TriPeaks was great from start to finish. They did a great job, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace a water heater or HVAC system. Everyone in the team was very nice and they were happy to answer any questions we had. Overall very happy with our experience.

I had the works done: New water heater, new heat pump, & new furnace. I have owned several homes over the years and have a lot of experience with contractors & service companies. This is easily the best experience I have ever had. Every single step of the process from scheduling, obtaining a quote, & the actual installation was exceptional. Everyone I spoke to or worked with was very professional & helpful. The attention to detail in the actual installation was amazing. Not only were they on time, but Salvador and Daniel were early so they could get started on the prep and assess what they were working with. Every single person who showed up that day made a point to introduce themselves by name and checked in regularly to see what questions I had and to keep me updated as things progressed. They were very tidy & did a fantastic job cleaning up after themselves – I’m pretty sure things were cleaner after they left then it had been when they initially arrived. Miguel was an exceptional communicator, Making sure I knew how to handle maintenance and walked me through everything that had been done and why.

And the HVAC work itself was absolutely beautiful – they weren’t there just to get the installation done, they were there to make sure that it was done to a very high level of quality. HVAC for me has always been a very practical thing that I know is important and I’m willing to pay to get quality work done, but I can truly say I was very impressed with the quality of their work - I’m pretty sure when I saw the first words to come out of my mouth were “it’s beautiful”. I would hire them again or recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. Thanks again, team!

Plumbing issues are often stressful and we’ve had some bad experiences with other companies, so I’m happy to say we will use this company again. The team who helped us was amazing (Adrian R., Danielle C., Salvador C., Miguel C., Donovan M., Marco L., and Dan L…. I hope I’m not missing anyone!). They arrived on time, were efficient, answered our countless questions, were kind, and thorough!

If there were 10 stars they would have it. The crew was professional and know what they are doing! Justin has gone above and beyond the job scope to help me. He added work he didn’t have to do just to make sure I was happy. This company gives 110% and then some. They are exceptional and the prices are fantastic. They can help you with all aspects of your project or emergency repairs! I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you Tri Peak for doing a great job and caring about me as a person.

Tri Peaks did a great job all around when replacing my aged furnace. Donovan was super helpful during the estimate and worked with me to get the quote where I needed it to be. Daniel and Sal completed the install and they were professional and easy to work with throughout the process. Happy to have a reliable furnace again!

I recently called Tri Peaks Air to replace a compressor on my Carrier Infinity system, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service.

The original installer, Ultimate Heating and Cooling, had replaced equipment in the past using parts that weren’t Carrier-certified—something I wasn't even aware of at the time. On top of that, the system had been wired incorrectly from the start.

Adrian from Tri Peaks was fantastic. He’s clearly an expert with high-end systems like the Carrier Infinity; he immediately identified the wiring errors and the non-certified parts, then took the time to get everything back to manufacturer standards. It’s a huge relief to finally have the system running efficiently and correctly.

I also want to give a shout-out to the owner, Justin. It’s clear he prioritizes quality and honest work. If you want a team that actually knows the technical details and won’t cut corners, Adrian and the team at Tri Peaks are the ones to call.

This is a dishonest and unethical company. They were hired by the seller for a HVAC certification upon home purchase. The AC went out 2 weeks after moving in. B&B was previously out to service the AC for a refrigerant leak, but allegedly did not recommend follow up to rectify the leak, allowing this toxin to seep into the environment. The manager Chris informed me the certification was only valid for that day and I was charged $240 in service calls to identify the issue. I ended up having to replace my AC due to this negligence.

Great install! I only did the furnace but they mad sure anything that was problematic with my old AC was also addressed. Would highly recommend the whole company and Cody in particular to anybody.

Follow up: I had them back for to install my heat pump. The installation itself was done with great care and precision, and they clearly take pride in doing quality work. After completing the job, they made sure everything was left spotless. They also took the time to walk me through how the system works. I would highly recommend Sebastian, Cody, Manny, and AJ to anyone in need of HVAC work—you’ll be in great hands.

