Drain Terrier is a top notch plumbing company with very fair pricing. Our plumber Nick was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain why our sewage backup happened and fixed the problem quickly. I appreciated him answering all of my questions with care and attention while being very transparent on pricing and options. It is nice to have a trustworthy plumber that responds quickly!

Hot water heater went out Friday night, had a technician on sight Saturday morning at 8:30. Job was completed by 11:00. Technicians were friendly and efficient. Communication was excellent through out the entire process.
As a bonus, no extra up-charge for weekend work.

Drain Terrier came out in the past, and we had a great experience with them back then. Glad we called them again for the repair they just did.

Called them first thing in the morning for a clogged kitchen sink. They were able to get me in the same day around lunch. I got an update about an hour before then a text that they were on the way. Two people showed up I explained our situation and they jumped right to it. They were fast friendly and professional. They asked if anything else needed attention. Gave us a quick price on an additional project for the future. I could not recommend them enough.

I was able to get an appt same day. Ben showed up on the early end of the appt window which was great. He was very professional and diagnosed the issue promptly. He fixed the clog in my kitchen line and my floor drain works perfectly now. Thank you, Ben!!!

Benjamin from Drain Terrier came on time, was professional and friendly. The office gave me a heads up on when he would arrive, which was great. He quickly saw the problem and fixed it. He didn't try and wrong more out of it, just got it done. I'll be calling them the next time I have an issue.

Our kitchen sink drain was leaking. I called three companies with Drain Terrier being the third.

They sent John and Craig who showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and took the time to explain to us, in detail, what was going on and why. The other plumbers did not take the time that John did to make certain all of my questions were answered. That alone made me feel confident in them. So, we hired them and are thankful we did.

They replaced an entire P-TRAP, TEE, and vertical pipe from behind our kitchen sink all the way into our basement in just 4 hours. They left the area clean and ready to use immediately.

We had a great experience for our first time using Drain Terrier. I was especially impressed with how quickly I received a response to my request and the offer of a same day service call.

John K. was our technician. He was quick to assess our need and give us a fair quote. He returned first thing the following day and completed the job in a short amount of time.

My only piece of feedback is that it’s off-putting to be prompted/asked to leave a tip when you are paying. I have never been asked this before when having work completed, and it definitely puts you on the spot with the person standing right there looking at you. I would highly encourage you to forego this practice.

Called on a Sunday Monday at 8am we ran a scope knew I had no problems just operator error was charged a fair price wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. Great job Drain Terrier

That was then this is now I need to do some research $2285 to replace a hot water heater they didn’t install but did warranty sounds like they left me wounded walking funny

Honest company, I called on Friday and they sent Nick the same day, he arrived on time and was very patient. Nick took time looking for leaks and remediating issues in the most reasonable manner. I would use them again for all plumbing needs.

I have not had a great experience with other plumbing companies since I purchased my condo a few years ago.I was pleasantly surprised when I called Drain Terrier and spoke to Savannah .Not only was she extremely helpful ,but very personable.

My garbage disposal was not working and my toilet was not flushing .Nick ,my technician arrived promptly and couldn’t be nicer .He assessed the problem and explained what needed to be done in a way that I could understand .He finished both jobs within a reasonable amount of time and left the work areas clean.The cost of the repairs were very reasonable .

I am so happy that I connected with Nick at Drain Terrier. I will definitely hire them again for my plumbing needs .

Turned out that our stalked garbage grinder did not need replacement for more than $1,000 but only needed a tool to rotate the mechanism from underneath. Only a service charge. Fantastic thanks to expertise.
