I always get the best service had some small issues on special order parts but other than that this is the best place to go they take very good care of you you don't need to work with anybody else by far one of the best Supply huts in the metro area i shop them all and choose George T Sanders for my first try to find anything

These 5 stars are all about Kelsea...she is so wonderful to work with! Of our major bathroom remodel, she was always a bright spot - very helpful, knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous.

They wouldn't know if the pipe was glued or screwed. I asked if the had butterfly valves and the counter guy didn't know what that was.

I worked with Kelsea Griffith in George T Sanders showroom in Wheatridge, CO on two separate occasions picking out bathroom fixtures for a remodel I was doing on my home. Kelsea was great to work with. She was well versed on the different products I was considering, she had some great design ideas, she was extremely patient with me during the entire purchasing process. I would highly recommend this supplier and especially recommend working with Kelsea - she will steer you in the right direction.

Great customer service, extraordinarily helpful and solid follow thru. Pricing was also very competitive. We walked into their facility in Centennial and thought we might be in the wrong place. Tyler was quick to let us know that he could help us with all of our plumbing needs. We were looking for faucets for a kitchen, laundry room and 3 bathrooms. Tyler spent a good deal of time with us going thru product in stock as well as poring thru catalogs. We were working with a tight timeline over a holiday week but everything came together quite nicely, with expedited delivery sent to our builder as scheduled. Kudos to GTS Company for providing great product, service and pricing. And kudos to Tyler in particular for being the guy that made it all happen for us.

Greg helped me order a gas valve and pressure switch which took about 30 min to order then I had to pick it up at km sales. Went to return the pressure switch and he told me it wasn't worth returning because of a restock fee. 2 stars for the help getting the gas valve minus 3 for not even willing to help out with the return

I have coming to this location for more than 10 years. It used to be a good experience. The last two years have been sad. The counter help is not knowledgeable at all as well as rude..and they do not stock common copper fittings anymore. My last 4 times here have ended in frustration and going somewhere else. Sadly, this was the last time I will try. GTS should fix this location.

After another family owned plumbing supply store based in Denver told me parts for my vintage hand shower weren't made anymore, followed by weeks of me getting ignored while trying to work with them to order a replacement, I decided to visit George T. Sanders for help. Meskiel found the part I needed for my vintage hand shower in 5 minutes!!! So glad I stopped by. Thanks!

Brought a plumbing part in looking for a replacement even found it on their website. I was subsequently told by the parts counter employee they don’t have it and didn’t offer any assistance seemed like that they had better things to do. Same I wasted a trip across town.

this supply house has great stock. Tim Holligan is great, but is very busy and i cannot always get a hold of him when needed. My next person of contact is Jim Jonas. My only complaint is that Jim Jonas refuses to answer his phone. I would love to buy more boilers and hydronics parts from them, unfortunately Jim is not willing to answer the phone ever. Greg was top notch.

I have frequently bought supplies from G Sanders since they are close to my house and business; it was convenient. I purchased a 1 1/2 " metal pipe for a project. I got home and realized it was the wrong size. Unfortunately, I was unable to return the same day, so I tried to return it a week later. I did not have my receipt, and they refused to exchange it for the correct size or refund me because they said, "I needed the receipt." Since I paid with a credit card, I thought they could look it up and find out I bought it from them. The clerk went and asked the manager and returned to tell me she could not do anything for me. I am a small business owner, and I know it is easy to look up credit card transactions. The service was subpar, and I will not recommend this place. I will never go back, the service was horrible.

Excellent experience! I am not experienced in HVAC but needed to put a dust extraction system together. The folks at GTS were patient and very helpful. In particular I would like to thank Delonna Stevens for her time and knowledge!

A representative from the supply house came in, and his behavior was completely unprofessional. He was cussing every other word, which made the entire interaction uncomfortable. It’s shocking to see someone representing a business who talks to customers like that. He wasn’t mad or upset but I expected professionalism, but this was far from it. I won’t be using their services again and would recommend others look elsewhere. Have some pride in hiring professionals.

I went in recently and needed some help getting some plumbing material as well as some info on a few products. Adam was who helped me and he knew exactly what I needed and got me all the correct fittings, Very quick and helpful couldn’t have done better. Answered my questions confidently. Great guy.
