Drain Terrier was amazingly quick to respond. We discovered a leak under the sink and within two hours, Benjamin was there, diagnosed a rusted out disposal and took care of it. He knew his business! I recommend them.

Any time we have an issue with our drains, drain terrier is always on top of it and it’s great to be able to support a local business right down the street! We had a few badly clogged drains which is common in a commercial kitchen and it took multiple attempts with different equipments. With these old buildings, you never know what to expect, but they worked on it relentlessly and was able to push through and opened up the drains! They made sure that we would be back up and running in no time with prompt service. A couple months later and everything is still draining properly! Thank you Drain Terrier!

Tech said he likely would pass on the job, which is totally fine. Then we receive an estimate that was 3 times the very highest bid. Here is some advice- just turn down the work. When you send a ridiculous price with the hopes of the customer declining, you lose a customer for any future work.

Nick was upfront about costs of inspecting and, if necessary, augering our clogged main line. He was able to break up clog/clear the drain line with the camera, identify the source of the blockage and provide a proposal for a long-term repair. Very pleasant and communicative.

Drain Terrier was fantastic! They were very responsive and quickly identified the problem, which was a broken sewer pipe. They came out on Saturday and fixed it! Plus, everyone I have spoken to about this, agrees that their prices are very good. I am a happy customer and highly recommend Drain Terrier!

Nathan & Jacob came out, identified problem and location, cut out a small drywall area and repaired the leak.
Assuming there are no other leaks or repair work addressed the problem, they did a great job. -
Frustrating experience. Had these guys out to fit a compression fitting onto a water filter i had gotten 99% installed, but didn’t have expertise to bring it across the finish line. Tech shows up, basically acting like i had him there at gun point, and begrudgingly agreed to do the job for an hourly rate of $307 dollars. I was confident it wouldn’t take longer than 10 minutes, but fine enough.
So 15 minutes later when he is finishing up the initial ask, he accidentally breaks a piece of the water filter trying to tighten it. Fair enough, i don’t blame him it’s a plastic piece and it could have happened to anyone.
This guy huffs and puffs like a 12 year old asked to take out the trash, immediately cries that he’ll have to charge me for another hour of work as he’ll have to go to the hardware store to replace the part. It’s a stones throw from my house. Which whatever, i get it’s a hassle and all that but it’s the overall lack of customer service that was just jaw dropping. I eventually asked him to leave as he was offering no solutions just pouting under his breath about “i shouldn’t have messed with this.. should have just let you deal with this” blah blah.
Instead of jumping on google, I called the office to explain my disappointment. Was promised I’d get a return call from the owner when she was back in. Sure enough, nothing. And i was able to fix his mess and get it working in about 5 minutes.
It’s so disappointing to have this experience on a job where literally i could have watched a YouTube video and figured out, but i felt better about having someone experienced tackle it and to use a local business. What a joke.
Just give the big companies your money, at least they have some accountability. These clowns took 300 bucks off of me just to end up doing the job myself. -
I had someone quote me an astronomical price and there was pressure to get the work done when I didn't have the money. I contacted Drain Terrier. They were honest about the problem, quoted me a better price, and worked with me on a payment plan that fit my budget. Hope I don't need them for a while, but if I do...I know who to call.

Nick and Drain Terrier are responsive and communicate well. Nick took the time with me to explain details of his troubleshooting and to address another issue while here. No payment yet, still in the estimation stages of this work. I've used them before and will continue with them.

Savannah and the whole team were awesome to work with. They provided excellent customer service combined with a great price and great service. Highly recommend!

Drain Terrier, Plumbing Tech-Ben, came in and fixed our toilet problems in no time.(It was not an emergency situation. I had sent a request in the night before, Ben showed up the next morning.) He evaluated the issues and gave us a few options to fit our current budget. He was courteous, professional, and friendly. And our dogs loved him too! Highly recommend this company and Ben.

They came out and did an assessment of the job. The assessment was free! No charge until they do the work! Make sure you feel good about having them do the work for you!

I’m giving three stars because they had good communication and showed up on time. I got a quote for a basic toilet, a shut off valve replacement, snake a drain, and replacing a tub faucet and spout for $2000.00. This pricing is outrageous. They pad it with a bunch of warranty jargon.
The basic toilet was $700-$800 and a higher quality toilet was upwards of $2300. May as well be Applewood Plumbing and Heating. -
These guys restored my faith in humanity. Kris and Jessee were the nicest humans, so professional, knowledgeable, went the extra mile and had fair pricing. They are a family owned business, had excellent communication before, during and after, and fit me in the same day. I cannot say enough great things. They take great pride in their work, so if you are looking for this type of service, dont even think twice!

John kept me informed and explained as he was using a camera to look at our sewer line. He told me up front how much it would be to just clear the line and find out what was going on. He gave us two estimates and we are going to get back to him as to what we want done.

Our water heater stopped working & Jacob came out to replace it same day. He was on time, knowledgeable & no pressure. He explained our options & had a new water heater installed and old one hauled away in a couple of hours. Highly recommend Jacob with Drain Terrier!

Drain Terriers are awesome! We’ve had them out for several urgent problems. Each time, their words matched their actions and they did great work at fair prices. The dispatchers are kind & helpful. So is our plumber Nick, who knows his stuff and is backed up by an equally skilled crew.

Well it's been a day... after son vomited in the sink, the shower backed up.🤮 Never good to see floating carrots in your shower. Drain Terrier responded promptly to my call and I benefited from a schedule change to have Nick at my house within 10 minutes. 🤯 He was pleasant to work with and very patient with my questions. Quick and reasonably priced. I live in a 1953 build and plan to use DT for all of my future plumbing work.

Nate was so nice and knowledgeable. He was willing to hear our thoughts and requests. He did a fantastic job fixing our plumbing issues. We are so grateful! We only wish we had done this sooner!

If you like working with a family-run business and want fair, competitive pricing I highly encourage reaching out to Drain Terrier. Savannah in the office is extremely responsive, either always available or returning calls same day. They were able to beat prices from a number of other companies, I think because they don’t hire out additional subs. Tracy is a great guy, extremely fair and trustworthy. He was even at our job site throughout the project, ensuring I was comfortable with the oversight and keeping things on time. Finally the team performing the work was high quality as well. Couldn’t recommend more.
