Apple Aire is a company with integrity and good old fashioned values. We have always been happy with them and enjoyed meeting Dakota and Bryan who did a very thorough job with our HVAC duct and vent cleaning. They were courteous and respectful of us and our home. They covered their shoes and cleaned up after themselves. We could not be happier! Thank you again and keep up the good work.

Our entire experienxe with Apple Aire has been incredible. From the initial contact through to the installation, they have been fantastic - honest, thorough, fast, and fair. Jake and Bryan were so kind and left the area they worked in cleaner than when they arrived! Thanks so much a great experience - we will only use Apple Aire for our heat and cooling from now on!

The technicians came out same day as I called. My dryer was not working. They cleaned my vent out.
Very professional, kind, courteous and efficient. I used this company last year. They are on my yearly schedule for maintenance of my heater, air conditioner and water heater.

I just got a new Daikin heat pump and furnace installed from Apple Aire.After the technicians left, I was having some issues with the thermostat not working properly. Bryan came back after working all day and troubleshot the issue. It was a funky preset in the thermostat. Bryan stayed to verify that everything was working as it should. We are now sitting in a warm and comfy home!

Bryan and Asher were great!!! Very friendly and considerate. We are very happy with all their hard work. We also had new furnace installed by Devin and Alex they did a great job also.

I am extremely disappointed with Apple Aire’s service and lack of accountability. Two years ago, their technician installed an HVAC system at my property in Denver, CO. Recently, my electrician inspected the installation and found that the outdoor A/C unit was not placed the required 3 feet away from the electrical panel, which is a potential code violation (NEC clearance requirements).
We first contacted Apple Aire in November 2024 via phone and even visited their office in person to report this issue. Despite our efforts, we have yet to receive any response or resolution from their team.
This placement is a serious safety and compliance concern, and yet Apple Aire has been unresponsive. I have all necessary documentation, including photos showing the improper installation and invoice details, confirming the violation.
I expected better professionalism and customer service. I do not recommend Apple Aire if you are looking for a company that stands by its work and ensures compliance with safety codes.

Updating Review based on owner comments to my review:
Apple Aire installed a brand-new A/C unit in June 2023, and by September 2024, we already experienced issues with it. The outdoor unit is under shade, so overheating should not be a concern. However, Apple Aire is now claiming that debris and cotton buildup require yearly maintenance, but it hardly an year and most of that year house was vacant due to property on Sale- I was not at all talking on this issue but owner bought this issue in reply so updating here.

Additionally, regarding the code violation, Apple Aire is stating that the previous owner requested the installation location. However, we spoke directly with the previous owner, and he was never asked about placement. This raises concerns about the accuracy of their claims and their responsibility for ensuring proper installation. Additionally, we have ample space(refer first picture) on our patio to properly maintain the required 3-foot clearance, yet the unit was installed just 7 inches short of compliance.

We expected better service and accountability from Apple Aire and are disappointed with their lack of resolution.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. When my boiler went out, I called 3 other companies before calling Apple Aire. The first company sent out two technicians who supposedly repaired the boiler. When I turned it on it was worse than ever and I received a big bill from them. The next 2 companies gave me very high estimates and one of them also billed me for a trip charge. When Todd from Apple Aire came out, he took the time to evaluate the situation and went over everything with me and he quoted me a great price. I had both the boiler and hot water heater replaced. The crew was conscientious efficient and trustworthy. They did a great job. I couldn't be more pleased with Apple Aire.

Apple Aire provided outstanding service. I had a furnace installed by Devin and Alex and they were both professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and went above and beyond to make sure that the furnace worked after it was installed. I highly recommend Apple Aire.

Shane from Apple Aire gave me one quote for an HVAC installation he believed would work best. Included in the quote was that they would take care of all the paperwork to claim the rebates. They weren’t quite the cheapest but those two items sold me. Then Devin, Alex and Jake came and installed everything the next week. They did a great job and we’re out of here by 5:30 pm. I am SO happy with everything. In addition, before, during and after installation Candice from their office kept me posted and answered all my questions. They are now my Go To HVAC Company. Great Techs! Todd, Devin and Alex removed a water heater and boiler and replaced it with a combi boiler in 1 day. Devin and Alex installed a new mini split system, so now our house is ready for perfect temps in all 4 seasons.
Highly recommend this family owned and operated company. Enough with private equity companies buying all the mom and pops and pretending to be local.

