Mike, the owner, was great. I called him on Easter morning and he answered the company phone. He helped me realize it probably wasn't a septic problem but rather a clog or something. Justin came and made the repair the next morning. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Very professional yet personal.

I called in first thing on a Monday morning after a few days of a severe cold weather front. I was having a drain issue for a floor drain on the second floor. They answered right away and said they could send someone the same day. I had already called a few companies and no one else could get me in same day. They actually came to fix a frozen pipe before a few companies even called me back to schedule an appointment. Justin was on time, was respectful about wearing booties over his shoes inside, and fixed a frozen pipe on the outside of my home. It was a fairly easy fix, and didn’t charge me for his work! I was very impressed with my experience with Greater Western Plumbing, and will use them again in the future.

Mike responded same day with a fair and accurate quote and was able to get us scheduled the following day. Christian arrived on time and was very conscientious and professional. The space was enclosed after original heater installed so he had to work thru the clearance challenge removing the old and installing the new water heater. He did a great job! The team at Greater Western Plumbing are trustworthy, honest, reliable and do quality work. It was pleasure to do business. Our puppy liked them too!

Justin was incredibly knowledgeable. Able to handle our complicated boiler system to make it run more efficiently and heat a zone that had not been working. He repaired a broken shower valve and arrived with the correct part from the phone description of the problem. He completed an incredible amount of additional work much faster than we expected. barry executed a remarkable job on my water heater installation in my mobile home in wheat ridge. the tanks are far too weighty for me to handle, so i relied on the robust team to get the job done correctly. the new pipes and junction box were a welcome sight upon the completion of their professional work. i'm optimistic that it will last for a solid 10-20 years. the company is now under new management and their service has been top-notch. i had a really positive experience with them.

It ended up that we needed a new pipe because of root intrusion, and Nathaniel and Barry also installed a new access pipe for us. These guys were brilliant.
