat for 3 days in a 5 day span, during a Colorado winter mind you. Compass Mechanical, technicians Nathan and Daniel specifically, came in and saved the day. They worked endlessly on their off-days, one of those days being "Superbowl Sunday", to resolve the issue before the next blizzard hit. In fact, I write this review during a snow storm, in a warm apartment, thanks to these guys. My family and I cannot thank you enough!