We replaced a dinosaur 1997 furnace with a new high efficiency Daikin furnace and added a new humidifier upon moving into our home. Eric in the office and our two installers were unfailingly professional and pleasant to deal with. Our installation was a little tricky, and never once did we have the sense that the team was watching the clock with a time limit to get it done fast. And, to their great credit, the installers noticed that the nearby (and new) gas hot water heater had been vented improperly and was below code and potentially unsafe. They corrected the venting at no charge. We are 100% satisfied.

Something happened with my first text for the survey so I'll complete it again. Shane did a great job with the furnace 👍. He determined the problem and let me know what was needed to correct it. The problem was the faulty wiring harness. He ordered the wiring harness and returned in a week for the installation. Meanwhile he did a fix that allowed the furnace to operate without incident. I would recommend Shane to anyone that would need furnace work. Thanks to Shane for a job well done in a very courteous and professional manner. Don.

Excellent service from the office, thru sales, install, and follow-up. Took the time to thoroughly explain the problems we had, options for solutions, and were patient as we made our decisions. We bundled in our water heater replacement with furnace install as they offered a solid discount. Everyone we worked with clearly takes their jobs very seriously and show passion for and pride in doing things the right way. 10/10 highly recommend.

Shane was very respectful and kind. He showed up on planned time, and also was kind enough to go out of his way, to go back to his shop, pick up parts, and come back in evening hours to make sure repair was fixed and heat was working correctly. Shane also answered all my questions and gave me good advice about my heater unit. Shane also gave me a good discount on total price of my repair. I will definitely use this company if , I have repair needs. I would highly recommend Shane and his company for repairs and all the work they do; Shane was also very honest. Thank you so much for the repair and going out of your way to help me. I had to have two different parts repaired on a older unit, and I would have had to pay more if I would have used a different company. The price I paid was fair and honest, plus I was given a really good discount.

Apple Aire is a great company to work with. Their technicians are knowledgeable, they take the time to give you tips on proactive maintenance. Shane has come out a couple times and has been a pleasure to work with. You don’t feel like you are being pressured into unnecessary maintenance. A lot companies feel like they are trying to take advantage of you, not Apple Aire.

I chose Apple Aire because I noticed a difference in how personal, attentive, and caring they are. I had a few bids, but no one gave me an idea of fixing the ductwork of our house to help keep the house warm and reduce energy usage.
Eric gave our initial estimate and he was very detailed and responsive to any questions I had.

During the day of instillation:

Alex- very attentive, kind and was clear about what needs to be installed and any problems he encountered. He is a fantastic person!

Jake and Bryan- fantastic people - very kind and gave me nice updates as they were going through. Can’t express enough how nice they were to me and to caring for my home. 10/10!!

In addition I will say that they gave me all feedback on my home (replace your filters!) , were so clean, and will work through late hours on a Friday on an incredibly cold day(!) (truly so thankful for that) and they completed the job.

I highly recommend Apple Aire, a longtime local family company. They came out the same day I called when my furnace broke down. After doing some research, I decided to have them replace it, which they did the next day. Everyone was polite, professional, knowledgeable, respectful of my property and worked hard for a fair price. Two thumbs up!

Apple Aire provided outstanding products, installation, customer care and all-around great service. Todd and Shane’s leadership and hands-on project management were top notch and super valuable to streamlining my new boiler, furnace and heat pump. Devin, Alex and Asher were super competent, courteous and friendly technicians on the install. The whole Apple Aire team worked long days with a high degree of focus. I called Apple Aire to come out to my house to perform service on my furnace because it was not running properly. They evaluated the problem, let me know what was wrong and gave me the price to do the repairs. They also worked up a price for a new furnace. After reviewing everything with Shane Terry, it only made sense to go with a new furnace. The new furnace would come with all the warranties where as my existing furnace was over 16 years old and had no warranty.
Devin & Alex were here the next morning to install the new furnace. They arrived around 8:30 and were done by 12:30. They came in, covered my floors with their carpet runners and they took care of everything. Their work was impeccable, they were very courteous and I couldn’t have asked for a better installation crew. Once the work was complete, they went over everything with me, plus they took the time to get the app downloaded on my phone and walk me through getting the thermostat registered. The overall experience was great!

Dan and the team were awesome. They showed up on time and finished early. Installation looks really clean and well done. Great job!