I want to thank Cody, AJ, Ugene and Sebastian for their professionalism with installation of our heat pump. They were respectable and through in leaving the area as if they were never here. Cody was helpful in explaining thermostat operation and registration. We did have an issue when the system turned from cool air to heat on third day without notice but was resolved quickly.

We recently had a work on residential HVAC, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.

A special shout out to Luke, who handled the project with such expertise and care. He was punctual, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Luke took the time to explain how everything worked and made sure the installation was clean and efficient. He even checked the existing system to make sure it was optimized to work well with the new humidifier.

Our home already feels more comfortable, and we’re seeing the difference in air quality and moisture levels. If you’re considering HVAC work — whether it’s maintenance, upgrades, or new installations — I highly recommend this company and would definitely ask for Luke if possible. He’s fantastic!

Bo came out on a Sunday for an emergency visit to diagnose the problem with my AC. This was 3 days after someone else from B&B came out to do the same thing. Bo actually took the time to diagnose the issue and get to the bottom of what was the real issue and not just telling me it was a dusty filter that was less than a month old. I’d rate it higher than 5 stars if I could. On top of that he is an extremely friendly individual, very knowledgeable, and professional!

Manny and Garrison were absolutely fantastic. Clean work, great unit, incredible service. I made the right choice.

Chris & Rod were awesome, super helpful and my commercial unit was up in running in less than 24 hours. Will definitely be using B&B for my commercial needs moving forward

Quick, thorough and professional work. It’s over >95 out and our entire office was sweating. Luke diagnosed and resolved the issue in under an hour and now we could keep penguins in here. Highly recommend B&B if you need to cool off. Stop sweating it and give them a call.

Luke and Jorge have done an excellent job of repairing equipment and issues with our Heating and Cooling / ERV system that needed attention on our new custom home build. This company was represented well by them both with a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and patience. We would highly recommend B&B!

They arrived on time! Called ahead! Safety was taken! Excellent service for the system. Very helpful employee and cleaned out a/c and humidifier. Checked all parts that were working perfectly!! Great company!! Rod Davila goes above and beyond! Great dealing with this person.
That being said, when I contacted the office yesterday and spoke to Chris he was insistent that I get the system certified. This was never requested by the legal documents given to me by the realtors for the buyer. I told Chris that the legal documents I received did not ask for that. After a very uncomfortable conversation with Chris, (who thought I was being rude when in fact he was difficult ) was not understanding what I wanted. He kept telling me that what I asked for was not available (basically putting on letter head that all the services our systems needed were done in April). I have been a very good customer of this company for 7 years, always paying for contracts to keep the system running well. Always nice to staff. Chris has me paying for a certification $180 that was not requested by the realtors representing the buyer of my home. This was not a good experience, not a bill I should have had to pay if Chris listened instead of escalating my anxiety to get to closing without a problem. Not sure I can handle that anymore! I think the company should make this right! This is also the first review I have written about B and B. Not happy. Not at all!
After one day Chris called me, we shared our feelings and Chris made things RIGHT. I’m glad we spoke!

We recently used B&B Heating and Air Conditioning to install a new condenser and 2 AC/Split Units in our home. Our two technician's Sebastian and Cody did an outstanding job with communications as to what was going to be done when, kept our house clean during the install process, and took great pride in the professional install of the new condenser, and 2 new AC Split Units in the house. Going forward, I will continue to use B&B and for my future Heating and A/C needs are request both Sebastian and Cody as A++++ technicians.

A big thank you to Sebastian, Rod and Jorge. I received multiple quotes to have an Aprileaire 800 humidifier added to our Carrier Infinity HVAC system. Sebastian came out to inspect our system to have a quote generated. It was an absolute pleasure to meet Sebastian. He is not pushy with sales and is incredibly knowledgeable. We agreed on the price, which was more than fair especially considering the final top-tier quality of work. Rod and Jorge were my technicians that installed the unit. They took great care to install the humidifier and spent a lot of time with me showing how the system works. I really appreciate their help and would recommend B&B if you need HVAC services.
