Lalo kept me informed of what time he was due to arrive and he arrived right on time. He was very conscientious about keeping my house clean. He checked everything to make sure my furnace is functioning properly! I feel very confident that my furnace has been thoroughly checked out.

Very intelligent, hard working and focused and his clients. We had a complication regarding our furnace and thermostat. All was diagnosed and fixed by Brett. He would not give up on us till the furnaced hummed and the our 2 thermostats were working like a great mind. If he was a heart surgeon I would let him operate on me! Plus Ms.Venessa who never lets anyone down!!!!

Friendly and professional technician, Lalo , came over to diagnose our boiler problem. He did a thorough and systematic diagnosis (check x,y,z) of the issue before narrowing it down, mainly to the ignition controller and related items. I watched him perform his trade with such keen attention to detail. Because of the age of our boiler he needs to order some parts and then will provide me with an upfront estimate for installation and repair . Thanks for the goid wirk Lalo. Regards Julian

Incompetent - Dishonest - Overpriced. We were buying a house and had Major inspect the geothermal system. Their work was very disappointing.
INCOMPETENT - they did not check the system pressure, for which there are 4 gauges on our system and we found the pressure at 0(!) when we took possession of the house soon after their inspection. See attached inspection report from Major saying everything is "normal". Their tech  later confirmed to me that the pressure was "missed" by an inexperienced tech who completed the inspection.
DISHONEST - The tech that visited my house soon after we took possession (and it was obvious to us something was wrong), provided a service estimate of $4100. When I asked the service manager, Chase, how they can reconcile an inspection saying everything is good and follow up with $4100 worth of necessary work, he lied and insisted it makes sense. See repair estimate attached.
OVERPRICED - Seeing how dishonest and incompetent Major was, I hired another firm and they provided an estimate for the same service at a fraction of the cost.
Hope this helps save someone else the frustration and disappointment we experienced with Major. I wrote and called hoping they would take some responsibility but Chase was not interested.

Our hot water heater started leaking right after our power was shut off by Xcel. We called Major Heating and within 45 minutes we had their amazing tech here. His name is James. After diagnosing the problem he determined we needed a new water heater. He went to get everything for the replacement. Removed, replaced and got everything working in several hours. Very meticulous. When I called in Diane was also amazing. She had everything set up for us in no time.

We were told something minor was wrong with our furnace but the cost was insane, so we decided to get another quote and called Major. They found what the actual problem was, got the part taken care of under manufacturers warranty, and fixed it properly for us(still paid labor but not too bad, I’d say average). Knowledgeable and did a great job. Also appreciate being aware of not letting our 2 little pups out while he went in and out.

Of course my heat went out the night of the first snow. I called the company the next morning and I had a tech here within hours. Brody was amazing. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and speedy. I had a lot of questions and he took the time to explain everything to me. He identified the problem quickly and got it fixed. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

We were having an issue with our heater. The company scheduled a service call quickly. Jack our repair technician was thorough and found that while the furnace was working well it wasn’t set up properly. He changed the settings so that the furnace reaches temperature quickly. We are quite pleased. Thank you Jack and Major.

Our technician, Lalo Did it incredible job! He was very efficient, professional, and sweet with my two Littles throughout the maintenance! Can not say a negative thing about these guys. The professionalism from start to finish was stellar. Travis - The project manager met me, and the customer explained his scope of work, prepared his bid in a timely fashion, and was awarded the job. His pricing was very competitive and very detailed. Major Heating gave a scheduled time, and the day before and after received a text message. The day of the installation Travis met, his crew lined them up with their task, and they proceeded with the installation. During the installation, they demonstrated professionalism above and beyond. Would highly recommend these guys. Thank you, Major Heating.

Shave and Ian are very professional and just so kind. They were prompt and know their stuff. I would highly recommend them. They also did our split A/C in September and did a fantastic job. The inspector said it was the best he’d seen in a while.

Jack was an outstanding professional. He kept me informed and explained it was just a loose wire. I was so impressed with how thorough he was following up to make sure all of our registers were working before he left. Thanks so much!

I had full furnace and AC replacement in a second story condo with a 3rd story bedroom. My AC unit is located on the roof. I had four other HVAC companies give me estimates and they all required a crane to get the new AC unit onto the roof (and the old unit down). One of the estimates exceeded $17,000. Apple Aire was professional, on time, and willing to go the extra mile concerning anything. I have new carpet that I was worried about damaging or soiling and they took great precautionary measures to protect it. The best thing- EXTREMELY competitive pricing. Would highly recommend. Special thanks to Todd Terry for making this complicated project much easier than expected. You now have a customer for life.

4/2/25- Had my duct cleaning today with Dakota. He was very personable and worked around obstacles in my home. He was able to add on a dryer vent cleaning that I really needed. He did all that he could to clean up after, which was very appreciated.

It was nothing like it was made out to be. For $50, a special price, I was supposed to get 80% of my ducts cleaned. I have texts to prove what was promised. Not one of my air returns was removed or vacuumed. He was very nice and professional, but the extent of the duct cleaning was done from the furnace. Basically, this was a teaser, then they told me that for a complete duct cleaning, it would be $2500. What??

This wasn't what was sold to me. I have a fixed income and to be told I'll have 80% of my ducts cleaned for their special of $50... then to be told that a full cleaning would be $2500... bait and switch. Very disappointed.

Devon and Alex installed a new furnace, AC, and water heater. Amazing customer service and professionalism. Now to enjoy the heat and hot water.

Apple Aire installed a new AC unit on 4/15/2025. In January I requested a bid and was presented an estimate by Shane. He was knowledgeable and not pushy. The estimate was in line with 3 other bids I had received. I decided to proceed due the professionalism of Shane and the company is locally owned.
I asked for the installation to be in April.
The installers arrived on time, were polite, informative, and worked hard throughout the day to install the unit and complete additional duct work. The unit functions but will be better qualified to comment on that aspect when there are warmer temperatures.
I would recommend this company.

Shane & Dakota are always personable & respectful of my property. They are professional & do excellent work. Today, Dakota spent hours cleaning out the ducts. It was much needed after a big construction project last year. He also noticed an area (return vent) in my crawl spa that was missing some sheet metal. The vent wasn’t even doing anything. They will fix this on another day. Shane spent hours adding a water pressure gauge & new outdoor faucets. These look so much nicer than the old ones. He recognized a slow drip to a faucet outside & will also be returning to complete that work. I highly recommend these guys with Apple Aire. The office staff is equally professional!

My AC was not cooling properly and I had several contractors diagnose and provide feedback. I was advised there was a leak in evaporator and it would need to be replaced. I told Apple Aire that this is what I needed and when they came out they checked everything and advised that although pressure was low there did not appear to be any leaking. After further diagnosis and pressure check they were confident that unit was in good working order and only needed coolant re-charge.

Technician Devin was extremely open and nice to work with, as was Eric who did initial estimate. He gave me detailed information and answered all questions that I had. Without his honest feedback I would have spent a lot more money than necessary. That seems hard to find these days when most contractors just want to sell as much as they can.

I recently purchased my very first home and had yet to turn on the AC so I was not sure what I was in for, Shane was able to come out for a new customer special so I didn’t have to spend an outrageous amount just to see what was going on. He walked me through everything I needed to know as a new homeowner and gave me tips to make sure it runs smooth. I was happy there was no issues and I didn’t have to spend any extra money. There was no upselling or trying to trick me and I really appreciated that. Thanks again!
