We’re in a newer home and our builder used the cheap plastic push-pull valves and cheap plastic water lines on four toilets. From multiple sources on the web, I learned they should be replaced immediately. Quentin confirmed this assessment and replaced all valves with the preferred 1/4 turn knobs and braided mesh lines. He also installed a new flush valve on one toilet. From arrival to completion, Quentin had it finished in less than 3 hours, including a trip out for parts. Oh, and I placed my request less than 24 hours prior. Thanks, Pipe Eyes!

I called about a plumbing issue at my home in Westminster. Claire who answered the phone was respectful and kind and had the guys dispatched immediately. Reed and Will were at my home within an hour of my original call. The guys had my problem diagnosed quickly and gave me options for a repair. I decided to go ahead and have them fix my plumbing right away. They had a demo crew come the next morning at 8:00am. The crew worked all day until 11:00PM to get the job done! They even FaceTimed one of the Owners Dennis who was out of town on vacation. Through the video call, Dennis verified the issue and collaborated on how to move forward. This team went above and beyond to get my plumbing back up and working. They replaced a portion of my kitchen drain, laundry drain, utility room floor drain and the main connections from that to the sewer line. They had to remove the concrete floor to access all the underground plumbing, install all new pipes and repaired the floor with concrete. When Dennis got back from vacation, he came over with Reed and verified all the repairs and ran the camera through the sewer line all the way to the street. If you have plumbing issues…these are the guys. Great customer service, dedicated crew, responsive and communicative owners, great work and solved my issue.

I used Pipe Eyes for a major repair requiring both the basement and outside of the house being dug up to access a pipe. The repair was completed within two days of the estimate and the crew worked tirelessly. The owner, Dennis, was onsite several times to observe progress and communicate with me. In addition, everyone was more than willing to educate me on the issues - and plumbing in general. This was much appreciated and has provided a foundation of what to look for - and avoid - in my next real estate transaction.
