This company installed the furnace in our brand new home improperly. We had condensation and 4 years later we are replacing the furnace due to rust and these guys won't own up to any responsibility to make it right. Thousands lost on our end.

Four Seasons Heating is a partner and supplier to the home construction management company Lennar. The installations of HVAC systems in Lennar homes has been documented as poor quality at best, whereas Four Seasons Heating has failed to comply with local city and state ordinances or state laws.

Four Seasons Heating employees are bound by strict compliance to the Lennar builders contracts, often failing to meet quality control measures, value for the systems installed, and warranty services.

Discovery of non-compliance reveals an abundance of complaints with cities across Colorado, in particular complaints submitted to cities relative to the partnership with builders, such as Lennar. Fort Collins residents have logged multiple complaints against Four Seasons Heating within the cities building and inspection division.

Like Lennar, Four Seasons Heating is being referred to city, state, and federal agencies for oversight. Four Seasons Heating fails miserable with its partnership with tract home builders. There's a reason there are so many complaints against the business.

When you call, they will say someone will call you back to schedule an appointment. Waited a day, no one called. Called again the next day, they stated same thing and didn't call back. Possibly because I'm asking for a warranty repair? I guess if you buy something from them don't expect them to fix any issues.

Four Seasons was the 5th company we tried over several years to fix a heating zone problem. Ernesto was the one and only heating guy to get it right! He came; he diagnosed; he fixed - and the price was reasonable! We are delighted! Thanks!

One of their drivers nearly rear ended me as I was turning into a parking then honked and flipped me off. When I called to talk to a manager (Greg I think) he told me he could try to figure out who did it but that it wasn’t worth his time. I will never do business with a company that treats people this way and they don’t deserve your business either.

They installed our HVAC system when our house was built. I filled out a online request to schedule from their website. apparently no one has to access to that, and they don't service any of the units they installed. They shouldn't have a form on their website to schedule an appointment if they don't plan on using it.

I contacted them to get a quote on installing a mini split in my house. They told me it was a pricey and I explained I priced the units and have a good idea of what they sell for. They told me they weren’t interested in giving me a quote after hearing this. Educate yourself before going with this company.

Driving wrecklessly in a company truck #58. And then following a driver for 5 miles is creepy. Would feel super uncomfortable having them come out to do business for me 😬

The testimonial SCAM on the Four Seasons Heating INC website informs you a lot about the integrity of the company. Either these lies are crafted by employees of the company or these are old statements, which are no longer practiced. Contrary to this statement from the website; "Michelle told us that there would be an $80 service call charge to check our furnace, but if we instead scheduled a routine cleaning, it would only be $125, so for $45 more we not only got our furnace checked as requested, but also cleaned," We were charged for $80 and $125 concurrently. We called to see if this could be clarified, but were sent on a goose chase and I suppose the name of the goose would have been Sheri, who was suppose to call us.

Four Seasons installed my furnace on my new build. I later called them to install an AC. They provided a very reasonable bid for a very good Lennox unit installed. Isreal, the HVAC tech, came out with a small crew and was very professional. He took the time to do everything right and I could tell that he did not take any shortcuts. The process was easy, fair. Israel took the review from being a very good 4 stars to a 5 star experience.

Four Seasons was the contractor who did the HVAC install on my new home. Within a year, I found the actuator for the fresh air damper had failed (it was hot, humming, and stuck).

After doing a bunch of research and reaching out to Trane, the manufacturer of my thermostat, I found that the ventilation setting was improperly programmed. It was programmed to be open/powered on all the time, even when not in use, essentially burning out the motor/actuator. Like some of the other comments here, I don’t think most of their technicians are trained...at all.

Having spent a considerable sum for a residential HVAC system I expected post-purchase service from Four Seasons to be seamless. But alas……nobody in the servicing department is ever available to take your calls….calls are returned at their leisure at an inopportune time resulting in more calls to an out-to-lunch service department. Customer service , at even a mediocre level, is an alien concept to this company, the place seems very disorganized……., they are a total waste of time.

Customer service is horrific. Mark in particular. Have called several times for them to service a furnace humidifier that they installed. Refused to call back or come out. You sell it and won't service it says alot.

This company installed my AC unit. I reached out on two different occasions and both times was forwarded to Laurie. Both times I felt that helping the customer was her least priority. Instead, it was a programmed response of getting a tech out for diagnosis for $ 80 (does not go toward potential repairs). Sometimes, the issues are clear and a very specific task needs to be performed. Not everyone is dumb and clueless, Laurie! Not everyone needs your company to come out and find a 1000 things wrong that they could fix for $$$. Your inability to listen and work with the customer earns you a 1 star review today.

Absolutely Terrible Service. I took the entire day off to have them evaluate our leaking air conditioner (for the second time) and didn't get a call until right at the very end of the time window saying that the service technician wouldn't be able to come to our house today. They are the original installers of our system and have struggled to come up with a reason why it's failing. Going back to Precision Heating and Cooling to get this fixed before it gets to be 100 degrees again like last week.

Furnace stopped heating the house fully and would shut off after only a few minutes. Howard walked me though trying to fix it myself, we thought it worked, it didn't so he came out to the house at 10:30 pm since it was a really cold night and the furnace would not go over 60 degrees. Howard came out, worked on everything, found a few things that needed be fixed and I was up and running in 2 hours. He was polite, on time, didn't try to up-sell me and overall it was a great experience.

Had a positive experience. Lori (spelling ?) was able to get a tech to our house same day and the tech (sorry, don't know his name) was able to diagnose and fix our issue quickly. Showed up on time and didn't prolong the job. It was a pleasant experience for us.

Tried to make an appointment for one of my wife's businesses to get an estimate for a new AC system. Little did they know they were talking to a general contractor that may have been a huge supplier of future business, but I couldn't have been more unimpressed. Customer service is a big focus of mine and they are strongly lacking in that department. When I called to make an appointment for the estimate, the office assistant said they were booked 2 months in advance and were not making appointments. I said I would be happy to schedule it for a date well in advance. She said sorry, she couldn't help me, that she would call me if any availability ever popped up, and then hung up without getting any of my information. Not a great first impression!

The Best Warranty Service we've ever had came from Four Seasons Heating, Inc. We purchased a furnace that came with a 5 year warranty. It is very important to have your furnace serviced and checked periodically, especially within the warranty period. Our furnace had some major problems and all parts and labor were covered under the warranty. I am so pleased that we did not have to pay out-of-pocket for the extensive repairs. Michelle told us that there would be an $80 service call charge to check our furnace, but if we instead scheduled a routine cleaning, it would only be $125, so for $45 more we not only got our furnace checked as requested, but also cleaned. That was a good recommendation by Michelle, and we appreciate knowing our option instead of her simply telling us $80. Tom then came to our home promptly and was most professional. He first replaced our thermostat which is a $200 item, opened everything, and checked and replaced parts as needed, but couldn't clean our furnace, because it was in need of repairs, even though it is relatively new. As busy as they were, they nonetheless scheduled another technician, Brandon, for the following day to perform major repairs to our furnace. All of this was done under warranty. Tom returned after the repairs were completed so that he could then clean our furnace and check our gas pressure. He recommended that we call the gas company to boost the gas pressure. Xcel energy confirmed that we had low pressure. Altogether we got great advice, great service, and are extremely happy. Bottom line, we highly recommend Four Seasons Heating , Inc. They're honest and they know what they're doing. Be sure to engage their services, especially if you have a warranty. As far as we're concerned, we found an HVAC company that we can trust and use for life.
